Hello,
I deposited Rs 5000 today morning i.e 27th August 2023 in my 1xbet gaming account which I opened recently (screenshot attached). The deposit was readily accepted by 1xbet and amount was added to my account. I started playing and my account balance reached Rs 12404. Soon after that, my access to games, casino, slots was blocked and as I initiated my withdrawal process, it was cancelled immediately saying I have to speak to the security team of 1xbet team.
My withdrawal was cancelled.
The security department of 1xbet asked me if I am addicted to gambling or not ? I replied that I am not addicted at all to gambling and I am here just to enjoy and earn few bucks.
Then , they started asking me to provide them with a document from a medical practitioner stating that I am not addicted to gambling.
Considering the fact that all these questions needed to be asked before 1xbet accepted my deposit of Rs 5000 would have been more ethical and more logical.
First you accepted the deposit without looking whether the person depositing the amount is addicted or not and then suddenly after he has deposited the amount you started asking such questions. This is totally non sensical.
1xbet should not have accepted my deposit first hand. If you have accepted my deposit without asking a certificate from a psychiatrist, then it becomes your ethical liability to accept my withdrawal also without asking for a certificate from a psychiatrist.
Desired outcome: I want my money back. Since you have accepted my deposit without asking for a certificate of non addiction from medical practitioner , you should send back my money to my bank account without asking for a certificate of non addiction.
