item not received but updated as delivered to consignee
Hi.. Still not received my item sent by Shopee. Updated as "delivered to consignee" on 13.11.2017 13:33h. Till today 16.11.2017 still did not received. The tracking no of the item as in the picture attached. MY177660020473O If really delivered, i need to check who had signed upon received. I am at home 24hours ata itbis impossible i am not at home upon your staff sending it. Thank you

My parcel already arrived at the abx facility at kl about 0800 hours as i track it using my tracking no, but unfortunately i didn't received it after waiting for about 2 days from the day it arrived there, so dissappointing, hope that the rider that in charge will be more responsible to deliver the item on time and do take that job seriously as you are dealing with customer !
slow delivery
This is my first and last time I will use this service:) Last time I brought things from taobao using prouter sent by ship it takes 6 days and it's cheap .Now I choosing airlines to pass my parcel because it's in urgent, but I paid it like so expensive for the shipment cost end up u holding my parcel for days so what's the point I paid this expensive shipment cost? I think next time I better use back the prouter other then your services. No responsibilities for all the updates of our parcel! If u all didn't update when should we know what date is around our parcel arrive? We sit down and waiting all your Lorry driver to have that time to send our parcel isit? Pay so much for all your airlines shipment parcel end up still need to wait so many days holding my parcel for what? Seriously I won't recommend my friends use this services. Customer service won't pick up the phone calls, did not update our parcel condition, holding our parcel like day by day. Why still calling 'express '? No u are not express:)

Bad service in ABX Miri, Sarawak. Seems like all the staff working there has no urgency in delivering customers' parcels.
Consignment no. [protected] sent out on 2/11/17 but until today receiver yet to receive the parcel.
Consignment no. [protected] sent out on 31/10/17. Only received on 8/11/17 after few calls to Miri ABX for checking on the parcel.
Miri ABX needs to improve on the delivery turnaround time. This is worse than normal postal service!

-This is the first time im using your services and i hope this will be my last time for it.First of all, my things was supposed to send to my house about 1 week after my order.I need this thing for urgent .But after i wait for 2 long weeks, it still have not come yet. These are not the matter that make me angry. OK, the things arrive, and you leave a card to call back because i was absent at home.When the moment i call you, we already agree that you will resend the things to me the next days.And im double confirmed that that day wasnt a Holiday or public holiday that makes the courier cannot work. And now im working, you guys send my things again when im working.So i seriously waste my time on waiting for my courier.Lousy Services ever!

ABX holding my parcel from 15th September until now 7th October 2017! Still dun want send out the parcel! Call Hq just know update tracing now! Call Subang branch ! Always not in service! What the hell of this service ~ even email also just FW to the abx CS, after no respond at all. Now days abx express is damn bad service. Pls responsibility to ur job

Holding my parcel for 4 days now. Whenever I cal them, they keep saying we have contacted our Subang branch to arrange for delivery. They even went as far as giving me the Subang branch number but no one ever picks them. This is completely wrong, up till today there have been delivery no phone call. then I called to HQ service line would complain their service, BUT, also no one pick up phone. here is the tracking number [protected]. My parcel has been in subang since the 27th of September, 2017. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

saya telah membuat penempahan pd 28/8/17 dan telah menerima msg bawawa brg telah sampai pd 5/9/17 tetapi sehingga hari ini masih tidak dpt lagi brg tersebut.
Saya byr dgn kos pengangkutan udara yg mahal dan service yg diberi adalah lambat lagi pd pos laju malaysia.
sdh 18 hari saya menunggu, menelepon tiada org menjwp (23 kali)dan email, balasnya akn sampai esok, semcm dipermainkan oleh pihak ABX berkali2 menunggu, celaka punya service.

I have never seen such a delivery company in all my life. Holding my parcel for 11 days now. Whenever i cal them, they keep saying we have contacted our Subang branch to arrange for delivery. i'm complaining about the service!
I bought things from Taobao and everything was fine before the parcel reach Malaysia. The parcel is in charge by ABX Express in Malaysia. But ABX Express didn't update anything in Taobao. The parcel should reach my house by today but it did not! I called few times to the head office and ask about my parcel, they cannot give me a answer whether the parcel already send out from their office or not. After that I called Subang branch which my parcel locate at. I called for 30 minutes but nobody pick up the phone. At the end they pick up and the girl told me that the item still in their office and didn't send out due to lorry full! WHAT? I think this is not a good reason! I have tried so many other company but don't have this kind of problem. And the girl said "If you want your parcel then U come n take" ... Okay fine I just said I wait for Monday. After that I check Taobao, suddenly Taobao state my parcel already received by consumer! (Taobao got remaining time for consumer to confirm the parcel, and my remaining time is near to end) But I didn't even see and touch my parcel! ABX Express really very bad & no responsibility! How can update in Taobao like that? Just because in remaining time is counting down? I'll never recommend friends or anyone choose ABX Express. Bad service!

