I have had a recent package from Wish with the label having falsified printed information on it by the store seller. Their store name is Jinhan. I can`t seem to add the photo without an error flagging up. More than happy to provide one if anybody should ask along with all the others I have already submitted to the customer support team.
The package was supposed to contain 25 90ml bottles of perfume. When the postman handed it to me, given the size and weight it was obvious immediately that it didn`t, so much so that I asked him to witness me opening the package which he did and like me was horrified to see the content. I say content because there was actually only one bottle of 20ml perfume inside.
I question how this even got past customs as it certainly will not get past me.

Maybe two months ago. I made a order of three to four things. I never received the items and I never got a refund. There are several people that have the same complaints, you all need to fix this and stop taking people's money. The least you could do if give a credit or refund it to the buyers. The Package when it arrived had a sticker on it saying it was received in damaged condition.
It was an empty package with no sandals in the package! I was anxiously awaiting the arrival of the sandals and was disappointed that they did not ever make it to me.

extra order billed need to know why
I had a order on 04/13/2019 which I had ordered totaling $114.41 I was charge correctly.
Same day I received a charge for the amount of $68.90 . At that time I did go to the support center to ask what that was and could it be my wish list.
No response for anyone!
I did not intend to order from that list just my order list. I have received a couple of extra buttons set but do not have an invoice to cover nor should it be a total of $68.90
I would like to resolve this issue before I order anything else .
If I do not get a response within next 5 Days I will dispute the $68.90 amount on my credit card.

refund issue
Hi I place an order for 25 bottles of 90ml Alien perfume on April the 17th. Order no. LL183321799CN from a store named Jinhan on Wish.com. On the 1st of May a small and very light parcel arrived containing "one" bottle of "20ml" Alien. I immediately took clear photos of the package with contents and submitted a request for a full refund including shipping costs via customer services. The response was that I needed to send a picture of the actual bottle inside the box which I did. At first after a couple of days I saw the status on that request as being "Refund processing". I took a screen shot as I did not have that confirmation anywhere else. Next day the status changed to "solved" without any refund having been processed. I submitted another request and included that ss of the original status which has disappeared. The next responses were all parrot fashion based on me having to open a new request for a refund. The customers services are on a loop now and every day the status simply now states "delivered" so I am going through the same mindless process each day of having to add the same photos and details. This is now the 5th day that they have ignored my request in spite of sending several photos and details. I spent over £500 on this order and received a 20ml bottle of Alien worth no more than £10? Obviously I am really stressed and angry that they have stolen that money from me and want it back. The package stated 25 as quantity which the postage witnessed as he did me opening the package. This is surely a case of fraud and theft? I want a full refund on this order with full shipping costs. I have reported it time and again through customer support. The store seller should have refunded me immediately. Please can you assist with this as soon as possible. I need that money put back to my bank. Meantime I am in contact with Klarna who have paused this transaction until I end it as solved which is clearly IS NOT SOLVED to date. Thank you I tried to add my photos below but it is stating that they are too large to submit.
Today, after a week of restarting the refund process over and again, asking all along for full shipping costs to be included in my full refund, Wish refunded me a total of £467 when my complete order total was £528.75. So they have left me short of £61.75. I want the total I paid put back to my bank in full please.
This is not acceptable as I have had enough stress concerning this process already. It`s soul destroying when customer services keep sending you back the same automated response. I worked hard for the money I gave to your store seller.in return, he falsified information on the package label and left me completely short of my whole order. These sellers are very obviously dishonest and I even question customs for allowing that package through knowing full well, due to the weight and size that it was not containing what it stated it was. The whole set up is questionable. I am an honest person and to have people treat me in a way that I would not consider treated them leaves me feeling bitter about this site.
You need to review this case Wish and god knows how many besides and ask yourselves if all these people who are tired of your dishonesty and bad customer services might benefit from you acknowledging them all to start with..
Trading standards have stated that I should keep a record of all communication so please note that this submission will be included in that file.

I login today to find the status beside my complaint reading "resolved"? How could you possibly add this insult to the first which is that this has never being resolved since the 1st of May.. Please do not falsify information like that. I have never claimed that Wish have sorted this issue out.

I've been trying to contact Wish for days and get no response from that gutmen or whatever. I placed a large order but it kept coming up with my friend's name and credit card number. He lost the card and has a new one. I want to order under my name which I had orginally done with my credit card number. counterfeit scopes
I purchased a few leupold scopes and they looked great and a great price. I ordered more and found out that they are counterfeit. I was able to return/refund the first few from the first few orders but then my account was put on hold for too many returns. I had more scopes on order and could not cancel them and they showed up and I was charged for them. I tried multiple times to get refunds/returns but my account stayed locked and said to wait till my account gets in good standing.
I filed a complaint with bbb and got a few emails from wish.com telling me that the time limit to return them is over so they cannot help me. So in other words, they lock your account until the time is up so you can't return anything.
At no time can you reach a real person, only my email through your account (which got locked) so no personal customer service.
Do not order or support this company - I am out over $600.00! This company is supporting counterfeit products and is allowing them to be sold.
