June.8, 2019 my ex husband works for Aaron's in showlow Arizona and I have 2 restraining orders he is NOT to be in Pinetop Hills Apartments complex and he was violating the restraining order. His co worker Rosemary was telling my kids in front of my neighbors how I am a [censored] and need to get a life and how I abuse my children in front of tons of witnesses. With the Aaron's truck right there and both in uniform wow you guys look real professional a police report was made my landlord also wrote up papers with her attorneys to trespass my ex from the property and will be doing it to trespass Rosemary as well. Language like that to minors and to the community is really unnecessary and unprofessional. I can't believe this is allowed! And when Mark was told of the situation all he could say was those are my only 2 poeple to deliver. Well not our problem you guys need to train your employees to be respectful and be professional. Your company is disgusting! You should be ashamed at how you handle your work!

i went in and purchased a laptop and desktop computer signed all paper work with the person in charge, paid for both computers come delivery time i recieved only the desktop i called to complain, they told me the associate was new and he didnt know you couldnt put two computers on one lease dont matter the management went over the paper work she saw both on there she read it then on top of this the sales manager told me she only approved the desktop. i wanted my money back on the laptop which i didnt get they informed me it had to be credited to the next months payment ok that is 42 dollars they have of my money right, ok i want to trade the desktop in on a laptop they want my 42 plus 84 to trade. then on top of that ive been trying to reach corporate for two days and toshia already sent someone to get the desktop. so when corporate gets back to me and the refund my money they owe me they will get the computer back or ill take it to court im tired of toshia doing whatever she dam well wants to. the account is in deborah jeannette and sonny inabnit in bowling green ky if you need any more info to reach em let me know.
personal property stolen and damaged by aaron's
I was a month behind on my payment and Aaron's came into my home without me present and removed the items (I have no issues with this as I know I was behind by a month) however when removing my items they also took things that did not belong to Aaron's (xbox controllers that I did go to the store and receive back however when receiving them back they were damaged. A debit and credit card . And 2 smart watches that have never been returned ) and damaged a laptop( cracked the LCD screen) they removed a fireplace and discarded the brand new TV sitting onto of it onto a bed face up. They removed a TV from the wall above a personal fireplace of mine. The personal fireplace was moved completely to the center of the room and every item (30 or so dvds) and knick knacks that were on my personal fireplace where thrown all over the living room floor. I contacted Aaron's manager and was told he would replace the broken laptop . However when I tried to contact him about it after the fact he avoided and would not return calls . I asked to speak to someone higher up about this matter and I was told there was noone else to speak to only him or the owner of the store . He refused to give me contact with said owner . To this day i am unable to get ahold of him as he will not return any calls and is never there when i call to speak to him. I have attached pictures of the damage left in my home by Aaron's staff .

I want to file a complaint against aarons in jackson ga. My husband and myself signed a contract with them and they will not deliver the merchandise. The manager tjere heather calked me a badword and told me to go to hell and that she preciates me. Very unprofessional. I took time off from work i hurt my arm getti ng tbe old washer and dryer out of the way for them. I spoke to them several times yesterday and they never showed. I called they said we are stuck in traffic. I drove to the store tjere was no traffi. And they were closed. I just need my new washer and dryer. They refused to give me the district or region number. We currently have an account with the Aaron's at 15824 SE McLoughlin Blvd., Milwaukie OR 97267. We're buying a washer and dryer from them and the contract began in March 2018. Since we've had this contract, we had one prior for a computer we were renting, we have had numerous problems with their accounting department and their customer service!
With our former contract they tried to round off our monthly payment to make it easier on them, thus voiding the contract that we had signed and agreed on the monthly payments for. THIS DID NOT OCCUR!
Our current contract they have misplaced check payments we have sent by mail and then proceed to call and harrass us threatening that they will pick up the washer and dryer! Each time this has occurred we have had to call and request that they investigate further, and then they just happen to find the payment. We think because they do not have properly trained employees these mailed payments are usually sitting on someone's desk because they have no idea how to process them for payment on an account! When I have complained about this to the store manager all I get is lip service and that I should set up our payments automatically! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? YOU WANT ME TO TRUST YOU TO TAKE OUT THE PAYMENTS ON THE DUE DATE? I WOULD NEVER ALLOW THEM TO HAVE THAT TYPE OF ACCESS!
Almost a month ago, I sent a letter to this Aaron's requesting that they deduct $318.97 from our current account or send us a check in this amount, because when the washer and dryer were moved to our new apartment in early March their installers failed to install both the washing machine and the dryer correctly! The installers did not hook up the electrical correctly at the back of the dryer, they missed a connection! We then had to wait three days before they could come back and fix this issue. Then in early April I was doing a load of wash and because the installers failed to secure the drain hose properly it came out during a wash and flooded our apartment causing $252.00 in charges from the Maintenance department at this complex and the carpet installers! WE SHOULD NEVER HAVE HAD TO PAY THIS WHEN AARON'S INSTALLERS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PROFESSIO1NAL AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING WHEN INSTALLING A WASHER AND DRYER!
I have also asked more than once for a complete statement of our account showing the original amount charged and all payments made on the account. The on-line payment history on our profile DOES NOT INCLUDE ALL OF THE PAYMENTS WE HAVE MADE! This request has been made at least six times in the past year and we still have not received a statement!
Therefore I will expect a FULL STATEMENT FROM AARON'S at 15824 SE McLoughlin Blvd., Milwaukie, OR 97267 by June 1, 2019! I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR THAT I NEED TO GO IN TO THE STORE TO REQUEST THIS! I WILL NOT! I EXPECT THAT AARON'S WILL RESPOND TO THIS REQUEST IMMEDIATELY!
Aaron's Corporate Office must take care of this now! If you wish to continue to have customers than you need to make sure your customers are being taken care of and have absolutely no problems with your individual stores! If we do not hear from Aaron's, our next step will be Small Claims Court!

