Every time when I tried to submit my payment, this message will appeared.
Before this, I received a message asking me to send my photo ID and photo of my debit card. I have sent it several times but did not receive any response.message appeared Lately, the abovementioned -"There is something wrong with your user account. Please visit https://www.wish.com/payment-issue to resolve this."
Please let me know what is going on with WISH.
I just bought some items, went back on to buy more and now it won't let me, keeps saying I have an issue with my account. N I guess it's asking for a picture of my driver's license? No thanks. I just used my card no problem. But now I can't ? What's wrong with this app

I am trying to place an order and I keep getting the message there is something wrong with your user account please visit www.wish.com/payment-issue. The problem started when I placed an order and the money was taken, I received a confirmation email and then a day later they told me there was a problem, to send a copy of my bank statement which is not happening. They then refunded the money from the orders and told me I could order again. I have tried to order again and they asked for new card information which I entered and got the message as stated. Please can we get this issue resolved as I would like the orders I have in my cart!

At first, they gave the date on 24 April after that 19 May and now 3 June.What’s happened ?Where are my orders? When do I receive them?

tried to order some silk flowers went to checkout my old debit card number came up. Tried to change for new card number have now been blocked. Tried to contact wish says must show id photo which i have not got cant contact customer services very upset as i have had lots of thngs from wish and these were wanted for a wedding
The last time I made a purchase was probably about 2 years ago but since then my debit card has expired. I have been wanting to make a purchase for about the past 3 weeks ago but obviously had to change my debit card details. so have gone through the process... settings, manage payments, deleted previous card details and entered new card details but keep getting a message... oops can't update details, please enter correct details... or words to that effect, but the details were correct. emailed wish my frustrations as I had tried about 4 times.. a message said I would get a reply in about 3 -5 days... it's been about 3 weeks now and still no reply. why have I not received a reply? this is lingering on too long. why can't I change my debit card details... this us totally getting frustrating... grrr

Have been waiting 2 years still blocked no explanation impossible to deal with
After reading many of the comments from Wish's customers I have to concluded that Wish is not a great company to deal with. I have been a good customer until about a month ago, I went to purchase one or two items only to get a message, "Something is wrong with your user account". I have tried several times to get in touch with customer service and received only useless information. I tried to use a different visa card, and change mode of payment and getting the same result. I'm frustrated and don't know who should I turn to.
May be Wish is too big and does not care for its customer any more. This is the road for a down fall. A company cannot get too big that it cannot fail.

there is something really, really bad with Wish.
I recently experienced the same issue. I'm guessing its because I reported one of their sellers and escalated the issue & reported false advertising following a refund request with PayPal & opened another case with CONSUMER AFFAIRS, so they are currently under investigation. Instead of taking the PROFESSIONAL APPROACH & working with these agencies until the situation is thoroughly investigated & holding their own vendors responsible, the entire company decided to take it to heart & terminated my account. The only explanation that I received from their agents was that my account had been "BLOCKED" with no reason behind it. I've been a wish customer for nearly 3yrs & I've never had this kind of issue UNTIL RECENTLY after filing a dispute along with pictures & tons of other evidence of being swindled by a vendor of theirs. So THIS could be the only explanation as to why I now have NO ACCESS to my account.
Accounts aren't just "BLOCKED" for no good reason. Pretty unprofessional & juvenile if you ask me. Anyone else going thru a "payment issue" such as mine started out as, double check & go to "contact an agent" & inquire why you have limited or no access to your account, & try to remember whether or not you have an open dispute with this "company." These people obviously aren't business savvy enough to handle disputes, as they wouldn't just DISABLE someone's account clearly because THEIR VENDOR is unreliable.
Yes I am going through the exact same thing and I've been screenshotting everything and plastering it all over the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINTS SITE! I WILL FIGHT STEADY AS WISH WILL NOT EVEN LET ME SPEND MY WISH CASH OR SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT ANY OF MY ORDERS?! I'm going to screenshot your complaint to I u don't mind and send another complaint on BBB...I suggest you do the same and file complaints on BBB!

I ordered a laptop, when it did not arrive I checked the notification, it said that it was delivered but it was not delivered at my address.
I informed Wish and nothing was done about it. I went to my credit card company and claim my money back.
Wish then blocked my account, when I contacted wish I was asked to upload photographic ID for identification.
I I’d that But my account is still block.
I am very disappointed that Wish give no protection to customers, but rather punish customers for going the our banks to claim our money back.
I tried contacting support but told that I must first contact payment issues but payment issues do not address my situation.
I have been ostracised by Wish for no fault of my own, how can this happen to a loyal customer.
I started another account, bought another laptop.
I received a message that the item was no longer available and was given the option of choosing another item.
I asked for my money back, I received a refund by them Wish went on to block that account too.
Can I have some explanation please
I have had the same thing happen to my husband. Our purchases totalling $945. PayPal don’t to know. Wish has blocked his account and then it said upload photo but to no avail. we are unable to contact anyone.

Hi! I too am having this issue and their customer service is a joke. They just keep sending me the same "tips" to try over and over like they compiled and pasted them. Ots so frustrating!
I don't understand why I get, "Oops, not with user acct.." for my picture upload and my credit card to go through.
