My complaint is pretty classic. We ordered earplugs 2 months ago and never received them. Of course the money was taken out of my account and no care in the world from wish. They keep telling me by email, pull up old order and address it from there. They don't have my order on line. After 8+ emails to wish, I've concluded they're not trying to help me. Will be filing a claim with BBB.
light pad
In January I ordered a light pad and discovered that it didn't work properly I have been trying to contact some one at wish for information on how to return it for a refund. I have called your customer service number 800.266.0172 numerous times and sent over a dozen emails. The phone call, no answer, email I'm give a referrence number with a message that my inquiry has been updated. or instructions to contact www.wish.com/transaction. This is beyond poor customer service. I have dates that I have tried to contact someone since January 31st.
I happened to come across this complaint site so I am hoping someone will get back to me and tell me how I can return this item and get my money back. PLEASE!

They don't want customer's anymore. From what I'm reading they putting everyone's account on hold or just deleted it. Does this have to do with Trump? No problems until Trump came along. It's sad to see wish go. I was always ordering from them. :(

multiple issues on 2 orders
Iv ordered 3 times from you, ordering a few items each time, and have literally stopped expecting to be happy with my orders at this stage.
My first order, over half of the items never showed up, my second order, one of the items that I received fell apart after being used 8 times - it was a back support you wear, and now my latest order, I was sent the wrong item.
Because of all of these issues with your suppliers, apparently Im flagged as a bad customer, because Im not willingly allowing you people to just keep my money for an terrible service.
Is there a way to speak to a human about my account at all? Every other version of contact with your company is speaking with a machine, which just keeps telling me because Iv experienced issued my account is flagged - great service.

I ordered 5 pairs of men solid flat bath slippers summer sandal on nov 25, 2018. System said the order send out tracking# rw158179124cn and showed delivered on dec 12 2018. But I have never ever seen it around my house where we have been living here for years and never had any mailed pkg missing.
I spent a lot of time to tracking with usps and just told pkg be delivered on dec 12. 2018.

I ordered two tops feb 18th I paid for them then two days later I got a refund witch I never wanted and both tops cost me 6.00 bucks each my online banking has proof of wish order and I wanna know were my stuff is im new to wish.com and my youtube friends mia maple showed me this wish app she shops on there all the time no issues but I have issues. Payment for merchandise I didn't order or receive.
On 1/6/19 I received a charge on my visa account for $30.45 for merchandise which I did not order or receive anything. I tried to call company and I have also submitted this form. There has been no word or no resolution. I do want my account reimbursed. Please notify me of results. Since I did not order anything I have no other information to give you. Well, wish app is dangerous to use - many people got scammed including me. You should delete your payment information from your account and even better delete the app and use eBay or alliexpress to purchase things. Accounts with payment information usually can be hacked - another advice check your address maybe it also has been changed. Be careful. Good luck

I sent them loads of stuff they asked for and nothing. No customer service reply or anything, just comes up as Opps there is something wrong with you account. Please go to www.wish.com/payment-issue, done that loads of times and got nothing back.

appalling customer service
I ordered a size 8 dress. When the garment arrived and I measured it - it is around a size 14. I have now contacted customer services 4 times. They say they will respond to you within 2-3 days. I am still waiting 12 days later. All I want to do is return the item and receive a refund. I have honestly never known such appalling customer service off any company and I think people should be warned against buying anything from this company.

2 trail game cameras
I recieved the 2 trail game cameras but neither worked. Was told they would refund the money, but has not happened. It's been 2 months and now after 6 emails they won't answer back any more. They said I abused their refund policies. The company refunded 9 items that I ordered for Christmas which I didn't ask for a refund. The items are cheap because they are not of good quality. They don't honor their refund policy. The 1-800 number does no good since nobody answers the phone.

I ordered this a while ago, and used it multiple times and everytime I have used it, i have had a rash and burns on my lips. I used it 4 days ago thinking it was just something else that made me get those on my lips, but it has done it again and now my top lip has yet another burn on it. I'm not happy with this product, I have used other lipsticks and no problems but with this one something is wrong. My burn always bleeds and stings. Feels and looks like a burn. It's slowly going away but after 4 days you'd think it should be gone. I'm highly disappointed as I've contacted before about this problem and nobody got back to me..

Yes, updated my wish.com app and I went to log into it and it said my password/email isn't correct. I changed the password and it said the same thing. I did this 15 times before complaining on here. I would like to get into my account since I just placed orders yesterday and I can't track them or anything since they should be here soon but I have no way of knowing anything and I have already been charged.
Have tried numerous times to update my credit card account as the last one was compromised so got a new card with a new expiration date and now cannot order items due to "contact wish.com/payment" always coming up. Was a very loyal customer until this happened. If this can't be corrected, I'm out of here!
