My name is khatun. I create my account from 1xbet website of One click registration option. I received my account number and password from 1xbet. I was new so I didnt add any email or phone number in my account. I made deposit and then try to bet but I forced to log out. Then I tried to log in with my user id and password but its show me wrong password. I emailed [protected]@1xbet-team.com. The security Department asked to send them my documents so I did it as they asked from me. Security Department replied me that "Your data is currently being verified. But after that they didnt solve my problem and also not reply my email.

I request to you please solve my problem as soon as possible as till I can't use my deposited account. In my account there is my own deposited money.

I deposite 149000 Bangladesh taka from our local agent whose withdraw address is Chattagram Chattogram kumira Sitakundu.

This is the fourth time of me writing a complain about my account verification I know my account is under verification and I want my account to be verified once and for all.
