Am having trouble adding my payment, I have been shopping with wish but for this past two month is not accepting my payment and every item I ordered have been refunded. My account name is hauwa akhigbe. All it keep telling me to send in my recent purchase bank statement. Which I have already did, but not resolve. Please I need help.

I have shopped wish for years
The quality of products was hit or miss but the prices were low enough to take the good with the bad, but ultimately had a pleasant experience.
Now it seems that as their popularity has increased, so have the prices, drastically. Not only are they charging far too much (ex. Mens sz 12 Puma Roma white BMW model $76, Puma website $45), but they are also falsely advertising their prices. Buying shoes for example, they have a nice low price listed for their knock off, that is until you click buy, at that point you realize that the low price was for a tiny size and the actual price for my size is 40 bucks more. I've never seen a store that charged more for each size. In the real world Mens are one price, Women's another price and Children's another. That's just how it is. On top of all of that, they over price shipping.
Sure, you can get rush delivery now and have your product in less than 6 weeks, but you'll end up paying retail price of the actual name brand product that you just ordered a knock off version of.
I have had numerous products never arrive, which they have refunded only a portion of. The so called free offers are not free. They either actually only give away one, the first ordered after midnight or so they say, or they charge ridiculous shipping. That's a scam all in itself. This whole thing just turns my stomach now.
" Scrolling through the wish site you just find dishonesty, greed and deception. Oh, don't forget the counterfeit American currency that is now circulating our economy. I have received 2 fake 20s as change from two different businesses in the past few months and business owners are complaining about the recent influx of this "motion picture" money. Why doesn't it all have motion picture use only printed on it? That says a good deal about the lengths they will go to make a buck. What's the punishment for counterfeiting currency or even simple possession in a communist country? Just curious.
Enough is enough wish. Stop scamming Americans. Be decent and lower your prices back to a reasonable amount. At least do it for anyone that doesn't leave to go to one of your much cheaper new rival sites. I personally am out.

Fraudulent order placed as my account was hacked from their server. False order placed with delivery address to unknown person. My bank account was also charged with fraud activity without even any orders seen in wish.com but bank account was charged from wish.com

I ordered a ozone generator at 19 march 2020. The delivery adres was my work adress. Next day my workplace has been closed by covid19. I checked my order status at wish.com and it did not send it. The accounts used to advertise these products might look less legitimate. They do not typically have a large number of followers, for instance, and they generally aren’t meant to exist long-term. Sellers have an incentive to keep them online just long enough to attract a buyer.
Mackey and his team are already analyzing a data set of 80 million tweets in addition to Instagram posts. Many of these posts prompt people to call them directly — perhaps using an encrypted app — using Covid-19 terms to advertise. They might ask potential buyers to use Bitcoin or other unusual payment schemes. Beyond fake treatments, social media sites are also filled with accounts pushing rapid, at-home Covid-19 tests. Mackey told Recode that these posts seemed to pop up online suddenly after March 22, likely driven by the news, and that forced his research focus to expand from bogus cures and treatment to various coronavirus testing products. Now, Mackey thinks he’ll spend more time scanning the web for antibody tests, since they’re increasingly being discussed by public health and government officials.

There are also no FDA-approved at-home serological tests, which measure the amount of Covid-19 antibodies in a patient’s body and, thus, detect their immunity to the disease. My account email [protected]@live.com. au address: 83 Premier St, Gymea NSWv2227 Australia had a purchase listed that was not mine - I Noticed 2 days later, wish refunded it. Since then I have had a different name and Canadian address on my account. Every time I contact wish, I get a reply from a different person - I do exactly as instructed, over and over and still cannot get the block off my account. I do not know how this other person and address got onto MY account yet I am the one suffering and constantly contacting wish to get my account unblocked. Even having done all that is asked it is still blocked. How can this be rectified.

I have ordered several items for around 150 to 250 dollars. I have cancelled the old orders that cost around 400. And they were refunding my money back then last wednesday out of blue they took my 400 out of my bank. They were not supposed to do that after I cancelled old orders. Then I noticed that wish blocked my account for no reason. I sent my bank statements several times and assured me that once they review and get me back to shopping.
And they said due to company policy that they cannot remove block from my wish account. I emailed them several times and asked why they block it and why they took my money out of my account without telling me. And demanded they return my money back.
