I am extremely disappointed with 1xbet
I am extremely disappointed with this 1xbet betting platform and their lack of integrity and transparency. I won a ticket, but in my bet history, it shows that I lost. Instead of admitting their mistake, they are using automated customer support chats to brush off my concerns and make me believe that my issue is being addressed.
When I asked for the official sources that their specialists used to calculate my supposed loss, they refused to provide them and the answers I get was do you have further questions. I contacted over five customer support and I kept receiving the same answers as word by word as if it is a robot having different names replying me. It is clear that they are trying to cover up their error and avoid taking responsibility for their incompetence.
This is completely unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust betting platforms to be fair and honest in their dealings. I will not be using this platform again and I will be warning others to steer clear of their shady practices. It is time for them to fix their mistake and provide me with the winnings that I rightfully earned.