When the GM(Bruce) stares you down in the parking lot (I'm in my vehicle)while smoking a cigarette is just uncalled for. Your great falls Montana location has a small parking lot which half of it is filled with employees vehicles and a quarter of it filled with delivery trucks...I drive a 1ton long box truck and those do not turn on a dime so getting into the parking space isn't an easy task so I park sideways in two spaces. I'm in and out so others can park. When asked if he's having issues he replied "just wondering why you parked that way." It's not the reply that is unsettling, its the staring at me as if he was telling me through his eyes to move. There have been other times while making a payment that very same man had given me dirty looks and why I don't know because I have never said anything until today about it. My apology for being rude to the associate who processed my payment. (I asked who the man outside smoking was and rudely stated he was a d**k! He asked me politely not to refer to his GM that way. Employees who smoke should do so someplace other than close by the customer entrance. Not professional representation of the company.

I've written several times (sending via certified mail, so I know Aaron's in Longmont Colorado received them) and yet I've still not received an itemized statement, have not received a payoff amount and continue to receive daily/multiple harassing phone calls (before 8am on the weekends) and today received one at work. This needs to STOP! I'm drafting a letter today that will come to you at the home office as well as a copy to be sent to the B.B.B. and Attorney General. I've had enough! Aaron's in Longmont even took $3 from my bank account unauthorized when trying to take a full payment out when a payment was not due AND they were not given permission to access funds directly from my account. This is my official notice to Aarons to ALL calls from the Aarons store in Longmont to myself, my work, my landlord, or anyone else associated with me. I got a brand new Samsung TV three yrs ago had it a few weeks and it got broken by my dog I was. I've been pissed aside for 2 weeks now trying to rent a sectional and 3 rugs. I have 3 rugs that I have 2 payments left on that I'm returning and I'll eat what I've paid in, that's no problem. I need a sectional that's more comfortable, as I am disabled with back issues. I've called almost everyday yring to make arrangements. I am a gold star customer of arrons that closed in my town. Now I have to deal with the Pawtucket office. OMG! First the price went up 10 dollars twice in the past 2 weeks, since I've been trying to rent it and I might add it's sitting in their store. George the manager told me kust now that I've called everyday and he's tired of it and he is not happy that I want it done my way! Am I not the CUSTOMER? And why am I being spoken to in that manner by a MANAGER?
CAN SOMEONE HELP ME RENT THESE PRODUCTS! Before the price goes up as well. I need this to happen this week. I've been waiting for 3. I'm mainly complaining about customer service at the Hagerstown, MD store, I haven't even received my items yet and placed my order on April 15th 2019, today is May 7th, 2019. I received an emailed VIP promotion from Aarons, order up to $5000.00, with 0 down between 4/15-4/22, something along thoses lines.
I called the store Christine answered, I told her what I wanted to order, she said to order it online, I stated since I already had an account, I didn't think ordering online would work, it didn't. I called back, Chris answered the phone, told him that I spoke with Christine about ordering a Sofa & Loveseat, he said I will get her but she was with a customer, he took the order and of course I end up paying 2 weeks in advance, which was $70.00.
I don't care what promotions are going, this store never honors them, they're just like used care salemen, always after the money. On April 27th, 2019, I called the store and Christine answered the phone, I said this is Teresa Peek, I ordered furniture on April 15th, I was told that the furniture took two weeks to arrive, I haven't heard from Aarons, she stated, your furniture is not in yet but we will call you when it comes in.
May 6th, I call back to Aarons, Christine answers the phone, I said this is Teresa Peek calling, may I speak to the manager, she said he was busy, what's this in reference too, maybe I can help, I stated, it's about the furniture I odered but haven't received, she said hold on, Chris comes to the phone and says Ms. Peek, we have been trying to reach you, and he spews off an old phone number, that never should've been in my file, and yet my current number was used to deliver the furniture I currently have, he said let me go ahead an update your number, really, why would you update a number, that we started out with. Okay, I entertained the stall tactic.
Now he said what is a goid time to deliver the furniture, a date was finally set and yet he was acting like he was doing me a favor, I was so upset and angry over the lack of professionalism, and the condescending attitude. If I didn't really love that furniture, I would've cancelled that order, he didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, nor did he offer any incentive for clearly their mistake. I have been a Aarons customer since 1995 and this is the only store that cares more about making their quota, than the integrity of their customer service.

