Purchase two phones still haven't got them
I purchased a phone on wish. It was supposed to have arrived on april 23rd and I still haven't got it. And I cannot get a hold of customer support and they deleted my order from the order history. So I cannot track my item. So this makes me really upset because I ordered more than one thing up wish and I have not seen anything from them and I have been trying to get ahold of them and I cannot.

I paid for this item, to be told after being informed that the item had been shipped and on its way, I received an email to advise to expect a refund for the item as it no longer in stock. This item was for a birthday in less than a weeks time. I am deeply disappointed with how this was handled and the lack of notice given. Terrible service.
Payment and refund
I order a few items from wish and with out realising it I paid for the items. I didnt worry about it as I thought that I had enough money in the bank to cover for my items but I was I think about $15 short. So instead of getting in contact with me they cancelled my order and they said that they will refund all the money back. My problem is that they take my money straight away and yet its going to take weeks to refund the money into my bank account. How will I know that they will do that and will they refund all the money in one transaction

I have order several items from Wish and have not received any of them I was suppose to get my face mask on April 28th 2020 and did not receive them I order some shirts that I never got and when I ask I order a dress that is taking two month to get to me so I have ask for a refund and they are refusing to refund my money. I will never order from this site again and I will tell family and friends not to order from this site I just want my money back and they can keep the items

1)Since last few months I gave a lot of efforts and time to complete online surveys as offered by the subject app and attained its specified minimum threshold redemption limit of USD 800.00
But, on 05.04.2020 while claiming my dues of USD 1000.00, the app is not making payment and showing ERROR.
2)On 05.04.2020(Pinecoin's specified pay day), I claimed a redemption for an amount of USD 1000.00 through PayPal. When trying to redeem the cash through PayPal, an ERROR message came and the money could not be en-cashed. I wrote in the review as well as to the Developer about the matter, but up till now no response has been received.
3)The said app is minting money by displaying advertisements.
4)The Developer of this cheater app(Pinecoin Paid Surveys) is Pie Solutions and it's e.mail ID is pie.solutions.[protected]@gmail.com.
5)I do not know how many people in the world, this app and it's developer have already cheated and since how long.
6)I did this app as ‘flag and inappropriate' with Google Play.
7)It is not understandable how a famous app store like Google Play is keeping such a scam and cheater app.
8)My current due is USD 1100.00 and I have stopped survey with this particular scam app.
9)I want to receive the said money I earned by doing online survey through this scam app.

I'm just really tired of doing everything the site says and still not being able to pay for the things in my cart. I've missed out on some really good deals and am wondering if this is the catch. Purchased items via paypal.
I purchase items from Wish via PayPal. 3 days later after the purchase went through they refunded my money back to my PayPal account for no reason. I tried to make a purchase again however this time I received an error saying there'd been a problem on my account and I should contact support. I contacted support via chat who said they will resolve the issue but nothing happened. Around a week later I received an email from wish support telling me they had changed my password to a temporary password and that I should send them a photo ID with my name and address. I have sent an email back asking why they need my photo ID and why have they changed my email password and now I am awaiting a reply. 27 April 2020

My husband was sleeping and I go to check the time and the phone dings and dings and says wish.com had taken 3 separate payments out of your account. Without my consent. Wish.com is on some fraudulent [censored] and I refuse to order from them again, my husband need his money asap. And we will not sleep until we get what we want I want to shut wish.com all the way down for good... I'm highly disappointed...
Limited quantity deals are rigged
I have placed 180+ orders for limited quantity deals this week alone and have had ALL of them refunded. And it's super frustrating having to chose your refund method for *every* single item. I have 18 pages of cancelled items..
I've even followed tips like "you have to get it at the top of every hour", so every time the time hits a new hour, I immediately click on "limited quantity" on my search bar history where some, but not all, limited quantity deals show up. I immediately click on *any* limited quantity deal I see and check out right away to increase my chances of "winning" the item.
I've seen posts and YouTube videos about people actually winning these items and I know it's not a scam but I do think it's 100% rigged.
The reason why I think it's rigged is because I don't think the first person that checks out receives the item. I think they have some algorithm that chooses who gets the deals (ex; frequent wish shoppers, or something similar). It's VERY strange and suspicious that some people get their limited quantity deals after a few tries, meanwhile, others such as myself, have tried over a hundred times and nothing. It's definitely rigged and the "first buyer" is NOT the one who actually gets the item.
I have been trying to win Wish Limited quanity deals now for over a month. I have won a total of 15. Received 2, had 4 cancelled after 10 days or more of processing thus keeping my money tied up, 4 still still processing been more than a month, and 5 due to arrive in June. This is starting to look a bit off to me. Keeping money tied up for that amount of time and then cancelling the order is wrong. I bet they are making a fortune on the interest alone on the money. Also on 1 of my cancelled orders stating due to the store not being able to fulfill the order yet I’m given a buy again option button. That makes no sense. How can the store fulfill a second order if they couldn’t fill the first one.
unauthorized credit card charges
My account got hacked by a russian piece of [censored] and because of their slow system and how it works it looks like he will succeed even though I am doing everything in my power right now to stop it. I cant even get into my profile to see which credit cards I have stored in there. I am not russian and I did not change anything in my account. I want wish to make things right here and now is the time to show what kind of company they are. All charges made on april 25th are fraudulent!
Product never sent
I have bought a product from Wish on April 07th, but untill now (April 24th), at least Wishpost order was not generated yet!
I planed to use the product for an important bussiness, now I will need to cacel this bussiness...
I have contacted the Wish support many times in order to try to solve my problem, but Wish support does not give me neither, attention and any henlp.
I am not asking a favor from Wish, I have paid for the product, so I want the product!