'm very disappointed about your service! My friend from batu pahat who sent the parcel for me with 2boxes, she asked the staff need to fill up 2bills or what? The staff answered her only need to fill up 1 bill, it is because send it to the same place. Today I received the call from ABX EXPRESS your staff told me, my parcel was separated! One is already sent it out, another one still at batu pahat outlet! How come your service can be like that?! I knew tomorrow is Merdeka, so you guys have holiday, then it cannot be like that, you separate my parcel and told me your office hours gonna finish, need to send it out on Monday?! The parcel is very urgent! You guys want to holiday then you all treat customers be so perfunctory?! Please give me an explain!

Item was reach warehouse 5th July, and till end of July haven't received the parcel. Call them said will check and will call back waiting for a week no even one calling me. By email asking them, the kick me just like a ball from this person to another person and email not even reply me although there is 3 person in the email from aux express company.
After another one week call again, and they just said the parcel loss . And I'm super angry is the compensation.. With my cost of item RM1410 and there said accordingly to the carrier Tunic there just compensation USD100. What the kidding they talk!
Who can agree with this compensation. My parcel is a big parcel and can said lost? If their worker stolen the parcel and we the receiver need to bear of this such lose? Who willing to bear the loss? Think receiver is an idiot ?
Is really irresponsible company with just a feedback lose parcel and give a little compensation.

my parcel [protected] arrived at Kuching from last Friday until now and it still not deliver yet can i have a reasonable explanation from the company? and the pacel for me is really very urgent, it is impossible last you soo long for a process of route scan and the other process, for route scan around five minutes is more than enough am i right? i want my pacel be delivered as soon as possible hopefully will be tommorow!

I'm not the ABX's customer but I am not satisfied to one of your dispatch that deliver document to Jaya One today afternoon (3/5/17). He is quite rude. If you want to ask someone for direction or place, you should nice and polite right, but not say something sarcastic word to that person. You as a dispatch should look the place by your own and makes sure the place are right. Please ABX, please train your dispatch to behave and polite to civilian. This can affect your reputation and your future customer.

poor service and lousy company
This is a very lousy company that provide super bad & poor service, the delivery driver lazy and like to lie, the warehouse person in charge have big problem of working attribute.
According the tracing records on their website, my parcel have deliver on
15/04/2017 12.40pm (Saturday) but fail beacuse not one at home, this is first lie, because the delivery address is my office, and that day we open until 1pm, and i left office around 1.30pm.
Monday (17/4/17) i think they will re-delivery, but they not, so i call they customer service [protected] to ask they to re-delivery, and Tueday (18/4/17) morning I've happy to saw the tracking record show "Shipment out for delivery", but until 4.30pm, they still not coming, thus I call [protected] to ask the status, and remind they my office open until 5.30pm, so the operator said will contact the driver and inform me later.
Around 5pm, I call [protected] again, and be inform that the driver had come my here at 3pm++, but not one at home, this is second lie, because my office full day have people inside, so the operator said will contact the driver again and inform me later.
Around 5.30pm, i call [protected] again, the operator told me the driver not answer the phone.
19/4/17 (wednesday), i go to online check the staus again, and found it show Shipment delivered with update status of Bad address, so i call [protected] again, the operator said the driver said my address is not correct so he can't delivery (What the hell of he said, few month ago I just use they service and successful received the parcel, and don't forgot previously he got said he had come my office but not people, so i believe the driver is on lie and he NEVER come to deliver but lie that not one at home)
So i request they to re-deliver on this day, the operator said will inform warehouse person in charge to arrange, and not more feedback.
20/4/17 (thursday), i go to online check the staus again, not any feedback yet, so i call [protected] again, the operator said the warehouse person in charge still not give they answer of when can the parcel to deliver.
What the service of this lousy company? The Warehouse Person in charge not able to give the answer of when to delivery, and the delivery person not coming to deliver but lie not people at home or bad address.

Hi ! Good Evening. I would like to complaint about the service that provided by ABX. I had sent the parcel on 10th April 2017 but that parcel is not updated yet. Here, this is the tracking number : PX100889121. The receiver's name is Nur Najwa Najihah Binti Kamarudin and the parcel should be sent at Kolej Kediaman, Universiti Selangor, Kampus Bestari Jaya, Jalan Timur Tambahan, 45600 Bestari Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan adn her number phone is [protected]. I hope you will be able to manage this problem as soon as possible.

Firstly our Company is your regular customer (A0833), we regret to make a to complaint that our company documents has not been collected for two consecutive days i.e on 13/2/2017 (Shipper's Ref. No. 1614719) and 14/2/2017 (Ref. No. 1615300).
Normal pick-up time would be around 4.15 - 4.30p.m, however it was not been collected, our staff had to call your Kota Kinabalu, Branch on 14/2/2017 around 5.00p.m., to remind and request for document pick-up since it consist of two days "URGENT" documents compilation and the ABX staff who answered the call assured and confirmed that she will arrange for late pick up at 5.30p.M.
However, nobody turn-up to collect our document until 7.00p.m., our staff had tried again to call your branch so many times after the 5.30p.m., but there were no answer. What a disappointing service.
Should we were notified earlier of the failure to pick up than we could have arrange our side to deliver it direct to ABX in K.K.
Fyi, this was not the first or second time ABX's failure to pick our document, but it has happened so many times and every time we asked your K.K. branch about this problem, it seems that nothing really done to improve the service but instead it getting worst.
So, kindly please do something to settle this problem and improve your service to us. We just cant afford to face this situation again and again.
