I place this order on the 8th of january 2020 till date I have not received any updates regarding my order, have I not be patient enough to have received my items. I cannot make payment
I cannot pay for the items in my cart. I get a message stating that I need to send a copy of my bank statement. So I did, 4 or 5 times. But still cannot order anything. I tried to create another account but wish linked the two together somehow and the second account did/does the same as the first. What is going on. I have always paid my bill. I added a new card and that didnot work. I thought I had been hacked. The card that was on file is good to go, nothing wrong with that account. There is nothing wrong with any of the cards on my account. Please help
I didn't receive my refund
I ordered two different type of insole of rupees 260 and rupees 70 for shipping I didn't get my product on time so I cancelled the order. Wish said they refund my product between 14 bussiness day, now its more than 18 days I didn't recieve my refund, and they also not answer me whem they will give my refund. I want to complain against wish shopping app
Limited quantity deal
Is okay to complain after all we are human, but I must say that, if you study and get information about this limited quantity deal you find out that there is a way out, so for me there is nothing to complain about because to me I have got a lot of refund at the same time won some LQD item.

For the very first time!
over the 2019 holidays and prior I would order from Wish.com and for the most part could find gift items. The shipping cost was always over the top but as it were, I would order and receive what I ordered (eventually) .. Recently, I decided to go back to the website as my teenage daughter has an upcoming birthday and maybe I could find something she'd like. I go to the page and log in and couldnt understand why all the language was in a foreign appearance. I even researched and discovered it was russian.. why was this the situation? I tried translator pages to see if I could tap into the profile section of the member's area to see what I could click to change what I was seeing to USA ENGLISH words that I could understand and read description of the items being sold, I came up with no solutions whatsoever. I even took a great amount of time to locate a support email .. wrote in to wish.com via email you name it.. subsequent pages that i could find on just about all of their links.. redirected to one of their help pages that actually was showing ENGLISH. wrote in and asked if they could make this correction.. to no avail. Then I thought .. what if I re register using a different email address.. would that work? no.. i couldnt ever get anything but RUSSIAN wording. I decide that I just wont order if they cannot fix this problem Even when I was able to log in. my profile showed my name and US under my name.. so why was all the product pages in Russian language? As it were, today I went to check on my bank account and saw a charge for 75 cents.. hmmm I hadnt been able to order anything for a long while so what was this charge about? I called my bank saying I know it's not anything major but still this is an unauthorized charge and rather suspicous to me. The bank rep suggested that this is what scammers do.. they charge a small amount to see if the account is good.. then they wipe your account out! Well, scammers.. here you go.. card was blocked and you cannot carry out your horrible scheme to rob me! I reported it.. and sincerely hope you get in deep trouble .. you're awful and you need to be held responsible. I'm glad I didn't just overlook the debit charge because it was a small amount that you plot in hopes of not being noticed. nice trick but foiled because I'm not gullible and I stay diligent with what little I have to spend on things!
Payment issue with my account
Tells me every time no matter what card that there is a payment issue go to www.wish.com/resolve payment issue. I tryed everything even signing in with Facebook. Also have not received some orders robot vaccume say they delivered it only my post office says can't track somthing that's not in the USA system. Ordered another one waiting till Feb 22 t

Connected to the wrong profile!!!
For some very strange reason my own account with Wish seems to have disappeared and I am connected to someone in Brazil. How on earth can that happen? The profile is empty though... so not an active profile, which mine was as I have ordered from Wish a few times. There is no way of logging off from that fake profile and contacting Wish you Facebook or their website is of no use! Very odd... looks like a scam?
Return label
I received an unacceptable item and requested a refund and return label same day along with pictures. I have given 3 different emails so I'm sure the problem is not on my end. I have not received a single shipping label and I'm being told if it's not than 30 days I can't refund. Today is only the third day but I'm seeing a pattern with wish not responding to the actual problem but instead repeatedly sending me in a loop to the support page with no resolution
Identity security
They spammed me earlier last year with tons of emails, despite my not having an account. I actually forgot about that and then did sign up and tried to purchase shoes. They took the money from my account, then refunded it. When I logged on my wish.com account to see what had happened, an automated message came up saying I needed to provide a picture of the payment and refund from my bank account statement. I sent them a screenshot (my account is online). Then customer service apologised and said they had removed my account as someone had created it by mistake? But it was me- this confusing message was partially written in Cyrillic- quite unhelpful. Then I explained I just wanted to make the purchase that I had already made, but they reversed. They still refused to place the order, requesting that I upload a picture of my ID! They said to include it with only my name and image shown, but this is still an absurd amount of information to ask for. I expect that sending them in my ID with my account numbers is not normal procedure. It seems they are on the brink of phishing and I'm being spammed by their emails again, despite unsubscribing three times.
My account is blocked
I have sent in my bank statement and driving license as requested by wish in order to verify my account and I have sent it in 3 times now
But wish are not verifying my account after being a very good customer of theirs for quite a long time now Each time I try to register a new card or try to buy through PayPal I get a message saying my account needs verifying
I never had a problem before but as soon as I deleted my old debit card and tried to register a new card my account gets locked
I have items in my basket waiting to buy but I cannot buy anything now
I also have about 50 items already on order waiting for them to be delivered which I bought off wish so as you can see I am a good customer

Payment error / verify my identity and cancellation
Yes I have emailed wish about this with no response as yet. I can't buy or cancel anything because it's asking for me to verify my identity the link the button I have to press don't work. I have gone on to there normal customer support with a reference no for a mobile phone I want to cancel no response or for the payment error problems. I have been on klarna to cancel as I have done it on buy now and pay later it's just put as I'm returning it but I have not recieved it and it's still processing I don't want it I've bought else where. I still have 4 items I've bought last wk the status off those still says arriving. But with the payment errors and verify identity issues lack of response I'm worried they might not turn up. I need this issue fixed thanks
Hi I have a problem with wish I can't buy anything there asking for me to verify my identity trouble is I went on page to do so and link don't work or I get oops somethings wrong and take me back to home page. I have emailed them explained and no response it's worrying me because I have 4 items I already purchased wk before it still says there arriving. Wish cash
I have several times went to the local CVS and purchased up to $20 in wish cash more than one time. And never had the money added to my account. I have emailed customer service several time and have the receipt and have given them the transaction number but keep getting they cannot find the transaction ID over and over after I have given it to them repeatedly..
Delay to delivery

Wish had announced that my watches would reach February 6th. But that date has arrived but my package has not arrived and I will leave Sweden for another 7 days. And I don't know if Wish can send my package to another country? It is best for me and you to deliver the package to Sweden. I told you that is mentioned "Delivery could not be completed" in the package tracking, but Wish didnot pay attention to this. I can not accept Wish's new date for delivery, because I am not in my address and I dont now my new address in another counrty now.

Payment issue
I ordered something on the wish app and for the couple of times I tried entering my banking details but the didn't accept it but they later entered after that I ordered again and it accepted my details but later told me that I need to screen shot the transfer which should have reported on my phone but it never did and later my details got removed and I couldn't put them in again so I can't buy anything on the app anymore and I'm still trying to fix this error

So the credit card I have on file with you is good you can run it back through I don't know what else to tell y'all that credit card it's good that you have on file I called my credit card company and they told me that my credit card was good It's good you can process the payment the credit card company told me
