I keep getting a message every time I try to pay out there is something wrong with my account and asking for bank statement.. I have a pay card there is no bank statement.. I've sent this several different way! Still as soon as I log in wish the pop up tells me there is a problem and they need bank statement! I called card holder and there is no restrictions on my card what so ever. So what is the big deal

I have ordered over a thousand pounds worth of items since Dec 2018 from Wish. The majority, mainly jewellery arrived without any problems and were rated accordingly. Certain other items were not received and refunded, usually minus the shipping. However since the bulk of the money spent was for aftershave and perfumes, it is outstanding how many unfulfilled orders to date there have been. Some either did not arrive, two were damaged, one large order returned to sender, bottles missing from one order and to update some outstanding orders not delivered. Only "two" out of the countless bottles of aftershaves and perfumes I ordered were delivered with no problems. 4 bottles remain outstanding to date which I am concerned about as they are late.. Below is bullet point details of the orders either not received, damaged, missing bottles, or returned to sender. I have lost shipping costs where indicated. I provided photographic evidence of all orders either damaged or missing items to customer service. Tracking, provided details of the non deliveries. I now have my account "flagged" owing to the amount of refunds I have "legitimately" claimed for non receipt, damaged, not as described, missing, and returned to sender items. Over all I have had countless items arrive with no problems and rated accordingly as seen on my account. It really is worrying that in spite of this, far too many did not arrive or as above, and yet far from looking into where the items are, or how they came with missing items which deceiving labels, bottles missing, damaged, or not as described, the company are questioning "my honesty"? I am not someone who feels the need to lie and have followed procedures when necessary to submit the truth in photographic form. I want my account to become reinstated so as I can legitimately claim a refund from a seller who sent me yet another damaged bottle of Creed Aventus with the box missing and the aftershave leaked out. I have countless items still out there yet to be delivered and so cannot concede through past experience that they will all arrive. Also I have a strong feeling that I will also not be receiving the outstanding 4 bottles of perfume and aftershave I ordered several weeks ago and am not prepared to lose yet more money owing to bad customers service.. Here are the items either damaged, missing some of the order, returned to sender or non arrivals below. They are not all of the total ordered from Wish and only include the aftershaves and perfumes but the bulk of my money is being lost to these sellers. The top two are the only ones that arrived with no problems.
28TH December ordered 1 bottle of Alien from "The Incredible Store", order number LM439093707CN Arrived on the 15th of January. Everything fine with this order. Rated positively. Delivered.
17TH January ordered 1 bottle of Creed from "go gou". Arrived on the 28th January. No problems. Rated positively. Delivered.
Above are the only 2 bottles of aftershave and perfume that have been delivered to date.
17TH January ordered 1 bottle of Creed from "saliea". Arrived on the 6th of February a little more than half full due to faulty stopper and had leaked inside the box and all over the paperwork. Submitted the photos to customer support and the seller refunded in full, which included the shipping.

The seller classed the refund as a "refunded in full" but it was minus the shipping, so again I have given a seller money for no goods. Not a nice experience, and in my opinion not a very good seller. Had to wait too long and as with other orders, kept changing the due date.

17TH January ordered 1 bottle of Alien perfume from "beiking". It never arrived and it took me days on end to get a refund as it does with a lot of the stores. Eventually the store owner refunded but minus my shipping costs. Not a good experience yet again. Lost money to the seller with no goods arriving.

29TH January ordered 10 bottles of Creed from "Is the layer of clothing" (Huang Xiao Yu), order number LM566288365CN. Arrived on the 23rd of February. It came in a small box, approximately 6" by 6" which only contained "3" of the 10 bottles ordered. Submitted relevant photos to customer services. Firstly offered me a partial refund which was minus the shipping costs. After several frustrating days of pointing out that he not only did not fulfill the order but lied on the shipping label about the contents of the package, he conceded that he should offer a full refund and so eventually did. Order missing 7 bottles of 10 ordered. Very negative experience with this seller. Twice now to be exact.. See below. Refunded in full (eventually)

30th of January bought 1 bottle of Creed from "raincontrol" (Huang Xiao Yu). LM570255672CN It arrived on the 28th of February leaking and minus it`s box. This is the same guy as with the above failed order. Photos taken to provide evidence of this same seller yet again not fulfilling the order by sending DAMAGED goods with MISSING BOX. Sadly not permitted owing to supposed "Overuse of refunds, also implying monitored account for possible fraudulent behaviour? The irony astounds me. No refund.

