I keep being asked for my bank statement confirming that I've purchased from wish before. I do not give or send anyone my bank info or statements. I'm trying to order from wish and I'm getting no where because of this. I think asking for my bank statement is really intruding on my privacy. If this does not get resolved quick I will be ordering from somewhere else.

I have tried sending an email to peter@wish.com but have received no reply. Despite advising you that the parcel was never received by myself or my wife and being told to wait until 1, 1th feb to see if it arrived when the courier (yodel) told me I should have contacted them as soon as possible after it was meant to be delivered. All I get are generic emails asking to raise a ticket, which has been done and you reply by saying the item was delivered. Under the consumer rights act, you are responsible for the item until I or a nominated person has received delivery. You are at fault for not doing this. All I want is the item delivered by a reliable courier - try hermes or royal mail. Can please get this sorted as all I receive ar generic emails and no response. Regards tim kent

I recently tried to place an order with Wish.com. It came up with my charge card number, but a different person's name was on my account. I tried to change the name to my own but then got a message that I need to contact Wish before I could place an order. I have since canceled the card and now have a new one. I would still like to place this order. How did this other person's name come up with my Credit Card Number? Can you help me?

not getting the help I need and being charged due to not getting a response back
I ordered some things off of wish and it was past the 8 hours so I couldn't just cancel it on my own. I then reached out to the customer support team about every item on my order and then sent them an email. I never heard anything back and now these items have been shipped when I wanted to return them. I will not be using Wish.com ever again and I will also let anyone and everyone that I know about wish and the sketchy and horrible service and help I received.

My account has been blocked. They ask for proof that i purchased from them, wanting copies of statements or bank accounts. The information in screenshot form was sent showing that i indeed purchase something. I have also emailed in and they reply with check FAQ. You cant contact anyone in real life. I have used many different forms of payment and "none of them work". Why is this company allowed to randomly block people from purchasing things?

I have ordered from wish many times, I went to check out and it is telling me that there is an issue with my account and I need to take a photo of my bank account. I did send in a photo of my previous purchases, more than once. The message I received from wish told me that the issues would be resolved within 3days. That was in December, still can't purchase anything.

1. I placed order for the tablet on 30.Jan.2019 with the shipping cost 17AD. Total I paid 123AD (It's not a cheap item). The item is supposed to arrive to me on 06 March 2019
2. I usually check the tracking info from the seller and found out the seller gave fake tracking info. The tracking info said the item arrived in Australia on 02 Feb 2019 but I checked with Australia Post the item arrived on 25 Feb 2019 in Australia and it was stuck since then.
3. I wrote to notify Wish Customer Support and need correct updated tracking info. They asked me to wait until 06 March 2019 and then they will help me but gave no explanation about the fake tracking info of the seller
4. On 06 March (the estimated day the item should have arrived) I wrote again and asked Customer Support to solve the problem and they extended the estimated time to 13 March and blocked me not being able to write or contact them about this item any more until 13 March 2019
I am really upset with the way Wish Customer Support solving this problem. I need an explanation because I have suffered a lot for my waiting time (40 days) and a big failure for my plan to use this tablet for my job.
I hope this complaint will be dealt with a concrete solution and more seriously than Wish Customer Support. Thanks

refuses to refund for damaged and defective items
I placed an order on 01/24/2019 for 49 pieces of man's women's silver snake chain with barrel clasp bead charms link bracelet.
I spent $98.98. I am completely disappointed with this purchase.
Almost all of the bracelets have either a malformed clasp or a broken clasp.

4 channel wireless wifi security cameras
I purchased the 4 channel wireless wifi securiry cameras in 2018 from wish. I had paid someone to install them and noticed there were no set up instructions included. I have consistanrly contacted wish via email for over 2 months now requesting the set up instructions but unfortunately im not getting a proper response from wish. They keep going around in circles and not responding to me in a correct manner. I ask for the set up instructions and they tell me something else. I have now had to get the cameras removed as i pirchased new ones from elsewhere and have spent so much money on a product that wont work because of the instructions not being supplied.
