Something is wrong with my account

Each time I try to make payment this message pops out saying my account needs verification that I should send a pic of my recent purchase with wish I have done that but still no solution has be provided

I've been trying to place orders and Its not allowing me to place any orders any cards that is on the account they don't belong to me

How can I get paid for my product and is being difficult to make payment and is requesting for screen shot of my product, a product that have not be paid you are asking me to screen shot my bank details. Is not that wrong.

please what is the issue in my account, i can't orsered any thing .

When I try to pay through Visa it shows me that there is a mistake and I do not know the reason
I hope to help me solve this problem as soon as possible

I order this item on 8 oct. And it is supposed to be delivered on 18 oct. But i did not recieve it untill now
The customer service is very bad at wish and this is the last time i order from wish

This [censored] keeps happening every time I try and buy something on mine or my husband phone. And he has wrote them asking for help and no one gives a [censored] to answer him or fix this

I tried to check out for more than 5 times it was bringing out something went wrong with your account go to https://wish.com/payment-issue. Wgat could be wrong and what do I need to do on my account

I order an item which was 4$ brass knuckles and its been 15 days and i've been waiting too long for this n for it to still not arrive i want my money back, the "customer support" bot is horrible should be an actual person to call not some bot.

Just like refund money I don't give a authorization to use front my account...that's is all

Not processing my card when there is money on it fix it

Product is faulty and does not work. Only purchased 3/9/19. I did lots of research before buying and didn't go for the cheapest. I thought it would last longer. Under Australian consumer laws Wish has breached and I am entitled to a refund.

I have bought from you many times now you are telling me to send my bank statement which I did and a copy of my credit card but everything I try to pay I get the same message. What the gell is going on and why is no one answering me. I paid for a few things about 2 months ago and to date nothing

I am unable to make new order for product after my first order for trimmer nose. Subsequent order I was referred to contact support where l am ask to provide screen shot of my bank statement to proof payment order. My bank App didn't support screen shot. I forwarded confirmation order mail it still the same problem.

I have been ordering for over a year and my money was good enough then! What seems to be the real issue and why all of a sudden there is a problem! My order has been held up for a month!

I have contacted wish on numerous occasions about products i bought for my mum and aunt, which have been faulty.

I have sent all my details, complied with every one of their requests and still have not heard anything.

I will never buy from them again and will let everyone know how bad the service is at wish is.

Everything i have tried to order that was $.75 i have had to be refunded every single time. For every purchase. Its major bs. Why have that price to never be able to get it. It will ruin what im trying to do. I do believe i should get more of a refund for all the aggravation i have had to deal with.

I placed an order on wish.com and it was completed now am trying to place another order and am being told to provide my bank details showing my order with wish.com before I can be allowed to place another order and the transaction was an online transaction and my bank doesn't send me alerts for my transactions