4TH February I ordered 30 bottles of Creed from "Store: Quanzhou MengMQ Co., Ltd" LM583955355CN. After several frustrating days of submitting the tracking information for review, which clearly had been stating that the order had been "returned to sender", the store finally acknowledged this. The sender must have been a happy chap after not only getting the order I paid for but only refunding me as much as he saw fit to, in spite of not receiving anything at all from him after having spent £504 pounds with he. He conceded that £471. 60 would be classed as a "full refund" so I am MINUS £32.40 for shipping costs, even though he didn`t ship to me? Not good business to be pocketing someone elses hard earned money for a handful of "nothing" in return. I have tried several times to ask this seller for the remainder of my money but he continues to ignore my requests. Very negative experience. Bad seller in my opinion.

The tracking number suggests that my order has not reached the UK yet but as a positive it is not due until the 19th of March so this one is "OUTSTANDING". 4th of February I ordered 1 bottle of Alien from "The Incredible Store". Order number LM578063877CN. Last tracking information is telling me In Transit - Arrive at the destination customs, GuangDongShengFoShanShi CLZX. Worrying as a previous order from this store for the same product did not arrive but on the flip side, one from the same store did. So, one out of 3 so far from this seller. Can`t be wholly negative as the due date is the 16th of March.. This one is still "outstanding"
As you can see, I have the majority of my aftershave and perfume orders missing and am tired of the dishonesty involved in misleading information on shipping labels, suggesting dishonesty, damaged goods, one of which is from the same seller, losing shipping costs when the tracking information is not even stating that the goods got to the Uk and a host of other frustrating problems I have experienced with this company. Over all the loss of money is not something, I can afford to ignore given the amount I have spent with the site and want something done about this. I am not prepared to "keep spending" money to get my account back in "good standing" just so I can claim legitimate refunds when needed. This companies customer services are fundamentally flawed. I believe that the customer has the right to be able to talk to the store owners direct. I have provided the name of one as it was on the shipping label with his address and will use this as a reference should there be any legal proceedings to consider which I sincerely hope not. Please review this situation. I have emailed the CEO to this company several times, tweeted, facebooked, you name it, to try and get some help but all no evail. Please take this as a matter of importance as I have my account flagged with no legitimate reason for the site to have done this. They should be flagging some of their sellers in my opinion. I ordered a yarn Storage and knitting accessories bag that was advertised on Facebook. I received only a small case for pencils instead of the storage case I had ordered. If I look at the pictures included in the description, this small case was part of the kit.

Okay so, I had ordered two things on wish about a week ago. Today, I had woke up and I got notifications from wish that my items had shipped. I went to my order history and it had said that what I ordered was supposedly "refunded."
First of all... I have a few questions-
Why did wish refund my orders?
Shouldn't they at least ask you if you want it refunded?

I ordered a pair of LG Headphones from Wish.com. I received them on February 23rd 2019. I was not happy with them so I sent them back on February 28, 2019. I tracked the package and seen that they received it on March 7, 2019. Today is March 22, 2019 and I still have not received my refund. They are not even trying to help Ive sent proof of everything and they just keep bypassing it and sending me the same useless nonsense. The store/seller is called Blue Haze in Miami Florida. They are not trying to help either. I just want my refund. Wish or BlueHaze doesnt want to give my money back. Buyer Beware. I purchased a wedding ring set from Wish a while back and shortly there after my fiancee lost the engagement ring of the set. She then went to replace just the engagement portion of the set. She was then sent the wedding ring portion of the set only and when she went through the return process she was told there wasn't anything that could be done AND that it was her fault for not paying better attention. What class this company has. I will never do business with this company again. May all their share holders burn in hell.

