- staff was saying I'm not going to tell a customer to wear a mask if they don't have one on. 🤬 wtf! I'm so angry 😡
- customer complaint also about not breathing ... but staff have to reassure people it's for the best of our community. Not agreeing with them .
- complaining she has to wear one
-can't breathe
- attitude was very negative
-have to see the upside of getting rid of this and not letting others get it
- protecting the community

On the 9th of November, I have placed a online order, the delivery date according to the system would have been 12/11. I was out the whole day and got to my office late, I then saw that nothing were delivered and the store were closed. Next day I phoned they say my daughter phoned and said they must not deliver, I do not have any children. I needed the food for a function I had that night. They said they will deliver that saturday. I said no. They made a special trip and delivered my food. My staff excepted the parcels, but did not check it. When I opened it, some of the food had already expired the previous day (day of scheduled delivery), that day and the day after that the oldest date were 16/11 which gave me 3 days to eat everything. And a item were not received and almost all the others were I have ordered 2 items of a kind I have received 1. They said that they will come to pick it up. They phoned me the next day, and said due to covid they can not pick it up I must discard it. Which I did. They said they will give me a refund. I have waited a few days. Nothing. Send mails. They said they can not get a hold of me, which were not true. After a few mails someone phoned me and said she can not believe that I were not sorted out. She phoned my husband the 27th got his bank details. But still no refund receive.

Hi.
I baught a pack of mens briefs for my husband on account at Woolworths Waterfall mall, Rustenburg on Saterday 21 November 2020. On my arrival home, I took one brief out the packet to show my husband when we both noticed that there is something terribly wrong with the size! We baught a XL and in comparison with his Jockey briefs the top stretch part seems the correct size but the length of the brief is way wrong, it doesn't even look like it will fit any man without going over the middel of his body. Now I know that Woolworths doesn't exchange underwear, but what are we going to do? He didn't fit it on and it is obviously a fault on woolworths side. See photo attached.

spc spaghetti
This spaghetti used to be great but the last few times I have bought it the sauce is so stiff and thick it is inedible. A fork can stand up in the tin it is so thick. I tried not buying it for a while thinking it was a bad batch, but when I bought it again the same thing happened.
I cannot change to another brand as my children are allergic to dairy and the SPC brand is the only dairy-free option. This means my kids cannot have spaghetti now.
I am wondering whether the recipe has been changed or whether this is a quality control issue?
New wine range 2lts box wines
Recently WW advertised the new range of the upper range of wines being promoted in the WW stores. Excitedly I went to my large WW store at Parkview in Moreleta Park and the Woodlands WW for the above. Alas their was no wine available on the shelves nor did the staff have any inkling of this new product. I understand that only the larger super WW store...

I then did a google search review in this mop and guess what? So many complaints that first time users, the mop head comes off. I. Not sure why you keep selling this mop with so many complaints. I would like my money back please?
Intimidating security guard
I'm 60yr old, I attended orrong road woolworths wearing tracksuit pants, hair pulled up in a bun, long black coat, a black p2 mask and gloves. Upon leaving and outside the store, there were 3 men out the front door talking and not following social distancing, I looked at them disapprovingly and attempted to go around them it then became apparent that one of...

To whom it may concern, There is a gay gentlemen working at Woolworths Chermside on Webster Rd in North Brisbane that on a couple of occasions now, while I have been shopping in-store, has been making inappropriate sexual comments and jokes to other staff members and loud enough where I could hear them. I feel this needs to be dealt with as it gives the...

We ordered the basics box to be sent to a family member in desperate need. Only half of the products have been delivered so far with no confirmation of when the rest of it will be delivered. Our family members carers would have been better off physically going to Coles. These giant corporations are just taking advantage of the needy in these already challenging times. We wont be ordering or buying anything from Woolworths anymore.

Dear CJ
I have been in touch with the store manager Michael who is keen to assist with this issue.
His concern is that unfortunately some customers that frequent the store do not smell great, which is why the store team enjoy the use of the diffuser. Are you aware of any similar products that would be able to keep the store smelling good that wouldn't affect you and are unlikely to affect other customers?
Thanks and Regards,
Xavier