Replica guns I did not order
today is 21/4/20 and I am writing from Australia, this site is unbelievable, they place orders on my card without my consent particularly Replica Guns which are illegal in Australia. There is no way in the world I would order guns I hate them, I have told the Police, Told Wish, Told the ACCC, No one will listen Customs will go mad when they intercept them and I will be accused of gun running. So my record is clean and will forever be linked with these people. I was an International Flight Attendant with Qantas for 35 years with a perfect record. I am 72, and this is disgusting. 925 silver jewelry
In the month of September I ordered about 9 to 10 pieces of jewelry necklaces, rings, and bracelets three of them broke and eight of them turned color from silver to copper and I am furious. We are talking of over $100.00 dollars worth.

Wish orders many items
When I try to purchase some thing it asked me to add additional billing information so I reenter my card number and information and then it says there's something wrong with my user account I've also had quite a few items be refunded and I've also got items being shipped to me as we speak that I was able to pay for so I can't understand why I'm not able to pay and get my items I've got $200 worth of things that I want before my husband gets back to town
Missing packages
I order eight things from wish and haven't received the item I order it in Jan and sum in Feb it never camed so when I file for a refund I only got my shorts in the mail. I haven't been receiving any mail lately. I always get my packages even if I file for a refund because of slow delivery. But I been missing packages for months and only received one out 8 packages. Limited Quantity Deal
You wait according to wish.com 24 hours ( one day ) in my case I waited one and a half day - 36 hours. If you do not will they refund you "within one hour" :) but somehow you will be able to see the refund in your account within 14 days !? :) So they could withdraw money from your card in few seconds, but will refund you within 14 days :) ...There is a way to get your money in a second, but no way to return in in a second :)
Also concerning that "Limited Quantity Deal" - first buyer is winner! Its OK nothing wrong till here, but what kind of computer system Wish use, so they can not see the winner immediately?! They wait 24 hours - one day and after that time they know who is the first buyer ?! :) :) :)
So for me is Scam/Fraud. They keep my money for AT LEAST - "24 hours" ...
There are thousands like me who's money are kept for a certain period of time... I am not a banker but for sure there is a kind of profit beside this...some finance institutions offers interest rate per night ...

I have had the same questions and wondering the same thing. They are keeping money tied up in my case, then cancelling after order has been processing for weeks. They make money off of my money and I get nothing. How can this be right. If the order goes into processing that means you’ve won the Limited Quanuty deal. If the store can’t fulfill their obligation then they shouldn’t offer the item on a Limited Qanity Deal.
5 products that I never ordered!!!
My banks notified me that a 5th product was charged from Wish.com yesterday. 5 items? I have not ordered anything!
I immediatly cancelled my credit card. unfortunatly they had already charged me with 4 other products! I sent numérous email in a very unfriendly web site. They never responded but did send me emails about those items being send the next few days. Have tried again to reach them via email and their response is still this item wil be shipped...

I am 9 emails into a complaint with wish. Somehow there idiots failed to put a building number on my address and to compound the issue the wrong name. i have several tracking numbers for the items purchased that i will probably never receive.
Customer service keeps writing back with no helpful response.

selling on wish
Wish.com is a horrible platform to sell on if you're in the USA. They use dynamic pricing which increases the price we sell items for by 30%-100% and take an additional 20% selling fee. Whenever you have a problem, support does not respond or just give you the walk around. I would recommend purchasing and selling items on other platforms until wish starts taking care of their sellers and even buyers. When they make 30-100% profit from a seller, that raises a lot of questions.
