the store service and how i'm treated.
I have purchased multiple items from this company and never have I ever had so many problems in my life I've tried working with the store on average occasion 's and I was still not satisfied. I've waited over 6 weeks for a different washer and dryer because the set of hadays was not working properly. I've cintact ed the manufacturer and they told me it was bad. Finally after the 6th week I called the store one more time . I was told that my new washer and dryer was there it has been for two weeks. Now my freezer is bad I have a freezer full of meat the GM told me because my account was 30 days past they could not do anything until my account was caught up. I said what about my food. Well not there problem. So guess what I'm contacting the BBB and my attorney on your. Company. I am on disability and take care of two disabled family members. And we do not get any government help with nothing...
I'm done with this company I would have better luck and respect buying something used off the internet.

manager using customers credit cards with out customers agreement
on Monday Sept. the 17th the store manager used my debit card to run a payment that i had not given her the right to do nor had i given her my card number, ( yes in the past i have called and gave them a payment over the phone but it was a one time thing my card number was to never be keep on file nor EVER used with out my say so i signed nothing that gave her the right to do this with out my knowing) i called her or the store about this on Monday she said she did it but it must have been one of her sales person that got my info again i told her i did not give anyone my info nor gave her the right to do this ...she stated i'm putting it back right now and she did but my problem is why and how did she get my card number now today due to my calling upper office of Aaron's her boss calls me and keeps telling me 1st we all make mistakes( ok i agree) and if he had even one time said we are sorry this want happen again or anything close to this i might could understand but in same breath he keeps telling me well you had to give her your number cause they would not have it if you had not...ok here is my problem if i gave it to her then why did she put my money back so fast why did she agree to give me any over draft fees back to me if i gave her my info then it would have been for a payment and not a MISTAKE come on why am i being treated like i did something wrong and why is nobody seeing this woman is messing for folks debit card info with out there say so...I've been dong my business with this one store for almost 14 years never have i had a problem till now and each time i call and speak with someone its like i did something wrong REALLY is this how you treat your customers ..if my debit card is being messed with who else"s is? why does no one find this strange but me? i called again to the home office and was told to write this so a bigger boss would reply and not just her boss i don't believe i will hear from anyone but i'm not as ugly as they have been i will finish paying off what i got but i will never use this company again cause if this is how you cover your employees when they are doing wrong you don't need my business .

Jamestown Ny Jessica and chad lie false advertise and judgemental and i never received merchandise yet they took money off my card refusing now to refund it. I tried and being reasonable but the merchandise they are saying has a money cap yet website says differently. Im disabled and my boys receive ssi and the merchandise was for their needs. I don't recommend them
playstation 4 and vr set
Ok I was aware that the product was pre-owned what I was not aware of it was missing pieces. I don't even have all the accessories to play the system as far as the camera mount that has to be used to place camera correctly and noone sells this separately. The headphones that is used to hear the VR I'm not that upset about headphones cause I can get some for a dollar but I'm pay over 2000 dollars for something I don't have everything whether pressed or not. When I told guy I was missing earpiece he got smart and said that's what happens when you buy prelease it's as is so I didn't bother to call back about the mount
harassment
Aaron continues to call me after I have repeatedly told them to stop calling me about someone else account. Its has been over 7 months and they continue to call me Amelia now Matt. I have put them on block list now they're threatening to lock me up and the person they're looking for.. It's per harassment..MATT called me today I ask him why are yall continuing to call me when I have repeatedly ask you to stop call me nicely he got rude keep in mind I'm still nice at this moment.. I told him again stop calling me, remove my number then starts yelling and I start yelling and some other words and I hung up he calls right back. This company has no respect for no one. Per harassment.
My son did his application with his own social security number and paid $25 and was approved by corporate.Mind you he is 23 with his own house and very nice job. This was his not his first time being a Aarons customer he lived in huntsville over 2 years and the contract was in his name paid off.He moved back to Tuscaloosa went online and ordered and started another agreement. 5-7 days and no one called from the store to set up delivery. We he got called and the Manager(Christy) spoke very rudely to my son and stated that he was not going to get anything until I pay of my account now I am not on his application and he is not on mine . So I called to try to get some understanding and she was very rude and ugly she hung up the first time and I ask her how do my financial business and obligations has anything to do who’s application so I ask his is that legal because we don’t live with me. He continued to ask the manager why and she told us she can do what she wanted to and he can’t get anything from the store until I pay off my bill. Still asking is that legal when he is his own agreement nor does he live with me he was treated very unfairly I have called corporate files a complaint and after the 24-48hr passed still haven’t heard anything. And now my online Acct has been deleted so I can make payments on my account. This is very unfair how does a store manager hang up on a customer and refuse to give me and him how does his account has anything to do with my account is connected he is not a co-signer on mine nor am I.
I will contact someone and verify if this is legal or not. And that is a breach of confidentiality as well because she talk to him about my account with out my approval because my children are adults and I was very bothered by the fact that she giving my son information about my accounts and he is not authorized to get any information about my account that is a no no I question that and she hing up again I want to know how my financial obligations has anything to do with him.

