2 iphone 5 screens
hi i order 2 iphone 5 screens and i waited nearly 2 months for them to arrive and they came to me broken 1 screen is fully cracked over half the screen is showing black and got cracks through the screen and the 2nd screen the LCD is stuffed you cant selet numbers or letters cant swipe accross on the home page i brought these screens to fix mine n my mums phone more for my mum now im a career for her coz shes in a wheelchair i dont live with her and she relies on a phone to get hold of me if she ever has a fall if im not there so its really urgent im not happy on the weight time and now i have to wait longer to get the money put in my bank account and then wait longer again to get another 2 screens sent to me its ridulouis! if the screens werent [censored]ed i would have a phone fixed up for her so then she can get hold of me if need be im so disgustded in this matter it felt like forever for them to come in the mail then i put the 1st screen on and find out its no good cant use the screen so there for back to square 1 im one very upset customers

Item ordered 24th Feb it was due on 31st March I chased the order and was asked to wait until 7th April now I'm told to wait until 7th May I was told I can't cancel once it's been processed basically they are saying even if it doesn't arrive I can't get my money back they just keep extending delivery date

wish charged me for 64$ for a purchase I didn't make and isn't even there.
I ordered a 13$ purchase from wish I order all the time but after I placed my 13$ order they charged my bank card 64$ I emailed them and they keep responding back to go cancel the order from my order history but there is nothing there to cancel because I never ordered 64$ worth of anything only thing that's there is the stuff I did order. I can not get a response back and the actual help I need there is no reason someone shouldn't be able to be contacted and my issue fixed and be refunded immediately.
duplicate product sent on most items
Unacceptable to receive two of each item ordered 3 weeks apart. I reach out to customer service and keep getting redirected to customer portal and no answer this is so unacceptable in this day and age...this site should be shut down if I am double billed will go to better business bureau there is so much negative feedback on this company..why are they permitted to exist?

I have been dealing with Wish for a couple of years now. I had 1 problem with my debit card once and now they want pictures of my bank statements showing Wish purchases. I sent that to them. Now they are asking for pictures of what happens when I try to pay. So I took screenshots of that and have sent them. I am doing everything that they ask and I still can't shop on Wish! shoe sales and phone holder
Hi I ordered two pairs of shoes and car phone holder the phone holder was a danger when driving and the clip wasn't strong enough to stay up and kept falling down. They sent the complete wrong pair of shoes and I have not received the other pair I placed the order March 3rd from Wish.com. At first I brought the issue to their attention through the customer service and there was conversation but I have had no proper feedback as to where my items are, or what they can do, it has been 12 days since their last feedback. They are just ignoring this. I just want money back now and will never be using their service again. I have attached pictures of what was ordered and what was sent. As you can see the pair I received have no likeness to what I paid for. As for the other pair I am yet to receive. I would really appreciate your help as I am unable to resolve this. It was my first and last buy with Wish, and we started in a very bad way.
The prediction says that the product will arrive at April, 03th, but untill now nothing?

I did send many e-mails to your customer support center using e-mail address wish_postcustomer_support@wish.com and the person who replied to my emails name "Jomar".
But up to now there's no solution to my issue and always keep me waiting without providing the details.
This is the most ridiculous way of responds I ever receive from a customer service portal and I never believe WISH customer service is this much irresponsible and ridiculous.
Please make necessary arrangements to deliver my order to correct address and sort this problem.
If WISH cannot sort this problem, then please refund my money back.

Because the notification I received referenced a shipping address that I have used in the past, and an old cancelled credit card number, I would like for all my information to be deleted. Evidently someone within your establishment has access and has tried to use some of my information to make this order. I expect you to do all that is necessary to make sure this does happen again. I have called the 800 number you have provided with no success in getting anyone I could speak to about this matter. If there is anything you can do to prevent this from happening again or any order being placed for me, please proceed. overcharged on containers
Purchased a container set @ $1.80 + $3 freight, I ordered 4 sets total $19.80, cart was correct, but took extra $38 from bank, contacted customer support through contact us area, no reply before dispatch, when I saw they were dispatched, contacted customer support through the item, they said wait till arrival and they will refund me, they kept avoiding me, sending standard replies or completely unrelated answers until the refund period was up, now there are 11 unanswered messages in the customer support on item, they say they will reply within 2 days but have not done so. I even asked for management e:mail address, but they would not give it to me. This is theft now as far as I am concerned.
This was on Order #: 5c3ff28678c3de547a04256d, I ordered 2 other items and the totals did not change, its the 28 slot containers within this order that there is an issue. I have sent them screenshots of the items in the cart showing the correct amount. Have attached a screenshot of the very first E:mail sent, its been ongoing since January
retractable temporary queen size air mattress/ cot
We purchased via Visa a fully retractable and expandable queen size air mattress bed approximately seven (7) weeks ago. The product was on sale for approximately $80.00 instead of $200+ regular price.
We have yet to receive the product or be informed as to the status of the delivery or the courier/delivery company name.
What we do know is the VISA was charged the price of the product.
We request we be advised of the delivery status within the next 72 hrs or we will advise VISA to suspend or retract payment and cancel the order. Leaving your customers in the dark is not acceptable.
