butterfly lamb shoulder
I would like to express my disappointment in your butterfly lamb shoulder, I have been buying this for many years and have always been complimented and enjoyed this cut of meat but approximately the last 6 times I have bought this it has been nothing but full of fat, stringy and un edible. I have tried different stores and they have all been the same, most recently tonight 28/10/19 at Broadbeach Oasis store. I'm not sure what has changed but this has definitely been the last time I will be purchasing from Woolworths meats dept agsin.
vegetarian and vegan items
I went food shopping today at Forest Lakes Woolworth, I am Vegan, my hubby told me there are Vegan items off there inbetween the Meat section. I told him this is disgusting, I don't like going near the meat section but You guys have put Vegan products in between the Meat, I am outraged, have some respect for us Vegans, thats why we don't eat Meat for animals.in Coles all Vegan products are all together in the frozen section, they have more respect for us, Shame on you Woolworth
store changes
Hi there, my name is Mark Welsh. I'm a yeppoon local for 15 years and a regular shopper at your local Woolworths store. This my first ever time writing a complaint to anyone in my life! I have never had any issues you always had everything we need at the right prices, but as of recent your store has gone through a makeover and while the store looks great it's management has fallen to a stage that is laughable, it's almost a joke, my partner and I and friends and family who shop here a blown away by how pathetic such a reputable company can let a shop like this fall like it has, the bakery shelves are only ever half full no Mater what time of day, we used to love your fresh bread but now you never stock what we want, we used to have options but now hey are gone, your night shelf packing obviously doesn't get done anymore as there are 3 trolleys per person all through your store being unpacked taking up already tight spaces, the store is busy on weekends and you have slow staff with 3 huge package trolleys taking up space, you can't get to products easy, it's like traffic jam through the store and the shelf's are half empty all the time, it's that bad it's almost funny, come for a look your self I'm sure once you see it you will do something about it. Then you get to the counter, well surely your staff are trained before being put on a register in packing, you would think speed would be a product thing, faster you move customers the happier people are instead of waiting in lines for up to 10 15 min, no one is in a hurry no one smiles, my partner and I are professionals in our careers also and the lack of on floor management is a joke, we believe that on floor management should be making sure regularly that staff are picking up the pace to get people out of the ques, there is enough check outs open it's not a lack of staff problem, I believe it all comes down to your management, It's clear they don't care the place is embarrassing! Shopping takes for ever, I hope your team can find time to spend a hour in this store on a Saturday or Sunday morning to see this, and if you do I'd love to hear you tell me otherwise. But likely this one email from some random nobody will fall on deaf ears of such a massive company it's all about money for you and obviously staff cut backs and overtime are worth more to you than customer satisfaction 👎
no recycling bin for plastic bags, wrappers, etc.
I live at Woolgoolga and we do most of our shopping here at the local Woolworths store.
We have always been conscientious about recycling the above, but there has not been a bin for such in this store for many months. Every time we, and others ask about the matter we get told that " the man" doesn't come up this way!
So, I would like to know why the manager couldn't try and be a little bit pro-active and show a little bit of environmental concern and personally, himself, take (or get one of his staff to do so) all this plastic rubbish that the shop is only too happy to sell...to the "man" himself! It is very annoying to think it is being buried in our local tip all this time.
Regards,
Roger Bagley.
P.S. And I might add, that we have been taking all our said matter down to the Coffs Harbour store...and even the COLES store there, which has THREE bins for the purpose.
store layout
As loyal Woolworths customers of many years my wife and I were extremely dismayed when doing our monthly shop today to find the Vegetarian/Vegan products displayed right in the middle of the meat products.
When we pointed it out to a member of staff we were informed that it is Woolworths wide new layout policy.
Is this someones idea of a joke or an attempt to ridicule non meat eaters?
If this is the case and the new layout is to remain then we will be "Ex loyal Woolworths cutomers"
Alan and Lillian Buckley
We recently posted a complaint regarding Woolworths policy of placing plant based food items in the meat aisle. We pointed out that this is highly offensive to Vegan/Vegetarians.
We also telephoned the number on Woolworths web site and-eventually, after being told that the nunber was incorrect- managed to get through to someone.
At the time of writing this we have not had the courtesy of a reply!

