order never arrived & refund never done 84 days since payment with no feedback or support
Placed an order on Wis.com Mobi Application on 2 May 2017 & had to pay immediately via credit card.
On 12 May 2017 their system indicated it was dispatched & would arrive on 6 June 2017. Sice June ive been trying to trace my parcel as Wish clearly states on their websit shop online with no Worries. You cannot contact them telefonic & have to answer questions on their site to get to asking about your parcel & delivery. Since 6 June 2017 ive received no feedback from them. Today theyve got my mone for 84 days & I have NO GOODS delivered neither any REFUNDS 84 DAYS LATER? It's been 84 days since shipment date & Wish is misleading customers. Wish misleads people on their website by clearly stating " clients dont have to worry at all shopping at Wish". Truly a perfect cornartist company. They are sitting with my money for 84 days. Me NOTHING! WHAT A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT this has turned out to be. I truly think they scamming people out of money.

Maybe because i used my master card. And before that the purchase was made with my american express card. They then told me that day would check me out i couldn't make my purchase. I had to delet what i was going to purchase because of this. Checking me out. They told me it would take 3 working besiness day there is nothing wrong my credit cards i use them every day and i wonderring why i was being checked out. Ao far the 3 working days have passed and i haven not recieved any e-mail to say that my credit is good. I am very angry and dissapionted that this has happened to me. We are a highly ranked retailer who sells on 10 different marketplaces with stellar reputations on all...except WISH. If you are THINKING about selling on WISH...DON'T. If you are thinking about buying on WISH ...DON'T
There is no one to speak with in person, there is no escalation, there is only email that may or may not be responded to within 48 hours. Their corporate telephone number is an endless loop of instructions in English and Spanish on how to email them.
When a customer would like to return an item because they don't like the color they regularly told not to return the item and are just given a refund which is then at the seller's total cost.
They suspended our account and are holding our money for the second time because we have too many fraudulent orders. These are NOT orders...THEY cancel the orders before they get to us. We never see the orders and have nothing to do with them. The first time they suspended us they realized their mistake and immediately re-activated us. This time, no one will get back to us at all and they are keeping our money for 3 months.
As a consumer, we had a customer return an item to us - but did not go through WISH to return it. We tried to refund the customer but WISH disallowed it. We went back and forth with WISH for THREE MONTHS trying to get this woman her refund. They kept giving the customer and us the runaround.
This is a very shady company and as a seller or a customer you would be wise to keep WAY away from it.

Yesterday there was a large order placed yesterday was July 30th 2017 I thought my daughter had placed the order all she had done with selecting the items she did not go to court and process it I'm not sure how it happened but it is a huge order and there is no way she would have done it because she knows I don't have the money and she know she don't have no money I'd like to know how you order in the cart got submitted and so I heard today and requested that it all be cancelled and none of it was supposed to be processed before August 2nd so I hurry to get it done to get a cancelled and now they're telling me that lot of the items are already processed and being shipped are waiting for store

I did not receive my order from the Wish app that I aplaces. It was supposed to be here by now. The only information I received upon purchase was the order number, never a tracking number but the money was debited from my card for the purchase. Also, now it's showing that I never placed an order so it no longer exists but my money was not refunded.

Found that a complaint about a faulty product could not be registered successfully. My complaint kept returning me to a sales section of the Wish website. No support at all. I ordered a five kinds of animal face mask set, Korean face masks, for 14 dollars on May 27, 2017. I was told it would be here around June 18, 2017, and it is now July 30, 2017 and still have not received the package at all. I had ordered the product from the store victory001. I would either like my money back or get the item that I paid for 2 month ago. I have the app and have tried leaving a question on how to fix this problem and what i should do, but never got a reply back. I hope that this will be taken care of, quite disappointed.
