Bought refrigerator from them about 7 months ago. When delivered they missed up my house. I was compensated for damages but refrigerator now has issues and they took it out for repairs and gave replacement but scheduling time to return my refrigerator they think everyone revolve around their time. I asked for early morning delivery set here with everything out missing work and call to find out whats going on they like oh we have you on 3 to 7pm schedule. I wouldn't have to get refrigerator repaired if it wasnt damaged upon delivery and losing food, now time off work wasted waiting on them. Im just losing all the way around dealing with them. They have not consideration for others schedule, time or money unless it owing a payment to them. I am so tired of dealing with this BS. What ever happened to consumers coming first in a business!

I had a TV recently and a couple people i knew acted like i was suppose to pawn it for cash loan currently and i have had a hard time getting it out theee people are currently incarcerated now but formost a lot of it was there fault cause they were users and cons and im having hard time with this finanacially and if im Able to get it back ill return the product but this is a constant harass and it needs to stop till i figure something out

On 8/31/2018 I asked roy to come and pick up the items because I couldn't pay for them and I asked roy could I make payments to fix the damaged laptops an roy said no then he told me to keep the damaged laptops and the t v the that don't come on and the other 1 t v that worked fine but after that roy said that he was going to call the police and tell them I refuse to give him the merchandise and I am a great customer and I been with you guys for years and I want to request a full return and the issues I had with that t v was crazy and the other t v would get hot and flicker off and on but roy refuse to fix and like I said I want a return for the 3 t v's. On 8/29/2018 roy told me that I owe 2 payment of 256.77 plus 324 dollars because I was 30 days late and I looked on my payment history and I was up to date on payments but I refuse to pay it.

The Tv has a Rainbow line through it I called Aaron's to come and get the tv because it's under warranty Sent them a picture he sent some guys who they get off the street and said we broke the tv and they refused to fix it even though it's under warranty. We have been long time customers like 10 years and never had a problem with Aaron's till 4 weeks ago the Manager on Colfax and Chambers store is so rude and disrespectful Saying we broke the tv it has a crack in it their is no crack in that tv we have only had it for 7 months I called on August 15 my claim # is HSC0249539. unethical and hostile behavior by management
I asked for some of the furntiure I have paid on time for the last year to be picked up. After they picked it up, they called me for 3 days wanting payment of the furniture and could not find the furniture once I reminded them that they picked it up. They kept giving me different prices for what was owed. Then, they didn't show up on the right day to move the remaining furniture to my new address. So- I had to move it myself!
Today, ALVIN, the "Account Manager" calls me 5 times back to back while I am at work bnecause when they went to pick up the remaining furniture I decided I no longer wanted because of LACK OF QUALITY, he was yelling at me to give him my address or he would report the furniture stolen. I ALREADY GAVE THAT LOCATION MY ADDRESS. He continued to degrade me, even tho I'm positive I make well more than he does per year by his phone ettiquette, or lack there of, and be pushy and hostile. I hung up and called back to speak with a manager. He said he was the manager and that It wasn't his problem to call back tomorrow and speak to someone else.
I have called the corporate office and requested a called back from the REGIONAL since the GM isnt there and I am still waiting. What a JOKE! I am getting them to pick up the rest of the 2nd grade [censored] and closing out all accounts! If this is how they treat their long-term FINANCIALLY STABLE clients, they should be out of business!

I was in your store yesterday on Veteran's parkway Columbus Ga. Was my first time dealing with yall. Picked put a refridgerater did the paper work paid went home a few hours later it was delivered. So far no problem! Shortly after it being delivered i got a call from the manager who wasn't in store when i was there. She tells me in a very rude an abrupt tone that Jennifer thr girl that helped me did not get what she needed and told me she would take the fridge back if i didn't come down today with more paperwork today! So she didn't do her job an it's my fault? I was there over an hour she looked over everything and said ok Mrs. Simmons we have all we need you are good to go! Then call me later because they don't know how to do their job. Not just call but very very rude an ugly to me on the phone. I am a first time customer so i didn't know what all paperwork wise that was involved so i trusted your employee to do their job. Guess that was a mistake.

