I have emailed several times and received similar responses explaining what the daily giveaway is and I keep explaining that I know what it is because my husband has the app as well as I do and I watch him as he gets the daily giveaways and us able to try and get them I do not have the gift box icon on my phone and I have had this app for quite some time. My husband just barely got it a few weeks ago. Why do I not get this icon on my phone? We have the same phone. I just want the gift box icon on my phone as well. I have been ordering a lot from wish but I am about to just stop because no one will help me and when I try to call they say the extention is not available at this time. It says it everytime I call. I even left my number on email so someone could reach me. I don't know what else to do. I would like to talk to an actually person over the phone and not just go through email because obviously I'm not being understood. Please help me with this.

I've used this site for five or six different items that will be arriving in the next few weeks. Now its saying my payments are under review. Can you tell me why this is. I use prepay Visa so there should be no problem. I've used more then one and never had a problem until last night around 11pm...just wondering how I would get this resolved and get my orders coming.

blocked from using my account and wish cash
I tried to purchase a watch on my birthday (Sept 21 2018) from Wish. I changed my mind and cancelled order before it was processed. I was given the option of refunded to my card or Wish Cash (which stated could be used that day) I choose wish cash. Since that day I have been locked out of my account. I know it is only $32.80 but I worked hard for that money. I have done everything they asked:
1. Picture of statement that showed recent purchases. (15 Times or more)
2. Explained that yes I used another card to try and purchase items (Boyfriends Card with him present and consent as it was for him. )
3.Went back to order history and contact customer service and fix the problem. (Every time I did that they stated that money refunded and closed. Customer service was not option.)
I did all these things several times since then and now I am getting responses in a spanish I believe. Since I informed them I do not understand the emails they have ignored me. At this point I have asked to use it for thiings in my cart, which totals the $32.80 or refund it to my card. I have not heard from them since the last email on 4/26/2019

I have been buying from wish for a couple months using my same debit cards. For some reason today I checked some of my order status and some of the items I already paid for said order review, what needs to be reviewed if I have already paid and money has been taken off my cards. So I tried to contact support and it wanted bank statement. I provided what I could and still can't shop. I need this issue resolved.

april 23, 2019 I ordered a jacket and on april 27, 2019 I received a refund although I did not cancel the order!
I received a question from Wish April 23, 2019 asking if I had received the item which I replied no and I would wait for it. April 27, 2019 I received a notice from Wish that I had been issued a 'partial refund' for the item although I did not request the refund! Since April 27, 2019 I have been trying to solve the problem with 9 letters, 9 replies to their questions and, have tried to phone but have had no response, clarification or satisfaction. I don't understand how this happened and if the same issue has happened to other customers? I'm beginning to wonder if this 'problem' is somewhat of a fraudulent financial technique because of their 'refund policy' which states they only partially refund for a cancelled order...which I would have no problem with IF I had cancelled or requested a refund. I would appreciate some help to resolve this matter, thank you in advance for your time and consideration.

wish account hacked, money stolen and items fraudulently purchased...
Just like everyone else below has stated, my wish account has been hacked. When the hacker realized that I had caught on, he locked me our ord my account and changed the password. They requested a refund on an order I made and requested it refunded back as Wish Cash then used it to make fraudulent purchases (Feb 2019 - April 2019). I reached out to customer service and in addition to taking a day or more to respond, their answers were generic and ultimately my requests for assistance in regaining access to my account have fallen on deaf ears. They have stopped responding to my emails meanwhile the hacker still has access to my information and account. I'm going to contact my Credit Card company and start a claim on the product I purchased and never received AND I've created a class action lawsuit against Wish for negligence. Waiting to hear back from and attorney if they think I/we have a case. If you'd like to be included reply to this thread.

Wish would not let me proceed to checkout with the items in my cart nor would they let me rate and review items that I already received. At first when the verify my identity screen popped up it wouldn't even let me click on any buttons but about a week later I tried again and it brought me to a photo screen and asked me to take a picture of my license. In no way shape or form will I be giving that info on line so I believe it's a scam. I also tried emailing wish support 3 times. It's been weeks and still nothing. My husband has the same phone type as I do and has the option for a daily giveaway and I do not have that option on my phone. I would like to have that same option. Could you please help? I would like to have some feed back right away please. Also is there a way to have it so we are not being charged for shipping for each thing we purchase? I ordered this on April 5th. I never received notifications of when it would be shipped out or anything. Apparently it was shipped and delivered to the wrong address. When I tried to follow up with Wish, they told me to contact the courier (fed ed) fed ex referred me back to Wish. Wish does not a customer service number I can contact and now I am left out in the cold with no product, no refund...All I really wanted was just my product I paid for.
