Wish order #5cb4465f5de5037119ef6b76 & 5cb3fbd849c30d304808376c

I ordered these items (one by mistake) in April, 2019, was to be delivered May 19. The shoes did not arrive I contacted your support, they said If I wanted to wait, they should arrive by June 19. After That I attempted to get in touch with Wish support about the delivery that never arrived. I accidently pushed the arrived button on both orders. Iimmediately tried to get in touch with your support. Now i have no merchandise and no money, and I would like to get feedback on how to resolve this problem. Sincerley Gerald Webb

Wish refund practices

I purchase 4 items from the wish advertisement on Facebook and when I got the items they were the wrong size & color from what I ordered and one item was wrong all together. So I contacted them via email because the customer service I couldn't file a claim with for what ever reason.
So now I've received numerous emails from them and the first few emails were telling me that they couldn't find my order at all !
So they asked fory item order # & receipt#'s which I provided. Then they sent me an email saying that my credit card was declined and they never received payment and that I would need to reorder. So I explained to them I have proof I paid with my credit card statement.
So they asked me to send a copy of my
Photo ID to prove my identity and I also included a copy of my credit card statement highlighting the $59.23 charge that was paid to wish.
Then I received yet another email saying I needed to file a claim with their customer service for each item even though I have already told them I can't do that because I can't access any of the items I ordered because I don't have the app. I made my order through an ad on Facebook.
So I keep getting the same emails from them.
Now on the 21st of June 2019 I received another email saying that they can't process my refund because I ordered via Facebook
& They sent a link to their web site
However I can't access any of the items I need refunded through this app/site because it only shows the previous items I ordered last year during Christmas ! It does not show my latest purchase with the 4 wrong items they sent me !
I have sent them everything they have asked me for as well as explaining to them that I can't access the account site to file a claim through their customer service cuzy items are not there !
I'm totally frustrated & discussted with this company & their take on customer service.

Wish mobility scooter

I purchased a mobility cart and recieved it without a a battery pack a charger but nothing to charge.after much correspondence since May 16, 2019 The final answer from Wish was for me to return the cart for a full refund, AT MY EXPENCE! that's right I have to pay for the return. Does that sound like"they have my back? Well don't believe that slogan!

Wish account blocked

You have blocked my account due to some fraudulent purchases which I appreciate but when you asked me to send photos of my recent purchases in my bank statement to you which I have done 3 times, you did not reinstate my account. You keep asking me to create a new account which I have but still cannot purchase anything.
Please let me know what is going on and how you are going to resolve the issue.

Wish non delivery

I ordered the new mini bluetooth ear bud one March 4th, 2019. It never arrived and now wish is telling me that I am not getting the product and I will not get a refund. My tracking number is Tracking #: BLGTA0100970144YQ . This is happening with another product also purchased on the same day the Upgrade High Quality EMS Body Slimming Massager Ultrasonic Weight Loss Device Tracking #: LW131205072CN. This is stealing! I really would like the products that I have already paid for or get my money back. If this is not going to happen then I guess the only thing I can do is file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and leave negative response on wishes website

Wish scam!!! flagged account

I already provided the account that was being flagged. Wish/cute just replied asks what the account name and never get back after!

What e hell! I have never asks for any refund wit the account before n im flag for excessive refund?!

Is this a scam or what! Would like to file a report or go straight there when im going over there for work!

So crap! Scam people money this way... Who dares to buy z
!

Why do u guys anyhow flagged account when we did not asks for refund?! Is terrible when we did not receive certain item n yet end day we are ein flag ged... Being purhasing from cute so long and now system so sucks!

Wish payment at checkout

I cannot make a payment at the checkout for items selected. Every time I go to make payment a message pops up that says "oops there appears to be a payment problem please go to www.wish.compayment-issue". I've done this I have reentered my payment details and I have triple checked they are correct but still the same message appears. How can this problem be rectified please?

Wish my order never delivered, and I want my money

I placed an order in january (vr045243753yp), it has not arrived yet. The automated tracking does not show that it ever left china and the south african post office can not track it.
I need my money back or urgent delivery of the item. The automated customer service is really useless, it ads no value, the so called alex never responds or action any of my queries.