Hello to whom it may concern this is my 3rd attempt to.contact someone about the matter of bedbugs in my couch...i.contacted the store manager at the location i got it fro were im.leasing it from and he basically said aint nothing he can do..and if u got bedbugs in the couch that mean it came from.the house when u moved in..i had a PROFESSIONAL 2 of them to come.out to.my home today AUG 27TH 2018 and one was terminix come.out he said as a perfessional that couch was bed bug ritting before it got delivered to my home..because of the damage they have caused to the couches...and the eggs are well over a year old...and he gave me a quote of $1550.35 to completely take care the situation ..now from what ive read online about aarons is that alot of ppl.have made or commented complaints about they stuff having bedbugs also..i wish to handle this matter without legal action if possible ...im a reasonable person..but enough is enough ..i have pics and videos and my two license professionals comments and the quotes

I am submitting a complaint about an employee at the Presque Isle, Maine store. Dusty, the accounts manager has been nothing but rude to me every time we have any kind of communication.
I received a call last week on Thursday from Ryan the store manager, saying my automatic payment didn't go through. I was at work so this was left as a message on my voicemail. Before actually getting out of work at the end of the day and getting the chance to call him back, I received ANOTHER call from Dusty. I explained that Ryan had all ready called, and that I was at work and needed to check with my husband when he got home to see what the issue was since it was his card. I said I will call you back on Friday and let you know.
After speaking to my husband that evening, he said that the payment wasn't supposed to come out that week, and that they pulled it too early. That's why it didn't go through. Friday and Saturday came and went, and I forgot to return the call. First thing this morning, I get a call from Dusty asking what I found out about the payment, I said that after asking my husband, the card was charged too early, and that's why it didn't go through. We weren't expecting it to be charged until this week, so with that being said I would be in touch on Friday to have the payment made. Dusty then said, "well that's not acceptable. The payment was due last week, so we need to make arrangements to come pick up the items" I said, NO, you tried to run the card a week before you were supposed to, I will be in on Friday to take care of the payment.
I have had NOTHING but issues with this man, to the point that I am about ready to call and have them come pick the merchandise up and go somewhere else!

I got a livingroom set from Aaron furniture in July 2018 l got the furniture and never thought nothing about it. So I started to get bite on my arms so I thought it was something else than I seen how my arm was so bite up I started to look into the furniture and seen bed bugs. So I called them about it they told me that it wasnt there when they give me the furniture so I ask skip why was this chair sprayed and has Residue in the sofa. So I ask can they come get this furniture because when I moved in my home it was no furniture no type of insect in my home no I have bed bugs. I been here since April n nothing I mean nothing is in my home. So they still wont getb the furniture out my house after they said they was goin to have someone come and wrap up the furniture and take it out. Been calling no one is answering my Questions and I told them that I will not pay for use furniture because that what it is used and they clean up the furniture b4 giving it to me. They took apart the sofa and left it there so I place bed bug spray around it so it wont travel in my home. That store is totally wrong forgiving me a use furniture that has bed bugs. It been on this furniture for awhile because of the amount and size of the bugs.i just want this out my home and I will never buy another items from that furniture store. Service is terrible and what they did to me was totally wrong.

I have kept in constant touch with my local aaron's in upstate new york in a city called Hudson New York. The one person I talk to is named Rich and he has a very nasty attitude. I have explained to him that a complaint has been filed and the theft of my money is being looked into. I would like to be given the chance to catch it all up to date by the end of this month.

unauthorized credit card charges
I purchased a couch and love seat from Aaron around March. From day one the recliners have not worked properly. I called the store NUMEROUS times and spoke to a lady each time and was told yes mam i understand, we have parts ordered. I questioned how do you know which parts to order if no one has ever came and looked at the couch. So here we are months later and no one has yet to come to my house to look at the couch while I'm paying nearly $200 a month for this. On August 3rd, I called and spoke to an evening manager and told her I did not want the set any longer because i am frustrated paying on an expensive couch set that does not function. She said she understood and someone would be there that Saturday to pick it up. Well here we are August 14th and no one has picked up the couch. Aaron held out a payment on Friday August 10th without my authorization and the evening manager said, yes mam i know that we are to come get your couch and I am voiding the payment and that you will see it reversed. Today is August 14th and I called to questioned why my unauthorized debit has not been reversed and spoke to Roderick. I have complained on this man in the past. I feel he is extremely racist toward white people. He said no mam, you have never called and we have no record of that. I cannot give you your money back until we pick up your couch. No one has documented that you have called. I am a highly educated person and I'm NOT untruthful. The evening manager has spoken to me many times! Yet Roderick treats me as if I am scum and a liar! Ya'll need to replace this man! I am extremely angry and now my bills have overdrawn because he will not put my money back in the bank that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE AARONS TO HOLD OUT TO START WITH! Everyone in this parish will hear of this terrible service I have received from this company!