My wife and myself returned home after 3 months overseas we went to reprovision at Nooserville to find this store in total disaray, shelves empty and goods misplaced throughout the store, it looked like a shambles. We inquired with two separate staff whom independatly told us the store is under staffed and that they were working ten hours a day without breaks doing the best they could to keep shelves stocked, these persons showed signs of stress .
They explained on line shoppers took much man power away from keeping the store neat and stocked properly .
We are letting you know our opinion as the store looked in a bad way .
We believe your stores will suffer if this keeps up and as we are led to believe your other stores are in a similar state of disaray .
As loyal shoppers at Woolworths we thought you should know what is happening to your good reputation .

23/10/2019 approximately 8:30am Gawler Woolworths South Australia 5118. I was grabing coffee, school recess and cigerettes before being dropped at work by my daughter while she drops my grandson to school. I payed with visa. I noticed that the keypad on the efpos machine required a significant amount of pressure to register ie less than normal sensitivity. I suggested to the staff member serving me that the machine might need replacing. The staff member using a condescending and terse tone responded " no it doesnt you just have to press it properly". I was astonished at the staff members quick irritability and quite franckly combative response. I would expect that a seniour staff member would know the basics of customer service. I feel that an appropriate response would have been "oh ok sorry bout that, it looks like the payments gone through, ill put in a maintenance request get them to look at it/ or would you like me to cancell and use another machine".
I indicated to the pad and evidenced the response time. Again your staff member wanted to argue the legitimacy of my feedback re the equipment. Seriously it should not have been this difficult it was a throw away comment. Anyway the staff member then waved her hand bout in a chastising and aloof manner. I advised your staff member that this was rediculious behaviour as it had been the staff member that had been rude. Mayb some customer service training might assit. Kind Regards

kids yogurt different variety
Hi
I am making this complaint about the Lyndarum store in epping Vicotria.
This is about the 3rd time we have bought kids yogurt from different makers. And each time they have been out of date. One variett is a month out of date and another is 3 days. Like i said its not the first time. So now i will take it to the dairy food safety victoria. And other appropriate bodies.
The photo is from a product i bought today!
I can guarantee they will get caught out cause they keep putting out of date food. Its horrible practice that needs to be dealt with accordingly.
Thanks
Adam
rude customer service - emma
Register operator - Emma was extremely rude towards me.I have travelled over 7 hours and did not need to be treated like dirt. She did not say hello, rolled her eyes at me and had a real attitude.
This has left me with a really bad taste and I doubt whether I will return to Woolworths again.
I suggest your employees earn some manners and are pleasant to shoppers.

online deliveries
Ordered on line for the first time yesterday only to have my order cancelled and not show up. When I queried it I was told that I must have amended the order which I did not do or something must have not worked from my computer even though I got the confirmation order and the delivery time a lot. Wasn't til 8am that I discovered the order had been cancelled. Tried to blame me amending or cancelling the order myself. What a joke woolworths. Blame the customer. Nothing was done to fix it other than offering free delivery but not today. Not good enough... Will not order again online from

