Bedroom set
This company has poor customer service. Ordered a bedroom set. They brought the set on Monday, in which I advised to call me when they get there, in which they did. I was at work and told them to wait just a few minutes. Was there in 10 minutes they were gone when i got there, with a note left on the door. I called them to come back, in which the due was rude, but they did come back. Well, the furniture was damaged. They ordered a new set, which came on today, but stated they won't be able to deliver till next week, seriously? i should have been top priority above others, but they stated they had 8 other deliveries to perform. Called cx service who is supposed to help with customer complaints, and they directed be back to the store. Why is there even a customer service number, if they don't do anything but take calls. Waste of money. This also happened to my mom a few years ago, and she no longer has dealings with this company. The best thing to do yaw if you need something is to save money for it or hit up the flea markets or yard sales. This will also save you tons of money than dealing with rto who profit off poor folks.

Hello my name is Tamara Ross I have been renting from Aaron's awhile but we had death in the family from COVID-19 so my family is in Texas but they keep calling me every hour of the minute at this difficult time I don't have to many payments for the product that I have I will be back the end of the month and will be sure to make a payment with them they customer service sucks

OON OR ABOUT 7/23/2022 I submitted an application to Aaron's due to my interest in a product that I saw online through their portal. well, I was notified that the application was approved, and I would have to submit a $1.00 payment and my payments would start September 8,2022. I call the location in Marion to see if they could provide me a copy of my application that was submitted online and the receptionist stated thy couldn't, but I could contact corporate to see if they could provide me that information, well I never received a copy of the application and upon further notice I also discovered that full disclosure was never given in this contract pursuant to 15 USC 1635 and 12 CFR 1026.15. I was led to believe that I was filling out a Retal Installment Contract when I was actually submitting a consumer credit transaction
Desired outcome: I am demanding to rescind this consumer credit transaction immediately due to disclosure not being fully given and revoking all AARONS power of attorney impede or otherwise.
Pressure washer not even had it two weeks
I bought a pressure washer from Aaron's with nothing down it had to be ordered it came in too sikston mo store the manager has came by my house twice now wanting me too make payment on it in the past few days It was ordered last month around the 16th of July I got it not even a month yet actually I've had it around two weeks they have done been too the house demanding payment and blowing up my phone I snapped out today and called them in plenty of time for them to come get it and I told them I was not ever going too do business with them again they told me they can't come get it so I told them if they didn't I was setting it out by the road they found time too drive too my house twice too hound me so at 8 pm I set it out by the road as I told them I would today is the 8th of August so tired of stupid [censored]
Desired outcome: I want them too leave me alone and stop harassing me about it if it's there tomorrow morning I hope they get it and I never here from them again still haven't decided to seek legal advice for the harassment

Calls several times a day. And showed up at a place that they never had the address for. They changed my address to this address. I don't live at this address. But they put me down as I do. I can't make a payment when the don't take it or try to do so on the wrong days. My cards and accounts have been stopped because of there Illness in business. No I have to deal with all my bills being late because this store doesn't know how to read or understand the English. I get paid the 3rd and they kept wanting it the 1st. Not everyone gets paid the first. And they refuse to do anything about the mess they have made.
Desired outcome: Stop calling me and stop showing up to other people homes. And get the right due date and stop assuming everyone gets money on the first
Furniture rental services
We love Our furniture we have purchased multiple pieces of furniture from here and also paid a lot off. we have always paid on time. Just recently my husband got sick with covid horribly. He can barley walk and he’s been in the hospital for a few months the doctor said he’s at risk of having a stroke so it’s been hard. But in the end we always pay our bill and the late fees. This guy named Jonathan is such a horrible person. He’s rude. He mocks me on my ring video when he comes to my house. I told him my husbands still in the hospital but I will make the payment as I always do. He acts like he could care less about if my husbands sick or not. He threatened to take our stuff for being only two weeks late after we have been paying for it for awhile. We have called corporate about this before and was assured that this would stop but he just doesn’t seem to stop he just keeps on and on no matter how nice I am to him. And it’s really sad because my husbands really sick and I’m really worried but we still make our payments even if it is just a week late or two weeks late I still make the payments. We have never been late on a payment until my husband was hospitalized 3 months ago. We have been buying furniture from here for years and this is how we’re treated. God forbid if I passed away or something he would probably be harassing my children. I thought I read on the website they would be more than happy to help us if we have been effected by covid.

