7-Eleven Food preparation

I went to the 7-11 on Nolensville Pike about 10 minutes ago as I didn't feel like fighting traffic in Nashville.

I purchased the 1 piece fish meal. The attendant told me it would take about 8 minutes to cook no problem.

I took the meal home and the fish was golden brown on the oustside but cold and raw on the inside. The biscuit was rock hard. The entire meal went into the trash.

Desired outcome: Please do better...that was disgusting.

We recently have been getting 7-Eleven gas stations on Long Island, NY and I was convinced to download the 7-Eleven App so I could get the offered discount on fuel. The first time I went to buy fuel with the App I was told I can only get the discount if I paid by credit card, this is not acceptable. I proceeded to go through the main 7-Eleven page to file a complaint and was ignored twice so I am contacting you here. If I don't here back from you here I will cease patronizing any of your establishments and will inform all my 28 drivers that they will no longer be reimbursed for any 7-Eleven receipts as of the 31st of this month. all 7-11 stores in california (i've been to hundreds of them, seriously not kidding) are all staffed by rude indian clerks who disrespect customers, who have poor customer service skills, who do not ring up items properly, who close the store at random hours, who lock the doors at random hours and generally hate their jobs, hate customers and seem to have no business working at these locations

Desired outcome: train your employees better, so they treat customers with respect and ring up items properly, and keep the doors open and store open during your advertised business hours

7-Eleven did not give me the correct amount of money for the scratchers i turned in

at 6:15 pm 3\9\2023 at the 7\11 (location 1150 broadway San Diego CA. 92101. i turned in 8 wining scratchers and wasnt given the right ammount. i only got 120.00 (which wasnt even counted out for me )the employee that helped me pocketed 3 scatchers that came to the total of 95.00. please help me i made a complaint to the manager 2 minutes after this happened .i demaned that they look at the camera footage and was told the owner has to do it and they took my information,still no word from them .please investigate .

7-Eleven Manly west 7-eleven false accusations

I went to purchase fuel. Walked inside to pay. Paid and said goodbye to the two people standing behind the counter and left. 3 days later my husband received a text from the police telling him I’d driven off without paying for fuel.

The payment obviously didn’t go through however to accuse me of stealing! They obviously didn’t do their job properly and to cover their incompetence they accuse me of being a criminal!

I believe that’s called defamation of character! I will never again go to a 7-eleven.

7-Eleven Unwanted purchases!!

Arrived at your store #35437 at 11:50pm.

I use the store quite frequently, it’s very convenient. Always great customer service till now!
I couldn’t find the product I intended to purchase. I approached cashier and sat down some items and asked where this particular item was. They responded on the shelf. I went to the shelf very relieved I could purchase the item initially came for.

I approached the cashier, and proceeded to put back the items I originally sat down in no way did I gave the cashier any intention I was purchasing the items, or I was ready to pay :-/ especially when I asked for a particular item the cashier rang up everything I explain to him, I only came for the one item he says there’s nothing I can do. You have to speak to the manager at 10 in the morning. I cannot be there at 10 in the morning. I have to be at work very unsatisfied consumer, very long standing consumer of 711 until now!

Wasted my gas time and money to only have to return because of an untrained, ignorant piece of trash. That knows not his position of customer service.

Yes, time, gas refund for products I had no intention of purchasing 7-Eleven is using my money with zero interest! To top it all off, DFW area had a major winter mix. Roads are very treacherous! To be treated in this manner, money plus the products I was charge for that we’re not the products I came for. Would be a start.

Train or replace your people if they are not confident for the position!

7-Eleven 7/11 Lordeo Taco

Saturday morning i went in to your location at 63rd & 15th 7/11 system was down so i used ATM to get cash. Ordered food from loredos the Manager Keta called a guy from the back to make my food because she didnt like me never had and altercation with any member of this location .. i patiently waited for my food as it will be seen on CAMERA! Did nothing to any member of this location Stood quietly again it will be seen on CAMERA! i was handed my food and told not to come back. Employees smoke marijuana out front of the store they are rude and be little people and need to find a new job. This location is a pathetic and needs employee over haul . If im at work and dont like someone i have to stay professional and still help them reguardless.

Desired outcome: I did nothing wrong until after Keta said she wasnt going to wait on me and make my food because she didnt like me shes also heavy drug user .... HEY 7/11 DRUG TEST YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!

