Dear Team,
I am writing to bring your attention to a deposit issue I encountered on August 21st at 6:30 PM Indian Standard Time. I used the PhonePe number provided by Paykassma Provider for this transaction. Unfortunately, as of today, the amount has not been credited to the recipient.
Despite sending emails and making phone calls, I have received no resolution. The response I received was that my case has been forwarded to the payment department for verification, and the amount will be credited once verified.
This is not an isolated incident; it has happened repeatedly. Waiting for over a month to resolve such issues is unacceptable.

After your payment department informed me that the amount was not received and subsequently stated that it was refunded, I requested proof of this transaction. However, they declined to provide the necessary documentation. This raises concerns about the status of my funds. Additionally, my bank has confirmed that the payment was successful. Therefore, I would like to know where my money is.

1XBet, it looks like your deposit process is seriously lacking. After following all the steps on August 21st, the funds still haven't been credited, and the customer is stuck waiting without answers. Repeatedly delaying and forwarding the case to the payment department isn't cutting it — especially when this isn’t the first time it’s happened. It’s time to step up, resolve this quickly, and make sure your users aren’t left hanging like this in the future.