My elderly father has an agreement for 2 tv I called the store and advised them my dad had pension problem with the veterans but he would make payment on 9/26 for his 86.41 as per online amount. I spoke with Clarence who was rude and obnoxious stating did you view the terms and conditions etc etc I told him I have a mortgage to pay that was my priority for my 86yr old dad to live he stated he didn't care I should have priorities straight. They blow up the phone 20 times a day all this for online payment of 86.41 I will never do business with them again. They told me my husband is not tax exempt becuase his from other state and my husband has had an account with Aaron's before n they tax exempt him even when he goes to the DMV they honor his tax exempt so why the change? Are they just not like others tribal to be around the state of utah or what? Are they not liking the others tribal member to get items from there store or what's the deal

I have been a Aaron's customer for years and now I'm being over charged and kept on my service agreements when it's supposed to have been paid off.. making up payments like I haven't been paying or trying to make me pay for stuff when it's been paid off already it's difficult and stressful and I'm tired of the mistreatment's and the staff is always new and evil and disrespectful. this makes me want to turn in the items I'm almost done paying for bad bad service.. refund of my money
About 3 weeks ago you had a deal on your website where you had a TV and PlayStation as a bundle and you would just need to pay the $25 down to start it I paid the $25 with my debit card about later I get a call from the Texas City store saying that they were unable to approve my purchase I asked him if they were going to refund the $25 he said yes it's now going on a month and I have yet to see that $25 refund back to my card. The card that the refund should be going on is in my name it is a Visa card and the numbers are [protected] expiration date of March 2020 and 213 is the security code on the back. Now I have already wrote y'all once about a month ago and nothing got done my next step is to take this up with the Better Business Bureau email .call me ...something to tell me when you will be refunding my money.

I am two months behind on payments. I called this morning and asked if I could pay in full in 5 days. The general manager told me no, and that u needed to make a payment today or they would pick up the lawnmower. Told him I had to get the card info from my husband (that is at work) and I would call back in a couple hours when I get the info. About 45 minutes after I get off the phone they show up to pick it up. And the GM pretty much told me that I was broke and couldn't afford it.
You had two months to make the payment. Your own fault. They did nothing wrong. Next time try budgeting.

Got approved, got a delivery date only to go to the store so they could tell me one of my orders was cancelled because I had the same address and I also needed a co-signer for the first order I placed! Aaron's is so full of [censored]! Not to mention I only went up there to check why my order was not delivered on the date it was said to be delivered! What good is online ordering if it doesn't get to the store? They said they didn't have it in the system so why am I co signing? Smells like [censored]!
nintendo switch
I purchased a nintendo switch december 2017. Payments was due at the 1st of each month. I made a payment then asked to have my payment changed to the 15th of each month. They said in order for me to do that i have to pay $65 he told me that after he asked me out and i did not respond the way he wanted i guess. So i setup an account online so i did not have to go in the store anymore and just pay late fees. Every month on the second as soon as the store opens i get a call and my family gets a call. 1 day not 2. Okay company policy i guess. The calls do not stop there. It's the same guy each time. The guy called about 3 times last week so i finally said i will pay $50 online 9/7/18 he said okay. When i went online he had set it up so the min i could pay was my monthly note. This is the first time i notice that you can't pay under the amount due. I told them i would be making a payment on 9/21/18 and he wants me to return the item. My problem here is i have been a customer for 9 months now and only have 3 more months to go and i'm not a month behind. Why do i have to return my item. I could see if it was october.

Example one: she was told to add a payment to someone's bill and didn't do so, and customer was forced to pay late fees due to the lack of listening and lost the product. Mary was inform that the customer would pay at I certain time and called with in 2 days.

My boyfriend Arthur King paid his monthly payment on August 31, 2018. He called the manager of our local Aaron's in Hudson New York and explained to him that he knows he owes a little bit from the previous month, he explained to the manager that as soon as the bank is finished investigating where the rest of his money went and the issue was resolved he would bring the money in. The manager said that was fine. Rich who is an employee at Aaron's keeps calling and harassing Mr. King. He is very rude and downright nasty as well as unprofessional. I would appreciate it very much if something is done about his unethical and rude behavior. As soon as the stuff we have is paid off we will be leaving Aaron's to deal with Rent a center.