I bought USB sticks from them. It worked only for 1.5 month, then it does not save data. The customer service is very poor, they did not refund me. Very dissatisfied about wish.com
They said because you past the 30-day refund policy, they did not refund me. So it means anything working beyond 30 days will not be refundable including any electronic device that you may pay 100s of dollars for that will not be refundable if it works for as short as 31 days and fails to work anymore!

Everytime I try to check out it tells me there's something wrong with my account. I also have had stuff refunded that I did not request. I love the site and would love to get it resolved as quickly as possible. If we can't resolve it, I would hate to have to go somewhere else. I have tried my credit card directly, my paypal account too. I get the same notice, something is wrong with my account. I have a cart I'm ready to checkout and it wont let me.

My son bought 4 items from Wish and they all needed to be returned. So he received the pre printed air bill in order to send everything back which were all sent back last week through the post office in Norco CA. The amount needed to refund was $92.49 and all I have gotten back is $27.50. Please explain to me why I have not received my full refund. I am entitled to the full refund, you owe me $53.31 ASAP. Please advise me when this will be fully refunded to my account.

Well last year in late March early April I ordered four blutooth speakers and five sweaters with the matching sweatpants. And out of everything I ordered I got the blutooth speakers and two of my sweaters with the matching sweatpants . I was still expecting three more sweaters with matching pants but they never came . I have been a loyal customer of Wish for the past couple of years and have always tried to take advantage of the promo codes. I was going to place an order of $115.00 on March 15 because the Promo Code Spring ended today, the 16th. When I went to check out and submitted the (Spring) code it only gave me 5% off. Very disappointed. This to me is a false advertisement. I love the products and service at Wish; however, when it comes to really good PROMO CODES, it didn't work for me. So, I lessened my order. I would like someone to explain to me about the PROMO CODES. If you can't stand behind them, then why advertise them?

I am emailing because I have had an awful experience with customer service with one of the many orders that I have placed with wish.com. On January 31, 2019, I purchased 5 "cashmere" sweaters from the vendor "EWER" The description on their order page describes the sweaters as "Gender: Women/Closure Type: button/Brand Name: new/Model Number: FZ370w/Collar: O-Neck, V-neck/Thickness: Standard/Style: Casual/Item Type: coat/Clothing Length: Regular/Sleeve Style: Regula/

The order page also states, "We promise the high quality and the best service!" I only received 2 of the 5 sweaters that I ordered and the two sweaters I did receive are NOT cashmere. I spent $52.25 for 5 sweaters and $35.00 for shipping. I was refunded $17..45 for only one of the sweaters and I want a refund on all of the sweaters. I should receive an additional refund of $69.80.
My order number is 5c539712e419c135610c0ee and the only shipping tracking number is LW096717855CN.
Again, while there was only one tracking number the two sweaters that I did receive were delivered separately, two days apart. One of the reasons that customer service said that I would not receive a refund on any of the sweaters is because I did not keep the shipping label of the sweaters that arrived. I can't seem to find any place on Wish.com where it says that I need the shipping label to get a refund on merchandise that is not as it is described by the vendor and on 3 sweaters that I never received--how could I have a shipping label for those?. I did supply pictures of two sweaters that I did receive so that they and now you can see that they are not cashmere. I am really hoping that you can see how unfair this is and will assist me in getting a refund. One of the comments made to me in the emails from customer support stated that they had proof that all of the sweaters were delivered because the tracking form listed it as delivered. At that point, all 5 orders were marked "resolved" when it should NOT be listed as such until the rest of my money is refunded.
I really enjoy buying from Wish.com, and I want to continue doing so. Since January 1, 2019, I have spent 1879.17 and want to continue spending. Wish.com says,
