Woman Within 14 days and order still hasn't shipped

I placed an order 14 days ago and it still has not shipped. Apparently customer service is non existent. I've ordered from them several times before and never had an issue. Not sure what's going on. I'm not buying the COVID excuse as I ordered items from them in the height of the pandemic and received everything in a timely matter. But this was a large order and for some reason it's not shipping. I needed those clothes for this past week. So disappointed and very frustrated by the lack of customer service.

Desired outcome: I would like the items I ordered and paid for!

SICK & TIRED of everyone using COVID as an excuse. Ordered mine on April 21, it is May 17th. NO ORDER YET. All I get is it is in PROCESSES & The rep. I talked to never entered the codes I gave him. so I got cheated on that too. Can't stop the order either because IT IS IN PROCESS. After 20 some yrs. I will NEVER order from women within again. When I tried to order from the online catalog it won't go through. So I called, told to call another number & have customer service rep. place order for me. SOOO I called. Talked directly with the rep. gave him my codes & order. he said he had everything to place an order. I asked there is free shipping on this order of over $600. plus the discount codes, he said yes. I have everything. After the order went through, THERE WERE NO CODES ENTERED OR FREE SHIPPING. Called back & was told she could not enter the codes after the order was placed, that I CAN USE THEM NEXT TIME. THERE IS NOT GOING TO BE A NEXT TIME. I HAVE HAD it with this crap. TO MANY OTHER PLACES TO GO.

Woman Within Fraudulent business practices

Placed and order on April 19, 2021, [protected]. All items were described as in stock and available to ship. I've ordered from this company in the past few months and haven't had any major problems, but suddenly it seems like the entire company is MIA. I have not received my order and the status of it is only "not shipped". When I call, I get messages that no one is available to help! Have not received a response to my email inquiry to CC. My Woman Within credit card has been charged but this is all I've received. They claim the pandemic is to blame for backlog in their recorded messages, but I've placed and received 3-4 previous orders in recent months with no problems. Don't believe it.

Desired outcome: I want to receive my order immediately.

Woman Within Unethical behavior

Order 40023199284 - Placed 23 April 2021. Several days passed and no order update provided. When I went online to track the order, it is showing as "still in process" and has not been shipped.
Order 40023372297 - Placed 27 April 2021. Also showing "still in process" and hasn't been shipped.

My complaint is that all the items ordered showed "in stock". I believe I have the right to expect the usual 1-2 business day processing they advertise, although I waited over a week to question why the order hasn't shipped. I believe there should be some sort of notice BEFORE a customer places their order, that processing is critically delayed. To me, that is unethical. I can understand they don't want to lose business; however, I ordered in good faith and want them to fulfill their part of the transaction. It's almost impossible to get in contact with Customer Service. On-hold times can be in excess of 45 minutes and on the off chance I actually speak to a service rep, they're ambiguous about when I can expect shipment.

SO tired of this. In the middle of ordering online, and changing my mind about an item, my 40% discount on the highest priced item went POOF! Gone. It was complicated enough, as their pricing varies with each different color. Also, the tank top I wanted for summer won't ship until August ? 2+ months from now ? I used to love this company, nice clothing, but I am disgusted with their unethical, dishonest games. Glad I deleted the order after reading other complaints.

Woman Within Go elsewhere

Order #[protected], placed 04/18/2021, promised shipping 7-12 days. I
checked this order again on the website. As of 05/04/2021 it has not shipped. I have called customer service many times. The recorded announcement says it will be a 10 min wait for a CSR. Not one thing they have promised is accurate. They wasted no time charging my credit card, did not ship and will now not let me cancel this order. I call this fraud.

If I get no resolution on this in the next 2 days, I will go to BBB.

Desired outcome: cancel this order, refund my credit card and take me off your mailing list.

I have called MANY times to find out order from April 21, told 7 to 10 days. It is now MAY 17th. All I get is order is being PROCESSED. SO DONE WITH THEM. Too many other places to shop.

File a dispute with your credit card company. Woman Within is a scam and should be shut down. I've been waiting 5 weeks with no response from customer service. I reported this company to the Attorney General's office. They are scamming hundreds of customers.

Woman Within I paid $29.99 for expedited shipping to be delivered today. I was informed order won't be delivered until monday, 5/3/21

I just had breast cancer surgery and I needed button -down in front shirts as I cannot use my left arm. I am a long time customer but paid for a rush delivery because of my physical ailment. Now I got an email from UPS that the shipment was rescheduled for Monday p.m.

I would like a refund for the expedited shipping costs, please. As I said I am a regular customer and this order was $174.70. Women Within is charging the extra deliver fee and scheduling the shipper. I should not have to bear the cost if they fail.