I had a refrigerator side by side. I was paying on it regularly. I called one day to ask how much more I owe and if the same day as cash was up yet. The lady told me it would be easier to just pay it off as I go. It would saved us some money. Then the next month I go to make a payment and ask so now I only owe this much. He said "no" cause only half your payment goes toward your account and the other half to Aarons. I wasn't informed that when signing only by what the lady there was telling us. He then stated in a rude way that it's clearly in black and white on your lease. I told them then to come get my refrigerator and every time they say their coming they didn't show up. They called me 5 times a day. My other reference including my mom who lives nowhere near me. Then they stayed showing up at my house without saying their coming by. So finally this past weekend then stopped by again without noticed and I was leaving to take my kids to baseball practice and I said I will be home on Tuesday after 2pm. They said fine we will be back on Tuesday meaning today. Well yesterday I just barley got off work at 6pm, then I hear a knock on my door again no calls. They showed up and when I said you weren't supposed to be here until tomorrow the man said well we are here now and if you don't give us out Merchandise then you will pay double for it. My husband got upset and told them you said Tuesday we would of been ready on Tuesday cause my wife just got home. If you guys would say hey we're in the neighborhood can we pick up the refrigerator then it would of been fine, not to show up whenever you feel like it. You can call all day while people are at work and never say anything about stopping by. Aarons in Logansport, Indiana has the worst customer service I ever had to deal with.

On February 27, I took my leased laptop back to Aaron's for repair of a damaged hinge. I called a couple of times to check its status and was told it was not ready. Finally, on April 10, Amanda called me from Aaron's to let me know that my laptop could not be fixed and that the information on it had been purged.
I asked her why it had been purged if it only went in for a broken hinge — and was upset because I needed the information that was on it. She stated that the company wipes the computers when they go in for repair because of client privacy reasons. However, when I reminded her that mine was not a software problem, she stated that she did not know they would purge my information for a broken hinge.
I got upset and she put me on hold and Billy, the General Manager, spoke to me.
I went over the same information with him as I did with Amanda and he told me what was covered by insurance
and a broken hinge was not one of them. He said insurance did not cover negligence. I told him I was not negligent — the laptop was not dropped. He continued to state that it was negligence and that he was doing me a favor by allowing me to keep the replacement I had. I asked about the purged computer being new and the loaner not — he said of course he was not going to give me anything newer even though they are the same model and if this hinge broke that it would be my problem to fix. I mentioned to Mr. Billy that the hinge could have been a factory defect that little-by-little became obvious — he continued to tell me I was negligent and that the laptop was dropped.
In the end, Mr. Billy was QUITE rude and belligerent during the entire conversation. Surely I was upset but still spoke to him with courtesy and respect — I also followed up with Amanda to apologize if she felt I was being rude.
This is not my first time using Aaron's to purchase items, but it will surely be my last. I will continue to make my last "2.25" payments and will be done (that's the number Mr. Billy gave me when I asked how many payments I had left).

