Payment issue
I'm trying to purchase and isnot letting me do anything been with wish for awhile never had a problem now have payment issue already send a copy of my statement and still lock out been 2 months already is not right what is going on send my statement 5 times what else can I do for this to clear out already is not fair

I returned a jacket to Wish and I have a signed receipt from the courier, but my account has not registered the return and I have not had a refund. This was in January. I have wrote 9 times to wish but all I get is an automated reply to use the customer service. This is also an automated service which stops while they await the return. It states if I have a problem I should contact them, but that is impossible. I need a real person to check on this and return my money to my bank account please. Also, they need to rethink the automated service and not leave customers so frustrated for 2 months now.

My husbands wish account was hacked, they ordered toons of stuff for about 10.000 kr. Some expensive stuff.
We live in Denmark and the stuff was asked to send to USA and wish dont get alert lamps that's strange ? Wish is not protecting there costumers and I make sure to write and tell about it here in Denmark as its quiet big here.
