I'm so tired of ordering something, just to have it canceled. Just when i think my purchase went through, three days later it is canceled. U said within 24 hours i would know! That a big fat lie. U wait until u think you get the item then 3 days later t's canceled! GO FIGURE! WHY? ARE U A FRAUD?

I order a back massager almost 2 months ago. It was supposed to be here last week. Now there telling me it was lost in shipping. So your telling me I'm gonna have to wait another 2 months for one product? No thanks. I will be telling all friends and family to never use this app again. Unless they want to wait 4 months for one item. Yes they are cheap but if you make us wait 2 months plus having the item made so cheaply what's the point? Your service is literally this. Wait 4 months for an item that's worth less then a dollar. Its total crap.
fake sheepskin rugs
I have bought now 7 fake sheepskin rugs from you.
The first two were very large and better quality than the later, smaller ones, but when we had a friend stay who has a sheep station in Australia (we are Australians living in Italy) he confirmed that they were definitely fake. He pointed out that they have a weaved backing, not a hide backing. And the 'fur' is synthetic.
Before he visited and told us this, I bought five more! Smaller ones, but these are obviously fake because they are cut in the shape of a sheepskin rug, every one is exactly the same, the backing is woven, not pelt, and the fur is not curly like sheeps wool but straight and synthetic.
I saw many listing for 'faux' sheepskin, and 'looks like' sheeps wool etc. But I specifically chose a seller who said 'genuine Australian sheepskin'.
Allowing sellers like this only destroys your reputation. I now feel like I will never again shop at Wish because I can't trust the products you sell to be what they say they are.
I've complained about this now three times and nobody ever responds telling me your taking those listings down. This is what I want. As well as a refund, I want you to stop selling these fake products so other people don't have the same experience I'm having. And for your own reputation's sake.

As a seller you place items to sell - of course if a customer buys a product the seller has to Full fill the order! And this is all a seller can do!
There is absolutely NO Control/Evidence whether the Items are getting shipped or NOT!
Once an order is placed by a customer it is completely in wish.com hands whether it get shipped or NOT!
I had a decent start first - after learning my lessons got better generated good sales, - one gentleman was asking where is my tracking number. Also no Respond to the costumer!
This is where i made my way through and dig into wish. - First i got Fined 3 Times over $50 because orders are not being Shipped?!
AGAIN: there is NO set up or anything a seller can do after placing the Items!
After digging i realised (unfortunately very late) that 99% of my the orders having no Tracking information even after 5 weeks passing! - Means more FINES for me!
After writing/asking to Wish support about it, take a wild guess: Respond NEXT to NOTHING! Even now after one week.
Outsourcing the web about selling/customer issues I found out this seems to be a very BIG fraud against Seller&Buyer!
Having 14k on the clock - I started deleting all my Items - bit later one Gentleman from Columbia ordered 7 times the same item out of the blue!
The day after some items are still getting promoted?! for what?!
and few other orders suddenly popped up - most likely just that wish can charge me for deleting and given all the paying Customers the money back - I Sincerely HOPE that they all getting their hard earned $$$$ Back!
I don't know what wish.com is anymore BUT i can't wait to see them crushed like a cockroach in COURT!

Hi my name is Araceli Romero about 2 weeks ago your Wish app you guys were having a big sale on everything and I ordered black and white checkered vans and it's been past two weeks we're on our third week and I still haven't gotten my package I just want to know what's going on or when will my package arrive. Product doesn't work! I requested a refund of $15.30 on 10/2/19 and was told it would take 14 days well today is the 14th day and still no refund! I've sent about twenty emails to try and get my refund of course the only response is "we'll contact within 2-3 days it's been for days still no refund and still no response. My bank told me to tell wish to reissue the refund which I did, wish then told me that no money was ever taken out of my account which it was because I have proof from my bank!

My account was hacked 11 days ago. I received an email advising my email address had been changed. I contacted them imediately. I was then told 4 days later that due to the sensitive nature another team will make contact. It has now beem 11 days and still NO RESPONSE. My account has sensitive info and the hacker has been changing my pending orders.

I have ordered a 500 GB hard drive on 13 august and I havent receibed the order till now I wanted to cancel the order but the customer supporr is not responding am I scammed? I placed my order on the 10th of august. According to my order history my order haven't moved since the 22nd of august. As everyone knows we can't get to speak to anyone to find on what is happening! They moved my delivery date and yet again, no delivery! I placed 2 orders and the 1st one I received a month ago! I saw numerous complaints of people not getting their orders from wish and I am very worried that i'm one of them too. This is extremely frustrating!

I was charged for an item I did not order, $158.76 On 9/2/19. I have been emailing WISH since then and keep getting responses that they will refund my money but it hasn't happened!
