hot jalapeño snack sticks
The Hot jalapeño snack sticks used to be wonderful they were thin dry and had some crystals on me outside now recently they have seems to change toward being Thicker and more like a slim Jim which I find greasy and disgusting if I wanted a slim Jim I would purchase a slim Jim . I would love to see the 7-Eleven product come back to its old original way plus they are a great pacifier for cigarettes that's why I buy them . Hopefully you can talk to the manufacturer's and they can come back for the old thinner product thank you
westborough 7-eleven
On October 28th, 2016 I went into the 7/11 in Westborough MA, to grab a few things before heading to work. It was 8:30 in the morning and I was already running late for work. As I walked in I noticed that the man at the register working was someone who for the past few months had been making a lot of comments on the way I look, my body and would tell me often to break up with my boyfriend so that I could be with him. There was also another man in the store, but as that man left I could see out of the corner of my eye that the man at the register was now coming towards me with his arms open. Once he got to me he hugged me and refused to let go. He had an erection and proceeded to rub it on my thigh and kiss my neck and my face. When he finally let go of me I rushed up to the register and he smiled. He asked me where I had been, I shrugged and brushed it off, clearly shaken from what had just happened. I told him I had been busy. His face shifted and he looked at me and told me it had been 5 days since I had been in and to never do that to him again. I have not gone into the store since then and a police report has been filed with the town of Westborough. It is so sad to me that I feel so unsafe in my own town. It is absolutely disgusting and I pray that 7-Eleven does the right thing and fires this creep.
service
Today at about 10pm i shop at 7-11 compass one and when my turn to pay i just found out that i have no cash and i did not bring my credit card. I call to my boyfriend to find out that did i bring it out my credit card but the staff started to scold me that i make a phone call that wasted her time and customer time. I say sorry to her and told her that i might forget to bring my credit card. But the staff started to scold me and i asked her that can her void it for me but she said cannot then i just ask my friend to come and pay for me. I wait for about 10-15 mins then she yelling at me. At that moment, i can fell my anger because of this rude conversation. She said if i cannot make it then i should ask her to cancel it. But from the start i told her already she said cannot. Of course, i answer back that i told her before then she realise that she misunderstanding but she still scold me.
employee at 7-11 at lake jennings and el monte lakeside ca
I rented a granny flat to the 7-11 employee Christa thinks she would be a good renter. I ended up having to evict her. I have been a costumer at the store for 30 years when I or my wife go in the store she refuses to surve us. I have been doing business with circle K wich is out of my way to and from home because of this matter. Yesterday my wife went in the store for a bag of ice around 4:45pm and she called for another employee and let 3 other people go ahead of my wife to pay for there goods. My wife was vary upset when she came home.
Your rental issues have no bearing on her job. If your parting of the ways was awkward she is in no way legally obligated to serve you. In fact, every store in this country has the right to refuse service., I work in a pharmacy and there are 3 people I refuse to deal with. I pass them over to another tech. That is my right. As is it is hers. Your complaint has no validation.
7 eleven - fmla _ violaton _ lawsuit texas northern case : 3:15-cv-02675
federal case Thawar v. 7-Eleven Inc, case number 3:15-cv-02675, from Texas Northern Court.
Link: http://www.leagle.com/decision/In%20FDCO%2020160301D89/THAWAR%20v.%207-ELEVEN, %20INC.
This case arises from Defendant 7-Eleven, Inc.'s ("7-11") alleged misconduct towards Plaintiff Gulnar Thawar ("Thawar") during the time she worked there. In her Complaint, Thawar recounts a litany of abuses and misdeeds. First and foremost, she alleges that 7-11 failed to properly safeguard her personal identifying and financial information ("PII"), which resulted in her identity being stolen. Doc. 1, Compl. ¶¶ 2-3, 21-38. After bringing the breach to 7-11's attention, she was treated with increasing hostility, culminating in a physical battery by one of her managers. Id. ¶¶ 39-57. Subsequently, Thawar missed approximately two weeks of work after suffering injuries in an unrelated fall from her car. Id. ¶¶ 58-88. The hostile treatment continued upon her return, and she elected to work from home, ostensibly with 7-11's approval. Id. ¶¶ 89-104. During this time, 7-11 notified Thawar that it was designating her as an "inactive employee, " and that she would not have any job duties until a doctor cleared her to return to work. Id. ¶¶ 108-13. Despite her protestations, 7-11 did not change this designation. Id. ¶¶ 114-17.