misleading advertising
Today I shopped at Woolworths Upper Coomera (Coomera West I believe it is called). At the end of an aisle they had morning fresh dishwashing liquid on sale for 1/2 price. They only had 2 types on the display, original and ultra (both had numerous boxes of product). Both had tags in front of them saying half price. I picked up the original type. When I went to the checkout I was charged full price - I explained that it was marked half price and the girl had someone check it out for me. The young girl came back and said it was only the ultra that was on sale and that the original was put in the wrong place. She said the tag did state 'ultra only'. If I wanted it I would have to pay full price - I declined.
This is the THIRD time I have picked up something I believed was marked at a sale price and been charged the full price at the checkout (once was potato chips and the other time was another cleaning product). Both times they had tags in front of the product, both times I queried the price and both times was told 'sorry, someone must have placed the product in the wrong spot.
It is obvious to me that this store is deliberately using misleading advertising/display practices to entice people to pick up more expensive items, and if anyone DOES notice the price discrepancy at the checkout they trot out the excuse of human error.
This type of practice builds a strong dislike of the Woolworths name.
ryo tobacco gold prices hike
Hi after tobacco products went up for 12.5 per cent, on September 1, I bought ryo tobacco Rothmans gold 25g for $36.50- at a new price. Only a couple of weeks later I was charged $39.95 no idea why..I was not happy.. still today I purchased the same tobacco and was charged $41.95...This is disgraceful...I was informed by the lady who works there what is going on and she sead that they had to change their prices three times in this week ...how is this possible please? Can you please explain. I live in Perth WA. Thank you very much.
head hair in garden salad kit
Purchased Woolworths Garden Salad Kit from Woolworths Mitcham (SA) on 16/10/2019 at approx. 6.45pm.
I was consuming the salad for lunch on 17/10/2019 and when I reached near the bottom on the container, I noticed a black head hair which was approx. 25cm long.
Upon noticing this, I was left thinking about the Hygiene and Quality Control processes that may have been ignored or not in place at all where the Salad Kits are prepared.
Copy of container & hair attached for reference.
As a loyal Woolworths shopper, I believe a desirable resolution would be a kind gesture of a $50 Gift Voucher would be ideal as compensation.
Thank You for your support.

discovery garden plants
I never shop at you supermarkets because I just don't like them but because my friend is collecting your Discovery Garden plants I thought I would go out of my way to do something nice for her. After spending $60 I was informed that they didn't have any of these plants. This has very much cemented me never ever shopping at your stores. Very disappointing.
name kassandra deli worker
She always had a sour look on her face, she's quite rude to me when I get served. She slams stuff around often, and storms around the deli. I feel like she just isn't a very pleasant person to deal with and I'd prefer it if I didn't have to get served by her anymore. Every time I do there she's very rude to the other Staff and sometimes when I get served by her I feel like I do not want to return to shop and I feel like you will be losing a loyal customer.
garden salad and fruit box
this morning 15.10.2019 at 7-20am I brought 3 garden salads with cheese and also 2 fruit boxes approx. $25 worth - the salad had small caterpillars [2] and the fruit box has a tiny fly in there - now these caterpillars wasn't found until half way through our lunch - the last few bites of my salad was bitter eewww which I looked at my salad and found one - needless to say it did not last long before I threw it up. - I took a photo and also videoed - now I have tried to ring woolies and it either rings out and when you get through no one actually picks up the phone - I have rang 6 times and now it am getting upset. I am happy to go in there and show them the video etc but I think I need to be refunded and compensated for what has happened.
thanks
safcol salmon pouch lemon and dill in springwater being deleted from woolworth's shelves
Good Afternoon
Why on earth would you delete Safcol Premium Salmon Pieces Pouch with Lemon and Dill in Springwater from your shelves.
I have spent a number of days traveling to Woolworth stores within the Bankstown area and could only find the Safcol Salmon Pouch with Chilli.
What happens if a person is allergic to chilli?
Having phoned the distributor I was informed that Woolworths had deleted the product their shelves although it is still in production.
And they advised they had also received numerous inquires from other Woolworths customers questioning it's disappearance from shelves.
The staff I spoke to at your Woolworths stores certainly thought it was still available.
I feel this is a very bad decision by Woolworths as many customers prefer the Salmon Pouch Lemon, Dill & Springwater version.
Also many in the Bushwalking community use these pouches, instead of cans, as a meal supplement when doing overnight walks to help with minimising carrying weight on long treks.
Just another popular product Woolworths have chosen to delete from their inventory for no good reason.
Not happy...again!

pre packaged mini capsicums
After checking the use by date (which was the 13th Oct), I purchased a pack of the mini capsicums on Monday the 7th Oct 2019 from Woollies in Emerald.
When I got them them home I put them straight into the fridge where they stayed until Friday the 11th.
I was preparing a meal for my partner who had just come home from working away and was totally dismayed when I found some of them had already gone off and there were bugs crawling around inside the packaging.
I took a video of them which, is on my phone time and dated, and am about to take them back to the store as this is the first chance I have had to do so.
Unfortunately i cannot attach the video as I am just setting up a new computer, but if a mobile number or email address is provided I can foward it onto you if required.
