I don't understand about the up cost on shipping. i have noticed when I click on shipping options it shows a much different price than it shows when it is added to my cart. For instance, a shirt I really liked. Shipping option showed 2.42 and the delivery dates. When I added it to my cart it shows shipping 6.00. I have noticed this multiple times, so I remive the item from the cart.

product not arrived
Hi there,
I'm hoping you can help me. I have always been a very loyal and impressed Wish customer in the past, but sadly, I am really dissatisfied by my most recent experiences.
On 26th July I ordered a shirt (#UD194594060CN) to arrive by 12th August. It was delayed by a week but I was assured by the app that it would arrive by 19th August - although it has still not arrived. I need the shirt for 24th August because I ordered it for a specific event happening on this date. Had I known that the shirt would still not have arrived, I would not have placed the order. It says on the tracker that it arrived in it's destination country on 13th August, so I'm really not sure of the reason for the continued delay.
In addition to this, on 17th August I ordered a dress (#LA305880494CN) specifically to wear on holiday for an anniversary meal which is taking place on 12th September. Given that the delays with my shirt were already in the back of my mind, I absolutely know I would not have placed this order unless it was due to arrive before my holiday. It now says on the tracker than I can expect it on 20th September, when it will long since be over!
Please advise how this matter can be resolved. I would request that at the very least my postage and packaging for both items is refunded.

Good day I have purchased 8 Zeuslap laptops which was suppose to be delivered already but I have not yet received it, the store Name is 77cart whom has advertised it, I purchased them for resale but now I ended up refunding my clients, this service and non delivery of these items are really bad and poor service,

what is wrong with wish
When I ordered things it later on said "thank you for shopping with us. Your order has been refunded". When I try to buy things I give up and then I keep getting notifications about me leaving things in my cart even though I want to buy them but can't. Why won't it let me buy things anymore? And why won't it ship things to me? I need answers. But in the mean time I won't be shopping on wish for gifts or anything like that any time soon. I hope they can't fix this.
payment issues
I've been having issues at checkout and it won't let me pay it just keeps saying that. There a problem with my account and that I need to visit wish payment issues to resolve it but nothing ever happens . I would like to be able to get my order placed, how can I verify my identity? I've been dealing with this way to long and I would like it to be resolved, can you help?
email address changed no response from wish
I received an email saying that I had changed my email address but I didn't. I contacted support@wish and I'm still waiting for a response. They keep saying that due to the sensitive nature of my email someone else will be in touch, I'm waiting nearly two weeks now! I can't access my account and when I click forgot password and put in my email address I'm not receiving a link to change it. I've got a few orders I'm waiting on which I'm not sure if I'll get now. This is very frustrating.

outdoor cushions covers
Hi there. I bought this outdoor cushion cover that were meant to be waterproof.
When I received then, apart from the packaging being opened, the covered are not waterproof, as described. I contacted the 'customer support ' on the app, which is useless by the way! And still did not get a response. It says case solved when I didn't get my money back or any reply in regards to my complaint about the item. I'm not happy to pay £74 for something that isn't even worth £10. I waited for ages for the item to arrive and then it's not what I ordered as it's not waterproof, as stated. I would like my money back so I can buy an actual waterproof product, that I need!
So, please, help me as there's no option in the app to actually speak to anyone, it's just the stupid already made answers that I can choose and that's not helping.

On the 17th aug I received an email from Wish saying my email address had been changed. When I tried to sign into my account I received a message that my email or password was incorrect. I immediately reported this to Wish. On the 18th I received an email from customer service saying they had referred the problem to another department. As of 22nd of Aug I still have not received any assistance from them. Thus currently someone has control of my account and I can't do anything about it. I can't access it to delete. All I want now is for Wish to delete my account and I will never purchase from them again.

Wish sent me a email informed that my Email had been changed to a new Email with a complete different name on the August 16/2019. I did not change my Email at all so I contact Wish customer support to find out why and made a complain. There are no respond at all to support me about the issue. I go to Wish log in and find out all my Order History deleted including active order ( I received some broken Item and can't contact seller anymore to replace it. Their Customer service is the worst in the world. Now I m trying to release my account from them to avoid any more damage to my account from them including my Visa Numbers. Think very careful before you open an account with them and most of their Item is low quality which you can get from 1 Dollar Store minus shipping fee.
wish won't let me checkout and locked my account
I had no problems with Wish until yesterday. I looked on the website to see if and one else was having the same issues of not able go to checkout all of the sudden and cannot look at your wishlist and cannot add anything else in your cart.
Wish won't let me checkout or access my account and there are not responding to my alot of my emails and most of the emails that I receive back from Wish are some english with different other languages. WTF?!
advertising awful products
I like using your website, however today I am disgusted to see adverts for 'slimming patches and pills' that are completely fake! Does anybody actually check what is being advertised and the pictures that go with them? I've attached a screenshot of one of the ones I have seen today. You are blatently trying to trick naive people Into buying products that won't work. No wonder so many people have weight issues!

cannot get to cart or to checkout on phone or computer
I have uninstalled and reinstalled app at least 30 times. Cannot get to Cart or checkout for 3 weeks. Customr support non existant. App does not work on my phone or computers. I receive customer support message to reinstall program which I have done repeatedly
I tried to set up new account but that did not work. It recognizes my device and pulls up my information. I provided screen shots of OOPS messages repeatedly.

Dvd, gps car entertainment system
The item purchased is in light use for six months and the sound is now faulty, everything is working as it should just no Audio output. How do I get the item replacement or repair from Wish ? It was quite expensive and six months is not a time before failure so I am looking to get it fixed or replaced as I like to listen to music in my car, I still have the box and shipping card it was sent with if you require it ?

Difficult in making purchases
I have been finding it difficult to make purchases. Each time I try to make payment I will be asked to upload the bank statement of my previous purchase. I have uploaded the receipt of my previous purchase severally, but still I can't make purchase. The same question keep popping up.
I had earlier last week successfully purchased and made payment for some goods. But since after that it has been difficult to make subsequent purchase.