I've submitted one already but here is this again. I had rented a laptop online and did not recieve the laptop I wanted instead they rented me a laptop that was used and shoddy the thing didnt hold a charge for 20 minutes it got hot and it was substandard at best. I complained about it and got nothing but I should contact corporate office since I had previously been complaining about a washer I had leased in the store with the manager I signed the rental agreement with her and on date of delivery I was being served by process server only he had served your delivery driver who had no right to sign for court documents of mine and I was forced to pay another fee for second process service then to add insult to injury he had me sign for delivery of my new washer and after he was suppose to bring my washer in my home he left my property with my washer I had a rental agreement for and contract with Aaron's the reasoning was not told to me till later but your delivery driver opened and read my court documents he had no right to invade me privacy nor to sign for or read the contents but he did and without a word to me left with my washer I want the cost of the process service plus the loss of my free month of the washer and two months of the laptop which I was in not able to use a total of 450$ if not I'm going to sue your company Donald Hunt 515 T Street Merced Ca [protected] as for the court documents it was and is none of your business but I was served eviction papers but have lived in premises 13 + years I was subsequently not evicted and I want an apology and at least my washer and the laptop I ordered

I have been paying for my couch set on time never missed a payment. Three months ago my recliner love seat broke and took 2 months to finally get replacement. Now the problem is that the replacement wasn't new a had been sitting in the back of the warehouse and I had to go to the store to pick it up an it was scuffed and torn. My wife and I didn't realize the tear til a few days later. I have been calling the Northport, Alabama store to speak with a manager, I have left messages for your and have yet to receive the courtesy of even a response. All I want is a new replacement or another set that is of same value or close to it without having to start my contract over. I don't think that I'm being unreasonable but if I can't get this resolved soon I will no longer be doing busy with your company. I will not be making anymore payments until a resolution has been made. I have paid the payment for this month and the balance left is roughly $600. I can be reached at [protected]. I have dealt with aarons for a long tinme however I will not deal with them again. I owed $20.00 and a stove I purchased from them was paid off.. I guess business has been slow so they decided to take out $90.09 instead of the 20. I called the scranton office to talk to the manager and he said he was returning the over paid amount then, to allow 3 days for it to go back into my bank. It is now 15 days and the money is still with them, when I called to talk to the manager again he was on vacation.. How convenient I have called to make a complaint and was told they made it high priority.. Still nothing.. I then called the ceo threatening a law suit that was last week. They never got back to me... Stay away from aarons.

I had to wait for a Ashly sofa for 3 moths and then sales rep . when I called he would never call me back, I live in an Apt. High Rise, about 200 tents the sofa when came the one guy could see out my windo was socking with his fist my sofa when getting it off the truck . got it in the building wouldn't fit in the elvorotr, so had to take it back. Almost a year to the day I went to Aaron's to get a mattress and boxspring the guy who sold it to me tell me it's just 12 months of $100 a month payments and it'll be paid for blah blah blah okay so I came into a little bit of money because I was working so many hours so but I got paid one Friday I went in to pay the bed off so I didn't have it to worry about and when I got there at the same guy was like oh you can't pay it off now if you pay it off now then you're still going to have to pay every month the same amount because of finance charges lalala I work an hourly job at a call center okay and it didn't sound right to me but I took him for his value and said oh okay and nothing was mentioned about 15 more months after the 12 months nothing so my mother died I was 2 weeks late on my payment I'll be at for 10 months are paid in a timely manner except for one time that's because my roommate was blowing her money so I had to cover her bills my mother died I was out of town Aaron's was calling me and call me call me and it infuriated me harassing me over two weeks it infuriated me because I thought I only had two more payments to go why were they being like this were they just trying to default on it so they could get it back and resell it I don't know but what I spoke to the manager cuz I was late and he was hounding me I told him this is kind of odd I have two more payments left and it's strange that you're hounding me like this and he said no because you didn't pay it off in 3 months it's refinance you owe me fifteen hundred more dollars okay so 12 hundred dollars and $1, 500 added together it's almost $3, 000 and buy time taxes time harassment just stress it's going to run about $3, 300 I figure also now I sit here some days and I'm too busy to think about it or I said here today with Poison Ivy and so I can't go into work and the more I think about it the more angry I get I was lied to by your employee for the manager of the store said he fired him well we fired him and I can give you one month free okay wow thank you for that help with that extra $1, 500 that you have cost me you no thank you so much I mean I literally walked in that store with money in hand to pay the damn thing off and now I'm stuck paying even longer than I agreed to to begin with an already covered that at 5 I got to do it again plus 3 extra months I feel like you are shylock's right now shiesty I mean I feel Bamboozled and that's not what a customer wants to feel like when they do business with you
