I have ordered from Wish cg or 2 years and now since you had the 50% off... There is trouble with my card. I have the money on my card. So what has happened? I want m looky order and I want the 50% per cent off. I have tried for a couple of days. Nothing had changed, except with your end. I DO WANT MY ORDER... ONLY IF I STILL GET THE 50% per cent off. when i realised my account was hacked i raised a ticket and asked for a refund .
they were quick enough to reply to this ticket, and they did a refund back to the wish cash (the hacker took the money from wish cash to pay for this product)
After this incident i noticed i was getting payment issues - when i contacted the contact support they told me due to security reasons they have blocked my account permanently and asked me to open a new account.

I don't mind if my account is permanently blocked, i am more than happy to open another account in wish but before i do this i want my £14.80 in WISH CASH to be transfered to my paypal account (this is the original place from where all the above products where purchased)

they have got two options
1. Keep my account permanently blocked and transfer all the money in wish cash to my paypal account (original payment method/place)
2. unblock my account so i can atleast use that money

they advertised item for 2.00 with three dollar shipping cost and billed my card for 8.50 false advertising
I ordered like a 2 dollar item was supposed to be 3 dollar shipping charge they billed my card for 8.50 when I saw the total I cancelled the order .the 8.50 was still charged to my card and am getting feedback saying it could be twelve days to see my credit.i feel if they can take my money that quickly they should return it just as quickly. They also never shipped me an item I ordered so they issued me a wish buck refund, now I am leery of ordering anything else rendering my wish buck virtually useless . Their automated complaint review doesn't really give you an opportunity to specifically tell your problem it gives you predispositioned problems and their selected resolutions .I seriously doubt I will trust them again and plan on letting everyone who will listen to beware.

My young daughter has ordered from wish before and likes their affordable clothes. She used her allowance to buy a white pair of tennis shoes with roses on the side. They were about $15 - or $20 with shipping. She waited for more than a month. She finally received a notice that they had been delivered. We live in a small, rural area and immediately went to our post office. She said they had not been delivered. They were also not at our house. We contacted wish and were told to wait a bit - and maybe they would show up. My daughter patiently waited, but they never came. We contacted them repeatedly for either a refund or for an identical item to be sent (since we never received the shoes). They refused to refund or replace the item. My daughter was heart-broken. We had bought many items before and would have continued to shop at wish... But we will no longer purchase items from wish. Theire customer service was horrible and my daughter doesn't have the shoes and lost $20 from her allowance.

The only explanation they gave me was their system blocked me and they cannot remove it due to policy. What the heck.? I returned an item I ordered by mistake. They kept the $160.00 + so now I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it. I returned it immediately but they decided to keep my money. From reading other reviews I guess it could have been much worse. When trying to contact them you can never talk to a real person, their reply e-mails always say the same thing. "Contact customer support-we're really happy to help you!" That's it. That's all you'll ever get, a never ending cycle. There's a special place in Hell for people like them. trying to get replacement parts.
I don't know where to begin with this. I have been asking to get replacement feet for over a month now. I have sent the requested proof of damage and now that it says it was delivered but not received. I have sent in a email chain that is out of control. The agents have been copy and pasting the responses to me asking for me to run around and jump through hoops and hurdles to get this fixed. I am so upset with the way things have been handled.
