18th of oct & 17th of oct I was ment to have my items deliverd I recieved my other things I purchased from wish before but they stopped sending me my items few weeks ago thyre scammers I want my money back! I order a mobile phone from wish app play a garden scrap game from there I got the offer about 2000 rupees but when I order the phone it was the credit card that's why I use my credit card after when we we got our delivery when will open the phone not opening and it was damaged the screen always black so I want my refund that for any phone that will be able to use it.

Hi,
I ordered a leather bag through wish:
- Product: Mens Genuine Leather Vintage Laptop Shoulder Briefcase Messenger Bag
- Company: Cuero
It arrived within about 15 days which is abnormal for wish shipping times.
When the bag arrived it had a horrific smell - as in the smell of manure of the highest grade.
I complained on customer support and immediately got a refund.
I still tried to look at options on reviving the bag, when I found a document on leather which stated that the manure smell in leather happens when a cheap leather is being skimped on by skipping treatment processes and that the smell is actually the leather decaying.
This decaying smell can be mask for a while, so I was lucky in the sense that it started displaying this problem so quickly (even though it was a fast delivery).
I want to know why a manufacturing company like this is still in your system?
How are you (wish.com) tracking their quality?
Your system is set up in such a way that bad complaints does not show and the next buyer falls in the same trend.
I feel negative towards the quality of this product and that wish support this.
Are Wish.com following up on these bad products that is wasting time, buyers money?
Can this company be removed from Wish to protect its customers?

my wish account got hacked
I wrote multiple emails to wish.com on "Support@wish.com" but didn't heard back from them. i explained my issue in every email.
I had an old account with the same email address "gursimran.kaur.[protected]@gmail.com". I got an email few days back that someone has tried to change the email address of mine on it. And since yesterday i tried to get into and login in my account but i wasn't able to because somebody hacked it and changes the email address. I have my credit card details saved in that and also $24.70 credit balance in it.
I am worried since last 1 week and tried to reach out to customer support but they guys didn't helped me.
Than i made a new account from my old email address and it get me into it which means somebody else is using my old account with new email address.
"[protected]@eveav.com" this is the email address which requested to change it and i got email from WISH.
Please help me before that person miss use my card details and balance.
Wish team is not even bothering to respond back. Please help me.

I ordered the shirt Sep 11, 2019. I received a confirmation that it was delivered on Sep 19, 2019. The problem is I never received it. I waited a while because deliveries sometimes takes longer than they say. But no short. I've contacted WISH several time and all I get is that they do not issue refunds with confirmed deliveries. Who confirmed it cause I didn't get the shirt. I asked for a phone number so I could talk to a real person. Still waiting for a response.

nokia 2 phone case
I ordered a Nokia 2 phone case on 9/10/19. It is way too small, I mean it doesn't even come close. It seems your website won't let me summit for a refund there anymore. How do I take care of this issue? My order doesn't show on the site either. I would like to request a refund since non of the cases fit my phone. This is the 4th case that I've ordered for my phone that doesn't fit a Nokia 2 Phone. Again my phone is 3'x6'. I have asked for assistance with this and gotten no response. I had a fraud issue with my MasterCard last year and I have now since recieved a new one but it won't for some reason let me check out the items in my cart. I know they looked at all of my past purchases when they were looking into the case and there was some items from wish but the were sent and have since been put on my new card which is great. Wish app saids free shipping on orders over 55 dollars well my order is almost 300 dollars and the shipping s over 100 dollars . This is not just FALSE ADVERTISING ITS LUDACRIST. pricing and false advertising
I agree with what she is saying about items being advertised at a low low price and even free but as soon as you pick from the color or size pop up, it reveals the actual price for the item. The Wish platform was not like that before. If the item was advertised as free, it was free with the exception of shipping. I have ordered from this app previously and there is a significant change; The advertised is false and deceptive. I even went to the related tab section to and found the same item, different priced advertised, different company, and even a lower priced advertised. But once I get to the size and color section there it was, the real price. Just the same as before. I don't like getting teased like that. I just want to know what does the ad price have anything to do with what they're really selling it for?!? Even with the promo and discount codes and blah, does does an item go from free to paying $6 in shipping to checking out your cart and the total come $18.00?!? Never received my order and Wish along with PowerMup declined to give me a refund or reship merchandise. Lousy customer service I'd say! I've used Wish several times and never had an issue with getting a refund if I didn't get an item or had an issue. my wish account was hacked
I received an email from Wish stating I had asked for my email address to be changed. When I tried to stop this, it had already happened. My account is gone along with my points, orders & everything else. I had to sign up as a new account. I'm extremely upset about this & Wish can't send me any emails because the hacker is getting them. The customer service is terrible & I can't get anyone to respond back. I had over 12, 000 points, had ordered lots of things, had extra discounts & am a member of the Wish community on Facebook.
