I want my money back or my clothes!!!
i never got my cloths! all I received was a pair of earrings. you took my money though! you guys are hard to get a hold of!you took out $41.50 and I want that money put back on my card. the date you took my money was 4/14/2019. my name is April Pressler 1285 Lee Rd Quincy ca 95971. never sent product, charged my account
Wish.com charged my account in November 2018 for items purchased but emailed me shortly after and said they couldn't send the products due to issues with the payment. The money showed on my bank statement as withdrawn, so clearly the issue was on their end.
After numerous back and forth emails with their customer support team, they eventually refunded me with credit "wish cash", but also froze my account so the credit was unusable. The net result was that I could not actually use the money they refunded to me. It's been 5 months and I've still not had any progress made. This company seems to be fraudulent or at the very least incompetent at customer issue resolution.
can't make an order
I have tried to order and it's telling me there's a problem with my account and asking me for bank statement showing that I have ordered from Wis before, I just got an order this month with no problems using the same card I have been using since before Christmas. For some reason my order was refunded and I was expecting to get my order soon, I sent a message asking why I didn't get my 20 percent discount but I didn't ask for a refund I was very excited about getting my order for my grand daughter she was here the day her last order arrived and loved the hair ties and I tried to order her more, it said my order had been processed and when it would arrive and I just checked it and it said my money had been refunded and I was upset and could not get anyone to talk to I really want to know why I can't order please let me know and check my account and you will be didn't ask for a refund, I am very upset. The dress I ordered is too big. I inadvertently threw the packaging away, but it came directly from China. Do you want to exchange with a 1l instead of 2 l or should I keep it and gain weight to wesr ir?(joking) I order many things from you and usually have no problems I cannot take care of. I purchased a dress from you, while quite beautiful, it is too big. It is a 2L and I believe I can now wear a 1L. Do you want the dress returned for a replacement? The dress came directly from China and the packaging was inadvertantly thrown out. Please advise what I should do about the green dress. I woke up to an email that said I ordered a new phone being shipped to TX when I live in PA. I cannot get a password reset email sent to me so I cannot access my online account and NO ONE from wish is reachable through phone! I cannot cancel the order because someone changed my PW and attempted to change the email. I am LIVID and cannot reach anyone! SO now I have a freeze on my bank account and cant access any of my money but also can not reach anyone from wish. AND WHY AM I NOT GETTING A RESET PW EMAIL? I clicked it many times! On the 18th of April 2019 i purchased two items by accident the Order #: 5cb8cdf40c95b42be7f1d8f5. i then cancelled one of the items from the purchase almost immediately and was notified i would be refunded the amount of 207.00 euro from the cancelled item, upon inspection of my banking details later on the 24th of April 2019 an additional amount of 190.00 euro was withdrawn from my account without my approval as i had not purchased anything else from your company.
As of now 398.00 euro was withdrawn form my account on the 18th of April 2019 with 207>00 euro of this to be refunded to me which you notified me of.
An additional amount of 190.00 was then also withdrawn from my account on the 24th Of April 2019, i would like to be refunded the 207.00 euro and 190.00 euro ASAP or notified what is happening with this incident. if not refunded this money i will bring further action. i have tried contacting you on may forums but have had no luck.

I recently ordered several items from wish.com I have not received them they do show that they have been delivered I have checked my local post office and my neighbor's nobody has seen them still have not received them and wish.com is refusing to resolve the issue by either refunding my money or we sending me my items and I'm close to taking it to the Better Business Bureau if it does not get resolved immediately

I keep getting things in the mail I did not order from Wish. I have tried to contact them to remove me and it seems they do not except email? And so, I never hear back from them and remain getting their things in the mail. Please help me know how to stop them from sending this things. Thank you for whatever assistance you can offer me. A lot of the things I cannot use so this is not profitable for Wish as well.

There are several posted refunds due to something about a payment issue. But my card was charged for each item. I have received no refunds. I have checked my bank account daily and there have been no refunds. Now i am being told my complaint is too short and will unlikely be resolved however there are hundreds of dollars missing from my bank account. So if this is not resolved, i will go to my bank and file fraud charges. I hope this complaint is long enough.

problems with my account
I have been ordered items from you all. Now every time I try to place a order it being declined. They want id bank statements. I love to order things with you all. I don't understand why. A lot of the items don't receive. Yes I may have ordered a hundred items & only gotten about 75 items. & I will ask for my refund if I don't get in within a 2 months period. Which is only right. Worst experience I've ever had with a shopping app. Tried to buy over ten items, and not one came in the mail. It's been multiple months and all I've gotten is "Your money will be returned within 10 buisness days.". (Which I have still not recieved) I was so excited seeing the ads and amazing prices, but it was just a trick to steal my money. It's a scam and you should not trust this app.
