My parcel has been in transit for 28days now. It only says left Beijing processing center last Sept 11 and no more updates after that. What happened why it takes time to be delivered. Also the destination country is wrong. But the seller confirmed to me that it was sent to right address. Everytime I checked with Yanwen the destination is Kuwait. Please look into this. This is not good.

I ordered wireless earphones a month ago, and to this day there is no clear indication of where my item is or whether it has left the country of origin. Given that so many others share the same experience, I would say that the Yanwen tracking system is a farce. The tracking system says that a parcel I ordered arrived at the destination country post office 4 days after ordering, yet the item has not been received almost a month later. I would suggest that Yanwen consignments are sent via ship, not air.