Ultimately, Thawar voluntarily resigned her position. Id. ¶ 118, Ex. E. 7-11 accepted her resignation, and later did not oppose Thawar's application for unemployment benefits. Id. ¶¶ 119, 120-23, Ex. F. After the separation, Thawar did not receive her COBRA information1 from 7-11 until it was too late to keep her health insurance coverage, though 7-11 maintains that it sent her the information in a timely manner. Id. ¶¶ 124-27, 131-32. In response to her request for her personal belongings, 7-11 informed Thawar that it could not locate any such belongings after an extensive search. Id. ¶¶ 128-30. Among the missing possessions were a Quran, photographs, glasses, a personal laptop and tablet, and information regarding the theft of her PII. Id. ¶ 168(A).
All said, Thawar brings seven claims against 7-11: (1) FMLA discrimination and retaliation based on injuries suffered in the fall from her car; (2) FMLA discrimination and retaliation based on her major depressive disorder; (3) failure to provide required COBRA information; (4) conversion; (5) battery; (6) negligence; and (7) negligent misrepresentation. Compl. ¶¶ 3, 137-94. 7-11 filed the instant Motion, which is best characterized as a motion for partial dismissal, to dismiss Thawar's COBRA, conversion, battery, negligence, and negligent misrepresentation claims. Doc. 5, Def.'s Mot. to Dismiss; Doc. 6, Def.'s Br. in Supp. Thawar has filed her Response, and 7-11 its Reply. Doc. 8, Pl.'s Resp.; Doc. 10, Br. in Reply to Pl.'s Resp. [hereinafter "Def.'s Reply"]. The Motion is now ready for review.

State of New Hampshire Department of Justice Office of the Attorney General Joseph Foster 33 Capitol Street Concord, NH 03301
Re: Security Breach Notification
Dear Mr. Foster:
This letter is to provide you notice on behalf of 7-Eleven, Inc. of a recent security breach incident. On behalf of the 7-Eleven franchisees, 7-Eleven maintains a database of records for each franchise location that contains information on all franchisee employees for that location. Only the records in the database for the employees of a particular franchisee ("Employing Franchisee") are sent to the local store and are available for access by the Employing Franchisee. 7-Eleven discovered in June 2016 that as part of the update process, in addition to the normal set of employee records sent for each Employing Franchisee, some additional records from the franchisee employee database were available to certain 7-Eleven franchisees. The information potentially accessible includes franchisee employees' names, addresses, telephone numbers, and social security numbers.
We immediately updated the records, investigated to determine the cause of the issue, and have taken additional safety measures to protect the information and ensure that records are not accidentally made available to any franchisee other than the Employing Franchisee.
To defeat Thawar's negligence claim, 7-11 argues that (1) it is preempted by the Texas Workers' Compensation Act (TWCA); and (2) Thawar has failed to plead physical damages. Def.'s Br. in Supp. 10-11; Def.'s Reply 4T-5.4 Thawar, on the other hand, contends that her Complaint clearly shows that she has suffered financial injuries as a result of 7-11's negligent handling of her PII. Pl.'s Resp. 5-7. She also argues that negligence claims like hers are "neither new nor novel, " pointing to two complaints based on the mishandling of employees' and customers' PII. Id. at 6; Doc. 9, Pl.'s App. in Supp.

inadequate training of store reps
I'm a long haul truck driver, who can be on the road from 2 days to some times 2 weeks. My favorite game is mega millions. Some times i want to play for fur future draws that aren't on the betting slip. Lets say 4 draws or 6 or 11. The sales rep always tells me they can only do whats on the slip. Well i know competent reps that are able to get me as many draws as i need regardless of the designations that are on the slip...Whats the problem with the majority of the other reps?
this company is the best for developer like me to enhance the skill sets.
I started as a junior software developer in this company. I worked for nearly an year and all of a sudden i was surprised to get a call from the HR team asking if i am willing to travel for a client project in UAE. It was unforgettable as i never thought i would come and stay in UAE for more than 3 months. A very good company for People who want to work in the windows server side deployment.
store staff
Highly unprofessional staff do not understand basic English and speak in some foreign Asian language among themselves especially when teenagers and ladies around. Store staff is either outside the store smoking cigarettes and and have noticed a few enjoying liquor late evenings in parked vehicles.