On 07/22/2022 at around 5:30pm I had called the store that was getting my item I ordered online to set up an appointment for it to be delivered. Mind you I ordered the item On 07/14/2022. So I called the store to make arrangements. First the guy never gave his name upon answering the phone. I give him my information to pull up my account. He comes back on the phone and asked my name again after putting my on hold for a while and again asked my name. Then proceeded to tell me that I had to come to the store and pay him $500 so I can get my item. I then informed him that the advertisement as well as the contract I signed did not state an upfront Fee of $500. So he proceeded to then tell me he do not feel comfortable with this sale and he is going to cancel the order. I did not give this guy any indication of any sort to feel that way towards me. I've been a customer of AARON's and had no problems till now. My past accounts which can be pulled up shows that I never missed a payment on any other items I got from them as well as any item I got from aaron's was paid in full with no problems. I feel very disrespected, and was made to feel that I can not pay my bills. This as well as that employee are unacceptable.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive my item as the terms I agreed upon. As well as an apology from that employee.

Damage To My House
***********The people who delivered and built our table left a huge gouge on our wall and scuff marks. They are not taking responsibility and refusing to fix it. They want us to fix it. Spend our money and time to fix something they damaged. They also promised to get back to us and never followed through.

I went to aerons to rent to own a desktop computer. On 32922. On 61022 the hard drive locked up and computer was no longer working. I contacted them and they told me to drop it off to them. They would not give me a loaner. They kept it for 10 days with no satisfaction. I work at home. I was on 6/10/22 up to date on my rental and ahead 3 weeks to 7122. They would not give me another unit nor would they give me any reimbursement.

Terrible customer support
I placed three separate orders for merchandise yesterday. I was told that would take 24hrs for the orders to process through and that I would be contacted to finalize the rental agreements. I ask your support in chat what was going on and all they can tell me is there is no record of any applications. I wasted a lot of time & effort for nothing and that is unacceptable! I will be paying the agreements I have in place & then I am never doing business with you again. You need to get rid of that support person in chat they were no help whatsoever. They were rude and clueless as to how to treat a customer.
Desired outcome: Make it right! And get rid of that unhelpful & rude customer service representative.
I would like to file a complaint about customer service
On May 9th, i called to ask that my automatic payment (that comes out of my account on the 7th and the 22nd every month) would be changed for a one time thing for the payment due on the 22nd, which fell on a Sunday. I asked if it can be taken out the very next day which would have been on Monday, the 23rd when my deposit hit my bank. I was approved for that transaction, and everything was assumed "okay". On the 23rd, the payment was taken out of my account, and everything i thought was fine. However, yesterday and today ( the 24th and 25th i was contacted and harassed about a $5 late payment that needed to be paid or they would be coming to my house, picking up my furniture and charged an additional $13 and $8. The voicemail that was left on my Phone on the 24th by a lady by the name of Conley was very rude so i called to find out what was going on. i spoke with Conley and the matter was not handled very well or professional, so i then asked to further discuss with the manager. A guy named Mike got on the phone and stated that it was infact a late payment that would be due immediately. And this point i was getting very upset because thewhole reason for me contacting them on the 9th was so that it wasn't considered late. I then asked Mike if he could just add it to the next payment coming out on 6/7/22, he agreed that that would be fine. Today, i had a voicemail left by a guy named Brandon stating the same stuff from yesterday. I asked him to look into the account bc i spoke with Conley and Mike yesterday and thought this matter was taken care of. I am very frustrated at this point! I do not feel like this matter is ok and i do not like the way it was handled. And i do not like the harassment. my contact is #[protected].. Trying to return chairs they won’t take them back
My mother lived with from September to March’22. She passed away on the 3rd of March. She was paying for 3 recliners. My husband and mine heat and vibration. My mothers chair was helped her get up very gentle. My husband & I is trying to get out of a very poor situation with money. It’s sad to say my mother didn’t have anything to pay for her to be cremated. for. I would love to pay for the chairs, just smaller payments.

Poor customer service when thy need to fix your stuff my drayer is out and thy wont to wait a week to come pick it up and I have no way of doing loundry and have kids, this is uncalled for and for as much as thy charge for the junk thy sale. We have been late to make a payment and when we offer any money the manager at 733 N Overland Ave, Burley ID 833318 refuses to take any payment and came to my house in her own personal car with the assistant Manager and yelled at my boyfriend demanding there Items they have been coming to my house everyday to get the items even if I tried to pay and they keep adding more money to it the monthly payment was only $450 a month now they are trying to tell my boyfriend the owes them $900 and due to not being able to pay cause they refuse the account is 43 days late It's honestly childish that this company keeps doing awful [censored] to people and not have any respect.