Hi, I only have one name, legally my full name is Shani. When I opened the priority assistance account - it would not allow one name… surname was a required field.
So I had to use shani shani just to create an account. The first online order and delivery went through ok with my credit card. (1st screen shot) which is my name shani. Then when I spoke to customer service about the delivery issues and the driver coming through the farm gate, they said they sorted that.. And said they could also amend my account name, to reflect my correct name now that I have created an account.. So they did… screen shot 2… my name on my account is now shani. But on my 2nd order (after they amended my name) I could not check out with cc1, so used cc2.. And lots of attempts and refunds went through…it took 4 hours back and forth to westpac bank - who advised my card is fine but woolworths were creating a merchant recovery action each time. Woolworths customer service were confused. (I spoke to tim & cooper 6th april pm) then gave me 7 'recovery codes' to give to my bank to release the funds? So another call to the bank.. Finally resolved, assure there should be no problems with the next order.. Which I attempted to place last night 10/4/2020- but again, I was unable to check out, I tired with 3 different credit cards - and no one knows why.. I then - on advise from ben today 11/4/2020 linked to and tried to check out with paypal - after already loosing two delivery windows.. Paypal is linked to the first credit card I used with my first order. The paypal payment was also declined in my paypal account although it has not been refunded into my bank account as yet.
Today ben asked the verification team to take a look and assist, but they found noting wrong, so now - he has no idea what to do.. And I still cannot check out with my shopping.. I am disabled and am also shopping for my aged parents who live at another address 20 minutes from me, my father is 90 and on palliative care... We desperately need this services and cannot understand what it is not working.. Ben (at customer service) has handballed to the it team, but said they are not financial verification team.. So have limited access re that side.. But he has already asked the verification team and there were no issues they could see... And they said it should go through.
Everyone is getting quite frustrated.
He thought perhaps my acc name and cc card are different.. Which might cause it..? But they are not.. They were different when my account was first created and my account name was shani shani and my cc shani. But that went through ok.. I have called woolworths many times and spent many hours on hold and trying to find answers, I have written a private message to woolworths on fb. Also posted on the woolworths fb wall.. And filled out and lodged a feedback form. None have been answered. I would like to be able to add items to my cart and pick a delivery window, check out and have groceries delivered.
Rude counter service
Store 5508, POS 201 8.28am 03 April, 2020
This lady literally parted my hair as I entered the shop to pay. Pretty much shouting at me to stand against the rear door. The customer she was serving before me actually jumped.
I understand the Covi-19 situation, I read all the little signs and thought it was extremely good what you guys are doing to do your bit. EG 2 people in the shop at anyone time. (I am the GM of a retail chain and we have been implementing similar measures.)
Anyway, the lady before me felt extremely awkward when she walked out, cracking a smile at me, (I was being jovial with her.. said "don't worry, we are far enough apart, we both smiled)
So I came to the counter and tried to make some small talk with the lady who served me, I suggested she should put a cross on the floor where I was made to stand. She abruptly cut me off and told me that doesn't work. She said "only telling people does" I tried to smooth her anger and wanted to tell her how we are all in the same situation, that we are implementing similar measures etc as to which she abruptly cut me off and shouted at the top of her lungs "don't tell me how to do my job!"
Wow, I thought, I then told her 'you don't have to be so rude about it... You are a rude lady"
Next minute she says "Don't ever come back to my shop"
I walked out angry and frustrated.
If this is how you want your customer service representatives to treat your customers, I think you need to take a long hard look at your staff.
PS, I'm in her locality and have shared this story with other shop keepers who'm all are gobsmacked.
DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR

Service in woolworths
Hi, we are absolutely disgusted myself and my husband have decided for the last 2 weeks now to isolate whilst I am heavily pregnant an I watched our kids i have my husband a list to go shopping for essential items such as milk bread and nappies and he was told he was lucky to get the milk as they are not essential items . Aswell as we needed batteries for my son's school project as i have taken both our children out of school I needed to get batteries to do a certain school project but my husband was told no you can't have them ! So from now on we will not be shopping through Woolworths in grafton shopping world your an utter disgrace !
Really embarrassing poor service from staff and management.
Good Morning,
I have just returned from the Woolworths store at Stoney Range Shellharbour and have been so humiliated by your staff and management that I will never return to this store again.
I work along side this store in the Dan Murphys store so I am familiar to most of the staff.
I am 58 years old and am a carer
for my 83 year old parents.
My husband and I did our shopping this morning together with myself shopping for my parents.
Both of us had a packet of toilet roll.
As we were going through different checkouts Leonie the staff member was loudly saying behind our backs "see they are all doing it, shopping together but both buying toilet paper"
I was extremely embarrassed as she has no idea of my family circumstances.
I went back in to speak to her about this and she was standing with the store manager.
He told me I had done the wrong thing even if I was shopping for my parents.
Can I also tell you that my work has paper work from the union saying I am a carer for them.
Neither of my parents are able to leave their home as they are high risk with coved 19.
Leonie then went on to tell me that she had spoken to me before about buying tissues.
This is a total lie.
I was purchasing 2 boxes of tissues for my work place and asked the store manager for permission.
I feel i have been humiliated by both Leonie and the store manager.
I expect an apology from them both.
Would you please let me know of what action you intend to take?
Yours truly
Sheree O'Connor

Priority customer
I know these are challenging times for us all but I have to ask why your Priority customers aren't getting all items in their orders if they are your priority.
Woolworths have said in the media their distribution warehouses are full...plenty for everyone so why are the ones that need it the most, your priority customers still missing out.
The relief & joy they would feel once approved as a priority customer soon turns to anguish & fear again when their order arrives & they find they haven't received the things they need so desperately.
These are the most vulnerable people in our community, we should be protecting them, not causing them stress.
Priority customers are all either elderly, disabled, sick or suffering from major illnesses or all of the above...so don't just call them priority customers, treat them as a priority. So many probably battling cancer & having chemo...one of the biggest side effects is diahhorea, therefore toilet paper is critical to these people.
So if the warehouses are as full as Woolworths claim then why aren't your priority customers receiving priority treatment.
Their orders should be supplied in full before the shelves are filled in store. Woolworths please don't just call them priority customers, actually show them they are, or it means absolutely nothing.
We are all scared & worried about what's happening in the world, so imagine how scared & isolated they must feel, necessary items to all but to the vulnerable people of our communities they are critical items...please put them first, they need you.
agreed, feeling the same level or service (or lack of) as a priority customer. in name only, certainly not in action.
Found broken glass in vege
This has been reported to product recall and was told it wasn' important enough to notify the store where purchased. The glass found in the mix could have easily harmed if not kill an older person. I sure I will take this inaction by Woolworths to the media. The store was contacted by me the next morning and they were shocked and in disbelief that the were not notified by head office. They imediatley removed any of the mentioned products from shelf's. They were very concerned about this situation
