1xbet is a fraud company in India, I have been told by one of the Gaming host.
There are many similar cases like mine where their agent has scammed money.
I am one of the victim of 1xbet fraud.
It has been more than 2months they haven’t credited my withdrawal money.
In between I have called so many times to their customer support and I have shared all the documents through email what ever they have asked me to share but I never got any response back from their email support team neither from the complaints team.
My feedback- 1xbet customer support team is the worst, they don’t have manners to talk to their customers and every time they make excuses to end call fast and top of that lie after lie.
1xbet strategy-when you are winning small amounts they are fine but the moment when you started winning big amounts they will scam you.
NP: There are many other gaming platforms who has very good support team and very transparent unlike 1xbet.

Recommendation: Please avoid playing 1xbet
This is total fake. I have emailed to complaints@1xpartner.com no use, now it is going to be 3months since I made the withdrawal. I have shared all documents whatever they have asked my bank statements and emails of banks where they have cleared denied any transactions done on 13th of April. Now they are ignoring my emails always says my issue is forwarded to their internal team for investigation this going for a month now.