I Have been trying to contact the manager of the Dixie store for over a week. Went there today and was disrespected by the manager. He was very unprofessional and had been avoiding me due to me wanting to return my merchandise. They also kept taking money out without my consent and when I called about it they kept giving excuses. Ok we told the manger on the phone (08/24/18) I believe that's the date. That we needed to change payment to the 7 of the month he said ok. Than on sept 4 got a call like your payment is late. Reminded them we spoke with micky I believe and let him know on the 7. So today is the 7 and guess what I just made my payment like we said we were. But Maria just called and said your payment is late. Told her it's paid already. And it's not late. Well if it's paid what's your confirmation number. Sorry but in customer service it's your job to know before you call and when I said I paid she should of looked . And it's funny phone didn't hang up this time. I have left the state of texas due to a breakup I ask Aaron's in lockhart texas to pick up the TVs over four months ago they refused cause my ex was paying for them he is not on the account he can not authorize nothing he has made payments until about a month ago they now are contacting me and telling me no payment has been made they recalled my conversation and now one employee is telling me they never saw him funny cause I've always went in there with him and I've purchased numerous things and paid them off I lived in lockhart for 12 years this is on my credit these items where taken from me I have insurance on them and everything this is not right for someone to be aloud to have property that is in my name and for Aaron's to make an agreement with him when he can not even no longer get an account with you I can finish the payments if recicieved back and delivered to me in California to the Aaron's here but as the manager told me he has not been able to get in contact with adam sauseda and he refused to return them that is then stolen property
fridge pickup
My Boyfriend (Joshua Bramlette) and I broke up. He has a $3, 000 fridge sitting in my house where he wanted it for himself. Since we split, the fridge has been stuck and left in my home and I am nowhere on this contract. He said he has stopped making payments on the fridge. Regardless, he is the one who is liable for fridge. I have been trying for 2 weeks with the Aaron's store in Childress, TX 79201 for them to pick it up! I am at 206 Daniels St. They know who I am since I keep bugging them about this. 1st phone call, they say they will call when driver has left. Nothing. 2nd call, she would get her manager and get back with me that day. Nothing! Today, September 4th, 2018, I am still waiting on fridge to be picked up. I was on schedule today and said he was on his way. My father was at my house from 8 this morning until 6:30. I got home and I let him leave so I could meet driver. Once again, nothing! WE TOLD THEM WE WERE HOME ALL DAY! HOW HARD IS IT TO PICK SOMETHING UP? THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 2 WEEKS, GOING ON 3! I want to start on renovations in living room, but am now stuck babysitting Aaron's fridge! This is ridiculous customer service. We have been calling them every couple of hours to see if they were still coming. Same response, "They're on their way." What time? Where are they now? Will they call us? NOTHING. They told us somewhere between 3-5 in the beginning and said we were on the schedule for today. It was either a lie or they didnt care. Obviously, not for an expensive fridge. I have security cameras set up to see if they are coming while I'm at work, and nothing has been triggered! It is now 7:00 p.m. Aaron's is closed and no one has been by. Whole day wasted on an empty promise. YOUR JOB IS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, SO DO IT.

I went in to the Aaron's store looking for quick delivery on 08/31/18. The customer services provided at the time of purchase seemed great! I explained to the manager that I was looking for a quick delivery, which couldn't be provided from rent a center and Aaron's happened to be right across the way.. The manager stated that he was backed up on delivery's but could make delivery happen by 09/04/18. I decided that I could wait for my appliances for a few days.. after leaving the store I was emailed advertisement about the Labor day sale 08/31-09/04 with the first month only being $5. I completed my purchase on 08/31 and was required to pay $300. I contacted the store to check if the delivery would be out today, since I hadn't received a call and it is 09/04, the manager Nester stated that he wouldn't be able to deliver until Friday because of the holiday weekend he was short staff. I asked him why he stated it would be processed today and didn't tell me upfront about the delivery being so late in the week.. I then asked about the promotion of $5 and he stated he didn't offer it because he pushed my payment out to October 15th instead of October 1st.. I let him know that online the contract was being honored at $5 and the first payment wouldn't be until Oct. 15th, he stated that was not possible. So I told him that I would check online and I would call back and cancel, by that point Nester responded with "I'm going to decline your application". I asked him if it was because he provided incorrect information and he stated it will be declined based on a "bad relationship". This blows my mind that I would be declined because of a bad relationship the manager created by lying. I felt that the initial visit was filled with good customer service and I even gave them a great review, until I discovered that it was a visit based on lies. I am writing in the above reference matter. I am in writing submitting a formal complaint because we are sick and tired of being harassed by one of your workers Terrance at the Winnsboro, LA office due to a payment issue. We have been valued customers with you all and when we come up short on our payment, we have notified Aarons store manager about the issue, and the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, Terrance is unprofessional, continuous calling and harassment either he hasn't received the payment which we have no control of the post office of how they handle their mail, calling other individuals listed on our account to make a payment for us, or just being annoying. This isn't the first time we have had a problem with this individual. Without us there would be no Aarons. This individual needs to reprimand immediately because I know there is more than just me with complaints against him and his unethical behavior when dealing with the public.