Wish returning item

I jumped thru all the necessary hoops,
Return date well within the time limit, returned via USPS and following this I e-mailed the copy of the receipt for the mailing. On the outside of the package I listed the RMA# as requested ([protected]) The order number (W1904200102342541) On calling the number to check on the delivery it was return to WISH RETURNS ON 6/1/21. As of the current date I have had no response.

Wish can’t make a purchase

I have been a wish costumer for couple of years and never had a payment problem so why am I asked for a bank statement I don't think you should ask for a private statement,
And as I have been with wish for long time and always pay with the same card I can't remember which card it was .
So could I please continue enjoying shopping with wish without any further problems

Wish payment issue

I want to know why I can't make a purchase. I have been trying for 3 months to do this. I want and like the items you offer but it won't let me send a payment. I have never ordered from you people before and I'm about over my head with this issue. Please fix whatever you need to and let me join wish. Wish 3rd time order also didn't arrive

I did a mistake placing order with Wish. 1st time placed order, items never arrived and I made a mistake by asking for refund as Wish Money...big mistake. I thought it might just be a fluke that I didn't receive the items...I was way wrong.

I placed 2nd order...which again I never received.

I again placed the order, 3rd time now, and now it's past their delivery date and I doubt they will deliver.

I hope there is a way to actually get the Wish money back to my credit card else I'm stuck.

Wish customer service

I have ordered numerous products with less than half being actually delivered. My last refund I requested to be put into my bank account, but was given store credit instead. I no longer wish to order from this site and wanted to close my account. I have followed their instructions, however the attire credit has not been refunded and I'm still able to log in automatically even though Facebook permissions have been turned off. Customer service keep telling me to open a support request through the chat, but the robot won't let me. Keeps telling me to contact them by July if I haven't received the refund. I want my money back and willing to go to the accc if necessary.

Wish customer service/help desk

[censored]ty [censored] application. My parcel keeps getting delayed over and over again. I have only ordered from this website twice, yet they flagged my account for "abusing returns policy". How can I abuse the system when I have never used the system? Stupid [censored] customer service. (note: my first order was in dec 2018. It never arrived till date). My current parcel ended up at god knows where. I decided to let go of my first purchase and not pursue the matter, but apparently I was stupid enough to try again because my friend asked me to give it another chance. So I did, I ordered on 31st may. Up till now, my items hasn't arrived. [censored] application [censored] company

Wish problems with wish website

in the past 3 weeks i cannot enter "my orders" and "costumer support" from my app and the website doesnt open at all from explorer or chrome!
i tried to contact the costumers service from facebook but there is a conversation with a bot that leads to nothing. I saw many replies on the app in google play thet alot of users have the same problems. Im making alot of purchases in this site and now its seems like this site has critical problems.

Wish login issues

Cannot log in to Wish with email address or Google and Facebook account.
No promised email to reset password received.
When I try to log in my password is not recognised. When I activate "Forgot Password" a message appears that a message has been sent with a link to reset my password, but I have not received any messages even after several tries.
Please help.

I have been trying since this order was placed to cancel it. I have emailed you several times to get the same response which is to go to order history and cancel item but this option is not available (even within the 8 hour time frame) I keep being rerouted with no option to cancel and I've emailed 8 times with the same response telling me to go to the order history. This is very frustrating and I have requested several times for you to cancel the order. I have also phoned you from Ireland and the answering machine tells me to email customer support yet customer support won't help me. I will be contacting the bank and reporting you for fraud if you do not cancel this order! I am extremely disappointed with your service.

Wish unsubscribe me please.

I have sent several unsubscribe requests over the last 10 days and I am still getting your emails.
I have the app on my cell and I will order that way but I DO NOT want to get sales emails from you other than those referencing orders I have placed.

I hope this gets through to the correct person.

Wish I did not receive the products ordered

I placed an order for three items. This is the order number: 5cc96b7f8a4b05640f9b7216
three products never arrived. The order was placed on May 1st and first date to arrive was June 10th. Then it was changed into June 17th. Now we are on June 24th and nothing arrived. The date shown on the site to deliver products is still June 17. Nothing arrived.
Prior to that I ordered another product which also never arrived. I was reimbursed with wish points. Usless points since nothing is delivered.
You don't provide a tracking number or anything.
I don't want to be reimbursed with wish points. I just want those products. Those were supposed to arrive before my wife aniversary this year, not next year.

I want a tracking number or a specific date when the products will arrive.
