Do not order from wish! This web site is a scam... Don't use them. The products are cheap, and they will only send you one item per order, even if it's suppose to be in pairs. The representative from the iloveyou store (tina) was very rude and refused to help solve my issue. The wish web site claims "they got your back" but in all reality they don't even care enough to read your complaint let alone help resolve it. They just pass you over to the merchant and say good luck. I will not use this website ever again and I do not recommend them to anyone. My advice is to find another web site... Their products are cheap and their service is a joke!

For a few weeks now, I have been trying to purchase an item on wish. Every time when I try purchasing an item in my cart, it sends me to checkout . When I get to checkout, wish will not let me use my wish money on my account to pay for my item.
Please help me resolve my issue, it will be a lot of help .

I just tried to enter my payment method and it didn't except it and said that there was something wrong with it so I need it fixed ASAP because I need to purchase some things for family members for Christmas so please try and fix it
I ordered various items on 4 November to the value of R711 and cents. At the time of the order I received confirmation. Because I had ordered from you previously and followed up on the old order - the new order has disappeared.

bought a shower on wish it came in a bunch of parts and no instructions bunch of missing parts and a waste of money don't even have a part number to look it up to see which way the value go's I will never buy anything form the internet again!

I bought 2 prepayed credit cards and they work fine just like the previous cards I've been useing and wish will not accept them and keep making me go to Different pages before finally getting to this page

First, my debit MasterCard has been used to make various online payments, but when I wanted to checkout with my card, it didn't go through, while it popped up a message saying " There was a problem processing your card. Please contact your card provide or try another card"
Please is it that, Wish doesn't accept debit cards or what?

Not received any parcels that was stated due date 19th and 20th December 2019 and it was xmas present I cant get hold of the number for wish I am not happy at all

I tried to purchase some items on so called 'special offer' just to know that i have not been successful. They money which was already deducted from my card supposed to be fully refunded in my card. But they did not refund the ful amount and no matter how many times i emailed them or raise the issue in the app they would totally ignore it.
wish I wish that you can find or return my laptop that I ordered I did not ask them return it I went to UPS trying to retrieve it and it was sent back to you can you notify the company of UPS or whoever and return my laptop thank you

Wish blocked my acct. Due to many refunds. But when u order something that's not right u deserve a refund! Correct? I spend alot of money on wish, 2000.00 in 2 months. And they block my acct.
Trying to purchase items on wish and a prompt pops up wanting me to go to "https://www.wish.com/payment issue to resolve"...so I did and all I find is... "there is no content in this site"! What the heck?