Desired outcome: Please refund $29.99 expedited shipping

Woman Within Unethical and dishonest business practices

Website states clear processing and shipment times. I chose to purchase based upon the written facts: 1-2 business days processing time AND 7-12 business days shipping. When my order was still in a 'processing' stage after several days, I contacted the company and was quoted an additional 7 business days just to process the order. This means the order will take an entire month to reach me. Dissatisfied, I asked to cancel the order because this was the company's mistake. They REFUSE to cancel the order and told me I had to deal with it. Elevated to a supervisor and she told me the same. They use covid as an excuse. Lane Bryant, a major competitor, processed and shipped an order from me within 24 hours on the very same day I ordered from Woman Within. BEWARE.

I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I recommend you do the same. I also filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office. This company is scamming hundreds of consumers. They should be shut down.

Woman Within 30-plus days and no order

There's no excuse for this company's chronic problem when it comes to delivery of orders. They should state up-front that delivery will take a minimum of 30 days. It's ridiculous.

Woman Within Extremely delayed order shipment

I am still waiting for my order [protected] to ship. I have sent numerous emails asking for an approximate ship date, but get a generic "sorry, it's delayed" response.

I spent almost $200 on my first order, you cant even ship my first order, but are sending 3-4 emails per day letting me know I have $50, $100 or more in discount on future orders.

C'mon! You cant even ship my first order!

Woman Within Where's my order?

I placed two orders on April 8, 2021 and both are showing that they are still being processed. After speaking with a customer representative, I was told that they would be shipped by the end of the week. Today is Friday, April 23rd, and still no change with my orders. Regrettably, I ordered more sale items on 4/16. One of the original orders was for my elderly mother who cannot shop for herself, and depends on me to buy clothes for her. It should not take this long for processing and shipping, when other companies are moving their items a lot faster even with COVID, so don't use that as an excuse--I'm not having it. Ship my stuff now or cancel all my orders. Enough!

Woman Within Refund

I ordered pants 3/26/21 price 47.67 charged on my card. Invoice number [protected]. I returned the pants did not fit and did not like the material. I received letter stating was out on gift card. I was on the phone today for 2 hours talking to rep . They told me I was getting refund of 27.09 I explained to them I know 9.99 was taken off because I did use label for return but they said there would be another 9.99 because I did not take the gift card. This is only a scheme to get more money from the customer. I will not be ordering anything else from woman within and I will be informing my friends and family not to order anything from woman within. This is not how you treat customers this is not right.

Woman Within Returns and Refunds

Back in March I returned an order because the size was WAY TO LARGE.
I wanted to have an exchange. After weeks going by and no information about my exchange being shipped ...I started to call.

I spent Days on the phone called at least 20 times with no resolve. I was always told that it was packed and ready to be reshipped to give it a few days and I will get a tracking number. A month later still no exchange. I spent 2 hours each time I called over 4 more days on hold. Finally on the 11th of April I was able to speak to a supervisor AMY ext 35021 about a refund. I did receive the refund. HOWEVER... this morning your company took more money from my bank account.
I was told that I placed an order with you guys on the 11th. Funny how you can take money for something that did not happen.
Anyways I had to cancel with my bank and change account numbers with my bank because of the FALSE CHARGES MAE TO MY ACCOUNT.

Still the lady I spoke to this morning was no help and would not put me in contact with a Manager or Take care of the issue. Basically told me it was not your problem. I will never shop with your company EVER EVER AGAIN. I will also put out on the way I was treated with your company. Your customer service needs to be updated and Trained properly.
And when you say your have Reps on 24/7 and then told no one is there to take the call. It is a line of BULL.

Woman Within Refund for shoes

I placed an order for shoes from Women Within on Amazon's website. The shoes is not the right size and I want a refund. However, Women Within/Red Cat is charging for return shipping and restocking fee. When I placed the order on Amazon's website, it stated free shipping and return. Please explain these charges.

Woman Within Order status

I made an order on 3/19. It showed up in my order status on the womanwithin website as pending. I paid through paypal. I watched for a confirmation order, nothing came so I logged back in and it had disappeared from my orders. So I tried one day (about a week after the order was made) to get through to customer service. I was on hold over an hour so I hung up and tried the online chat, which kept saying I was 1st in line but waited over an hour there too so tried calling again and after 30 minutes on hold I hung up. I tried the online chat today (2 days later) and spoke with a rep that said my order would be shipped 3/31. I asked her why it wasn't showing up in order status 2 weeks after I initially orderd it especially when it was there then disappeared, she said it would shoe up when shipped. I should be able to see that order from the day I order it to the day I receive it, to check status. Oh and I paid with paypal...it remained pending in paypal for 2 weeks. There is never an answer why the order disappears like that. And I never did get an order confirmation. Yes I checked Spam. I pay WAY too much for these clothes not to even be able to check on an order and not get an explanation why, how ridiculous.