I worked for 7-Eleven for 23 years and was disappointed to hear about my brother's experience this morning when he ran to the store for eggs and milk. He was never greeted. The clerk was chatting with a friend the entire time and when it was time to check out she kept looking at him but took several minutes to break away from her friend to wait on him. She then rudely stated and motioned..."over here". He was given his change. No "thank you". Made to feel he was interruption to her social life. Store located across street from Dinosaur museum. This employee needs some training in customer service basics.
customer service
Hi I am a 28 year customer of my local area 7-11's they are all for the most part great places to go to
However over the past three years
One has become a nightmare when a certain associate is on duty
He charges full price for refills and charges for chili and cheese
He also will play heavy death metal
Music at anytime of the day if he is the only one on duty
Now he does not do these things to everyone mostly my wife and I
He never greets anyone as they enter the store and rarely talks to anyone
He is always rude and acts like he would rather burn in h*ll than be at work I know this is alot but as I said I am a 28 year customer of this particular store and have seen alot of the associates come and go
This associates name is Doyal
He claims he's the assist Mgr I do not know for sure
All I know is his actions cause alot of animosity not only to the public
I have had discussions with other associates from all over the county
Who have either went while he was on as a customer or had the misfortune of working with him
Thank you for your time

out of stock... filthy store.
7-eleven in Clendenin West Virginia area. Store was filthy...would not use the Women's Rest Room because it needed cleaning. Was there in the early evening so apparently it was filthy all day. NO coffee made...dusty, dirty shelves. Not enough working employees. Trash was overflowing inside and out. The "new" Manager apparently doesn't care about this store OR his employees. The floor was filthy, looked like it had not been mopped in days.
Know This: We have lost the other gas stations in Clendenin because of terrible flooding, this Store is the only one in miles, and you would think that the Manager and Corp. would staff it better. This store serves Food. If nothing is done I will call the Health Dept. The best employee I've seen is Sheila Murdock who works midnight shift, she is very nice. She does her job and other jobs that haven't been completed by the other workers.
Nasty store equals nasty customers, or did you think the employees make the messes? Not enough help could be the reason no one cleans up after filthy, nasty customers.
7-eleven store is creating litter, crime, and noise in our community
Since I purchased my home on Cloverdale Road 8 years ago, I have yet to come outside my front door without noticing plastic bags, paper, plastic bottles, and debris from the 7-Eleven store located two blocks away. I've talked to the 7-Eleven owners, 7-Eleven corporate headquarters, Prince William County community representatives, and there's been no change in the amount of litter in my community over 8 years. The local streams, woods, street, lawns, are all full of 7-Eleven debris daily, I volunteered 4 years ago to pickup litter in my community, but recently I gave up because I fail to see the logic in donating 4 hrs of my time weekly or 16 hrs a month if 7-Eleven can not work with our community to improve our quality of life. In addition, I see something terribly wrong here if 7-Eleven can make a profit, but is unwilling to pay to cleanup after its customers, but yet our community is tasked with "Donating Time" out of our lives to clean up after the 7-Eleven store. I decided to post this information about the 24 Hour 7-Eleven store located at 14820 Cloverdale Rd., Woodbridge, VA because the store is located in the middle of our neighborhood and has become a cancer eating away at our community with crime, trash, loitering, panhandlers, noise, and the store seems to get robbed on a quarterly basis. One suggestion I had to 7-Eleven was to pay someone to clean-up after their customers to take pressure off the local community and to modify their business hours were they would be close by 12 midnight and reopen at 5am to avoid robberies and additional risk. Thus far after 8 years, the only thing that occurred is the prior owner sold the store, and they put up a "Adopt a Spot" sign for litter pickup in the 7-Eleven parking lot. I am determined to change the attitude of 7-Eleven corporation and expose the Political people who support this type of disrespect for our communities in America just to make a fast buck.