I have informed Aarons since 7/3/18 that my oven door needed repair since I have the warranty thru Aarons and my item has yet to be paid off I requested this through the Aarons on Wheeler Road, Central Islip, NY. I also purchase and pay for the Extended Warranty to cover all my products purchased through Aarons. On 7/3, I was advised by the person who came to repair my oven that he had to return to the store and could not fix the door. After not returning on 7/9 and my appointment being ignored with no phone call or no one coming to my home even after being placed in the schedule book I filed my 1st complaint and Nia the regional manager contacted me and advised that someone from Aarons will come to my home on 7/13. After that date I was informed that they had to outsource the repair to AllPro and register the product with Frigidaire. after a Month on 8/3 I called Frigidaire for status and was told NO ONE from Aarons called to register the product. I, Myself went to register the product and called AllPro to try to schedule an appoint and was then told by AllPro that NO one from Aarons called them because if they did they would know that AllPro does NOT SERVICE the Brentwood Area. I am very UPSET since I have to do all the work to have my own items repaired when I am making my payments and also am paying for an EXTENDED WARRANTY! How is it that when it is time to make a payment Aaron calls me 5-6 times a day even when I make payments online. When I told that to Aarons in Central Islip, I was told what does that matter one has nothing to do with the other. I find that this has been the worst experience ever I have a Family gathering on SEPT 1st... Very Important and I do not have an oven for Over a month trying to just cook on a stove is somewhat very difficult with children. as to my 2nd complaint on 8/8 no one has even bother to call me not even the regional manager. harassment and unauthorized charges
I rented a laptop from them and the laptop was slow and took forever to load and download so i took it back to them and they kindly gave me another laptop that has worked perfectly. I was pleased with it so i paid the lease of early under the 90 day same as cash deal. I was given a receipt for final payment and life goes on. Not quite. Fast forward to 8 weeks ago when i started getting calls from family members and friends saying that Aarons called looking for me. So i called Aarons to inquire why they were looking for me and after they found my account i was told that they just wanted to know if i would like to rent anything else and they sometimes call customers to offer deals on new leases. I was never told that i owed a balance on my account and i asked them kindly not to use my reference list when marketing. They agreed. Then a week later there was a door tag left at my home from Aarons. So again i called them back asking wtf they wanted now. Once confirmed that i didnt owe them they apologized and told me i wouldnt be bothered again. Then two weeks later my sister tells me that Aarons called again. I [censored]n lost it and drove there after work just so i could look someone in the face and say leave me the F alone! I dont owe you and I dont want to rent anything else! The manager acts like he is unaware that ive been getting calls. He apologizes and gives me a copy of my laptop lease and he writes his name on it as proof that i paid off my account early and assures me that i would never hear from them ever again. Fast forward to today when i see a pending charge for $200 from Aarons coming out of my checking acct. I am beyond pissed! Calling an attorney in the morning asap! Im fed up!

Darnell Johnson that works for Aaron's walked over to taco bell that's right across from Aaron's and approached my vehicle with my family in it proceeded to tell me that my account was behind and I told him that I get paid Friday I will be in. Then got rude with my husband after my husband said this is not the place to be discussing this with my family in the car and Darnell started cussing and disrespecting my husband all while my kids are in the car and he was at my window telling my husband to get out the car like he was ready to fight him. I will let my product go back before I pay for something from a company that is disrespectful.

My Grandson (Who is colored, I am not) went to work for Aarons as a dock loader. He was always on time and a very hard worker. His immediate supervisor was a Native American fellow, who from the start, called my grandson names, told him he was worthless, and disrespected him in everyway. He would do this in front of my grandsons co-workers also. This was the first job that my grandson really loved but would come home so depressed and upset because of the names and remarks that were made to him and about him. He asked me "Is every job like this" I told him definitely not just some of them with poor management. Needless to say the supervisor wanted him gone so he went to the manager, and without any questions the manager fired my grandson. This is not only unfair business practices but is definitely discrimination. I hope that all of your sites are not like the store in Farmington NM.

I paid over 3 weeks ago for a bed stove an fridge I've still not received it was suppose to deliver last week they never called to tell me a problem occurred and now they were suppose to deliver 1st thing this morning an I call to find out they sold my fridge by accident so now I still don't have my stuff an they have my $$. I have no fridge no stove or no bed. I was told I would get brand new then I get told no I have to get used and i still can not getf it delivered yet they have my $$ already. I need my fridge stove an bed today or I will post all over social media!

I have had washer and dryer from Aaron's and had nothing but problems from the start, sad part is the service I have received from Aaron's is disrespectful belittling as a customer. I have tried everything sitting down with service manager, store manager and called corporate it is sad they call me a valued customer but the entire company up to this point seems to just pass the the problem to someone else till the problem is lost and never handled. But they will call you 2 hours before store opens if you are one day late with there payment. So I ask is this company clearly more focused on the dollar rather then the customer that makes the business, and I can say that since I have bought multiple items for multiple homes and rentals but it is sad the customer service that is given and the service said so say valued customers receive