Woman Within 14 Days and Still Waiting for Order!

Placed an order for a pair of pants from Woman Within on 3/09/21. From 3/15 until 3/21 the package sat at Pitney Bowes (Newgistics) in Munroe Township, NJ, then was sent to Pitney Bowes in Odenton, MD where it has been sitting for TWO days and still has NOT been turned over to USPS for final delivery. Originally the Pitney Bowes' website stated the delivery date for this package was 3/20 - THREE DAYS AGO! WHERE IS MY PACKAGE? FOURTEEN DAYS AND IT STILL HASN'T BEEN TURNED OVER TO USPS, WHICH WILL ADD ANOTHER 2 TO 3 DAYS TO THE TOTAL DELIVERY TIME! I AM NOT HAPPY WITH WOMAN WITHIN BECAUSE I'VE COMPLAINED BEFORE ABOUT PITNEY BOWES/NEWGISTICS LOUSY DELIVERY SERVICE, YET THEY KEEP USING THEM. THE ONLY WAY TO GET DELIVERIES IN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME IS TO PAY THE UNREASONABLE AMOUNT OF $25-$35 EXTRA FOR EXPEDITED DELIVERY VIA UPS OR FEDEX . I AM DONE WITH WOMAN WITHIN, FULLBEAUTY, ET AL.

Desired outcome: I want my package delivered and my the money I paid for shipping refunded!

Woman Within Pending payment

I received a gift card and tried to make a purchase on Woman Within. I kept getting a message that it was not going through for some reason. I tried multiple times that day. So I used my debit card to pay for the merchandise. I go to use the gift card yesterday and it says pending payment of $47.80. I check my bank account and it says pending payment of $47.80. So they have now been paid double for one order! I have been trying to reach Woman Within by phone and by email. It's funny because the message on the phone says they have now made it possible to reach them 24 hours a day. I have been holding for over an hour with no live person answering. I have been calling for 2 days now. I have also sent them an email telling all this to them. No answer! I would like them to either refund $47.80 to my gift card or my bank account. Lorelei Dennett

Woman Within gift card

I bought a gift card as a Christmas gift and never received it. We went back and forth with emails and finally I was promised a refund in writing. Of course, I never received the refund so I sent all the correspondence to my credit card company who back charged them and issued me a refund. Today I got a letter in the mail demanding payment since my credit card company refused them payment.

Woman Within Returns

On October 25, 2020, I purchased from Woman Within 3 items as Christmas gifts (order # [protected]). Some time after Christmas (I believe it was around Dec 29, 2020), it was brought to my attention that two of the three items did not fit. I went online looked up my order and clicked on return items. I was provided a return label and given the option of sending the items back free in exchange for store credit for the full price of each item (totaling $40.68). I retrieved the items, packaged them up, and returned them via the United States Postal Service. I have my receipt showing I returned the items as instructed. Yet, I have not received any store credit. I called Woman Within today, Jan 19, 2020, to inquire about this. I spoke to three (3) representatives and also a supervisor and none of them could advise me whether they received the returned items or even where the package might be located. They also refused to give me the store credit for the return.

Desired outcome: I'm looking for store credit in the amount of $40.68 which is the cost of the two returned items.

Woman Within Ordering and delivery

I placed an order with Woman Within on November 23, 2020. Supposedly on November 25, 2020 it was mailed out. I have 2 tracking numbers and have not been able to get any tracking from either of them. Have contacted Woman Within either by email or phone at least 6 or 7 times and no one has taken any interest in helping with the problem other than saying wait wait wait...I have still never received this order and have told them to cancel and refund my money and they will not do this. I need help on this matter. This is definitely not a way to do business. I was even hung up on, on one of the phone calls after waiting a long time to get to someone. I checked with the places that it was supposed to be sent to and they said they had never received the package from Woman Within. I am a frequent customer, but will be no longer. NOT A GOOD WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS...

Woman Within I ordered a pair of boots in size 12, I got a pair of sandals in a size 8

I ordered a pair of boots in size 12, I got a pair of sandals in a size 8. I am a senior that is disabled and cannot go anywhere but to return them plus I cannot afford The $10 to send them back I am in desperate need of these boots I am disabled and because of you I'm gonna end up falling and possibly breaking a bone because of your stupid customer service the box has a white label that says the correct information but if they looked on the side of the box able to see it was a sandal in a size 8. Please help me.