service became very rude and almost embarrassing
I stopped at the 7eleven in north port Florida on corner of sumter and price on a Saturday evening close to my quit time 5:30 5:45 on July 9th 2016 to fill company vehicle with gas before returning to owner, I had put the wrong code in but at the time I didn't know this The pump message was to see clerk inside, I went in and one employee tried to help by running a credit against the credit card that was to be credited back for the amount not used., it was for 50 dollars . This had to be completed by another more qualified employee for me reason because signature pad froze, he gave me the receipt that showed exactly 50 dollar credit against card I went out and pumped the gas which totaled 24.50 this receipt also just showed the 24.50 amount charged to the card . The two receipts appeared to be amounts charged with no credit shown on either receipt, I returned and ask another employee if I could get a receipt that showed the entire transaction witht the 25.50 credit, he looked as if he had no idea what I was asking for He was at counter with the other two when the first transaction was done for 50.00. He said what I had not used of the 50.00 would be deposited back into the account, I ask again for a receipt that showed the amount not used deposited back into the account. He became somewhat irritated and his voice began raising when I said excuse me twice and he stopped talking so I told him not to raise his voice, he tried to say something and I said don't interrupt me, twice, I told him again, do not raise your voice at me or get mad and all out of shape to just give me a receipt that showed the deposit back into the account, he hit register and got a receipt of the 24.50 threw it on counter and said there it is, I picked it up read it and ask him to show me where the amount was deposited back into account, he said it ain't going to show that, I ask again for a receipt that showed the delisted amount, he began saying if I didn't like it that I could leave, I ask for manager, he said no manager here, I ask for the stores phone number and the managers name he said Google it if I wanted it. He said he didn't know his numbers. I ask for the stores number and managers name Again he said Google it This employee is a smart ### to begin with, an 18 or 19 year old that knows everything, very rude and has caused me never to return to that store nor will the business I was working for at the time . They have a fleet of vehicles in the road and is a transportation company in the city of north port Florida.
I couldn't let this go simply because this guy needs reprimanded by being fired for his ignorance and his disrespectful attitude towards a customer .
I must apologize because I have forgot the kids name, it was Billy The Kid or something like that, no doubt a nickname but you will know who it is just by the name on his badge is a nickname .
I will be looking for the action you take in this matter .
When I mentioned to the owner where this happened he said he had heard the employees there were like that, very rude and disrespectful to everyone so he is going to keep his drivers from using this 7eleven location in the future .
rude unprofessional customer service
I'd like to complain about the 7 eleven located in stockton, ca right off the
I-5, on hammer ln and kelley dr (35355). I'm very upset because I am a regular customer, I spend my money in this store on a daily basis for the restroom to always be out of order. Also it's very frustrating to walk in to the store and ask the sales associates a question and they can't understand what i'm saying, nor do they count change back right! I put gas in today, and there were two young girls working, one was behind the register, and the other kept walking back and forth from a room to the register. There was a long line of people and the girl walking back and forth didn't bother to help, she looked at everyone smiled and walked back into the room, while the other girl looked frustrated at the register, she was having a lot of trouble moving the line. I did not appreciate that at all she could have came out to help that girl out! Than she gives me the wrong gas & she was rude to me because I came back to tell her she didn't put the right amount! Than the girl came out the room and started speaking in their language and kept looking at me very strange like if I was ling about my gas. I didn't appreciate them doing that it made me feel very uncomfortable. This would be the last time I ever go into that store with those two illiterates working!
gas octane & price don't match
I went to Mobile gas station @ 7-Eleven 26 mile Marine city hwy.@ I94 & prepaid $30 on pump #6 @ the cost of $2.249 expecting to receive 13+ gal. of 87 octane gasoline. When the pump stopped I seen I had only received 11.454 gallons. So I did the math & realized I was charged $2.619 a gal. & future realized that was the same price as the mid grade gasoline, since the pump nozzle was not hung up & remained in my fill port I was then very sure of my selection. Went back inside to speak with the clerk & obtain a receipt. The clerk had insisted that the higher octane gasoline must have been chosen & thus charged accordingly. Did I pay for 89 ocane & receive 87 ? I didn't get a answer or resolve. Later returned & pre payed $4.50 @ $2.249 a gal. Made the selection of 87 octane once more & it only pumped 1.71 gal. I go to this gas station 2-3 times a week for the past 8- 10 months. Feeling screwed & pissed, won't be able to sit down for a mos.
gas price & grade don't match pump#6 (87 octane
Went to Mobile GS @ 7/11 (26 mile I94) prepaid $30 expected to receive 13+ gal. of gas 87 octane @ $2.249 gal.. After pumping was completed realized it charged $2.619 gal. giving me 11.454 gal.. Made sure of the selection of gas I had made (nozzle not hung up yet) confirmed 87 was selected but charged for mid grade. But was I given mid grade? Went back inside to question the clerk & get a receipt & got no resolve. I go to this gas station 3 times a week for the past 8-10 mos. & am pretty sure that I have been ripped off of hundreds. I'm pissed!