On December 24th at 7:53AM I places an order for three items that the total came out to $29.52 but the items never arrived and the order got cancelled so even when I saw it canclled I emailed yall but yall told me there’s nothing yall can do an that I was still gnna be charged for the full amount of $29.52 which is not right and nowhere close to customer satisfaction service something needs to be done

7-Eleven Customer service

I went to make a porchise this morning after I put the money on the counter in between the face block the worker had a problem with reaching for the money and made a small seen about it I explain to her that is not my job to colect the money for her and is not my job to her job for her suisun city seveneleven also they have some guy staing there behind the store and he always trys to tallk to me I dont mind geting a lawjer to resolve this issue and more also will be recording for my savety

i went to pay for my purchise and the lady had a problem pickin g up the money she did not want to reach for it its not my job to do her job also they have some guy staing there he wont stop bothering me i need to get a lawyer for my safety

Early in morning I ordered 12 pack of cokes two alcoholic beverages and a pack of cigarettes for the total of $29.52 but order got cancelled and never made it to my home and wen I got a hold of customer service reps they said there’s nothing they can do this is not good customer service how can yall not deliver my items and still want to tke my money. This is not right

My name is Chris, I am the whistleblower in the Trump/Russia collusion and Ms. Mona the Manager at the 1025 West Glebe Rd Alexandria VA. store has my whistleblower immunity documentation where an incident the other day has been induced from a joke to an interference within my legal against everyone in this world. The incident happened a day or two ago where an employee, Lesly, has called me a [censored], so I hit her on the [censored] stating here's your [censored] and she complained to Mr. Farook about it, but as a joke she failed to see her inadequacy for a complaint when she is a defendant within my legal issue before the court. Such a complaint from Lesly is to be inferred as a retaliatory action against a whistleblower in an action she cannot deny. She has failed to address where her tax dollars are wasted and has failed to take-action against those who waste them, willful violations of 26 USC 6227 and 5 USC 2302, respectively. Her complaint may have had validity, except once she called me a [censored], she lost all validity especially when my smacking her rear end was in a joking fashion. As the whistleblower it is my duty to establish Lesly's actions far inferior to 5 USC 2302 and such is why I have lost something, a relationship with my son, due to inferior and such is a violation of my rights to be superior within my thoughts and actions. As a whistleblower, it is my duty to inform the personnel of 7-11, of this discrepancy where the desired outcome will be shown to you in the box and through the court. Retaliation is a violation of 42 USC 12203(a) and her complaint to Mr. Farook in also a violation of Virginia Code 18.2-29, with the felony being established through Virginia Code 18.2-48, the willful/abduction of my son by the woman who gave birth to him. To me, I did nothing wrong where the employee was belligerent in her accusation and coerced the manager into believing her story.

Desired outcome: I'm addressing this issue to the Fairfax County Circuit Court where the outcome shall be both are fired and by the sheriff of Fairfax County Circuit court, I do hold the necessary clout to do such.

7-Eleven American Express Gift Card fraud

I purchased a $25 American Express gift card from American Express and unfortunately someone had already used the gift card and made a $15 purchase from 7-Eleven in California.

That 7-Eleven authorized the purchase while they did not have card in hand because I on the gift card. I would like to find out how do I get my $15 credit back.

7-Eleven Unreasonably rude employee

The employee who works only after midnight at our local seven eleven is unreasonable rude. If this were two or three out of several times, then I wouldn't even waste my valuable time to write these out. There is a man who works only after midnight at our local seven eleven, and he has been constantly unreasonably rude to all people. In particular, every time I try to purchase a product, he waves his hands as if I said something threatening and makes a very uncomfortable emotional facial expression, though I haven't said word.

Desired outcome: I hope everyone who visits the store gets treated like a normal person, not discriminated.

7-Eleven 711 health department issue

I work for 711 #27042 jagmohan he owns several 711 800s 900w and north temple 1000w 515n 300w.

And his employees a hostil work environment his employees are trying to get these 711 shut down by the health department I have told jagamon about this and jagmohn continues to let his employees lock me in the bathroom, piss on the coffee pots, turn the heater full blast, relieves himself in the office. Then the employees stealing so much money and merchandise that they need to pin it on somebody and they take it out on the newest employees. I got upset 12/1 because I told jagmohon to talk to the night guy about cleaning the grill come to find out kevin wasn't washing the grill but poisoning everybody by spraying grill release on the grill then putting the food on it. Kevin has been poisoning customers he sprayed grill release on the grill without soap o water knowing I was coming in every morning I notified the boss to talk to the night guys at 3 locations the won't clean any of the equipment so mold under grills in coco machine ect pee on the coddle pots lock me in the bathroom play with the heater and one master bates in the office boss don't care he fired me

On November 30 I filled up at store #25077 and was over charged. I filled the tank of my Prius, which was just under half full. Prius capacity is approximately 9.3 gallons.
