I'd like to inform you that I had applied for my PF on 5th may-09 but still I haven't got my PF amount credited into my account. I tried contacting Pf offices but they didn't respond. either their no. shows busy or the no.s are out of services and if by any chance I get connected, nobody picks up the call. I had sent them several mails as well on their official mail address but they get reversed. I don't understand what to do, where and whom to approach. My PF no. is HR/GGN/10693/022346. Kindly do the needul.

I was getting calls from Airtel USA Inc and I confirmed several times with the agent that is it Airtel India and he confirmed that but when I was taking the package for $50, I opted to give my card details online and not over the phone, and guess what he gave me the link as Airtelusainc.com that is nowhere related to Airtel India.
I don't have an issue with you guys as I've not taken the plan, but request you NOT to use Airtel India name when you sell your products.

Airtel usa company which is located in India is cheating !.
I was told the the calls made to India - land line was 1.6 cents and calls to land line was 1.9 cents a minute. Guess what! I recently noticed that every phone call I made instead of deducting the actual minutes spent on the conversation, they were deducting twice the minutes. For every 1 minute there were deducting 2 minutes. So I complained and they said it was due to technical error and they will fix the problem. As per their promise they fixed the problem. You know how this was fixed? Today when I called I was expected to hear that I have 3500 minutes, instead I have 1800 minutes. They are charging me 3. 8 for land line and 2.8 ( I may be off by some cents here) for cell phone. So everything on their website and the agents selling the product is all a lie.
I called and asked why I have only 1800 minutes, their response was since I called and complained that they were deducting 2 minutes for 1 they fixed the problem...

I signed up awhile ago for $50. We hardly used the service. Yesterday, an agent wanted me to renew because he said my account only had one or two dollars left. I asked him for an accounting of the charges. He would not do it. As far as I know airtel just took the money. If they can prove to me otherwise, then I will recant this message. I cannot even access any calls. They gave me an access number but when I try to call, it asks for a card number. Airtel did not even give me one. The customer service number that the agent gave me is to an individual who does not work for airtel. How can I talk to a reasonable person at airtel?

Its for more than 10-15 times i had requested customer care people to remove their advertisement from the hello tune which is set on my number i.e. " if you want to copy hello tune then please press star". When in my billing cycle i am paying rs. 30 for availing hello tune service then why the hell airtel is doing their advertisement from my money.I am paying rs. 30 for the service i had availed not for the advertisement you r doing from my money. If they really want to do advertisement then they would have choosen some other option or else they are paying rs. 15 on customer behalf, why they are cheating customers and doing advertisement from customer's money. And people sitting in customer care service (Abhishek, Ahmed, Khushboo Gupta) are least bothered to help customers and use such a rude language, no one can even think of.

I have Airtel with my Father and Wife. Airtel is provided caller tunes without activating it. They activate one stupid song on my fathers number and when i complaint for it they told that you only activated it and they are not giving date and time when I SMS them.
One another funny things they deduct Rs. 15 from my wife’s mobile and send mail that thank you for downloading games from Airtel. Actually my wife have old stuff handset (Black and White) how she can download games on the handset.

Today I selected a hindi caller tune( Kabhi Kabhi Mere Dil Mein) my mobile [protected] through rediff mobile and I received a mail from rediff mobile that they couldn't set the song but Airtel send me a thank you message and activated the airtel official hellow tune and they deducted Rs.45/ from my balance. I don't want this hell tune this is a clear cheating and fraud from a reputed company.
Airtel is cheating by providing the user to caller tunes without activating it. On my father’s phone they have activated a Hindi caller tune and I am struggling to de-activate it. I tried many numbers by not works.

I got a message today that I have already subscribed the *Friends Chat* services and now they are renewing the service again.But I never got message for subscription, but got the message for renewal :-).
Last month I was busy with my work and I never noticed howmuch balance I had it, because i never got to know any message says related to the *Friends Chat* service enabled.
But today I am lttle bit free, I noticed a message says that your service has newed and deducted the amount 30/- from your balance ( this time i had min amount as balance..and easily identifies).
I have raised my complaints by calling *198*. They are arguing (like customers you done the mistake) not giving any solution for this issue.
They simply arguing like, I have subscribed the service from my mobile ( we dont know whether u subscribed or anyother person subscribed..but we got the subscription message from ur mobile) and for that they deducting the amount.
I have explained I never subscribed this service in my mobile. But from the customer care, first person said, the service is subscribed on 24th of MAY'10. And another person said, 31st MAY 2010. I have spoke both of them for to get my amount back. But They never speaks cutomer orientation, arogants, speaks the same word again and again, finally said we can unsubscribe now from next month onwards we wil not deduct the amount for this sevice.
Finally, I have got the chance to speak the Senior-Arogan, he said, no no from your mobile the service got subscribed and we do not do any favour for the customer and we do not refund the amount what we deducted ( It is like once you have put the amount in the Temple

I’m Basheer from Ayiroor, Varkala in Trivandrum at Kerala, doing business. This mail is regarding to the Airtel coin box complaint, We have a Airtel coin box (No.[protected]) which is made from “MERCYDA” . It is not working for the past two months and we have informed the corresponding officials of both Mercyda and Airtel, but they are not responding back.
Two months back the officials of MERCYDA from Varkala(Mr.Unni) and Kollam(Mr.Shafeek Tel No.[protected] and mobile no.[protected]) has taken our Airtel Coinbox for repairing, till now it is not yet repaired and they are not responding back. Whenever we try to enquire about the coinbox, they used to inform “on the coming week they will get it repaired” and other stories.
Most of the people in our village depend on this coin box and we used to purchase the Airtel prepaid card for huge amount (more than Rs.2000/month).We request you to get the coin box repaired as it is a good business for both of us.
We request you to kindly take this issue as a serious matter and please take necessary actions as we don’t expect the customer service of both Airtel and Mercyda to be poor.

I am receiving anonymous telephone call from unknown person (he is having airtel mobile sim). I received anonymous call 3-4 times during my office hours which is disturbing me very much. i m facing cutomer service problems issues.right from day one i start using
your service e.i really dont knw for what you guyz are paying off.I got my
e-bill today and thats in the name of my father.what is this..? before i
facess problems for other issues and now name issue..? i mean how when i
provided the required and relavant documents than how can this mistake
happen r u guyz not educated..? i really wonder how you appointed there

I have been a customer of your since JTM days. Of late your service has “become so very bad” that I think the only resolution seems to be that I need to take this case to the media or to a court of law.
My problem is that calls do not last for more than a min. The signal strength varies from a maximum to zero (network searching), to not signal for 20 mins or more. This is happening at my work place in St. Marks Road in central Bangalore and in Whitefield at Prestige Ozone where I stay. Of late there is cross talk in calls that I receive and I call to.
I have emailed the Nodal Office and to [protected]@airtelindia .com - thirteen times in total and have only got automated replies.
My complain ( Complain No: [protected] ) has been lodged on 7 May 2009 nothing was done about it. I have constantly called Airtel Customer Care several times, yet nobody technical nor the Nodal officer has bothered to call back ( Ref No: [protected]) or do anything about it.
Today, I am given a new complain no [protected], with a lot of promises, including call backs in 48 hours, which does not happen at all.
I call up phone no : [protected] ( Office Nodal Officer) and after holding on to the phone for 43 mins I got a reply from Ms. Vidya (the Nodal Officer) who now wants time till 22nd July to sort the problem. ( Ref No: [protected]).
This is the same story that I get from Airtel time and again. Very poor service !

Online purchased — airtel dth
I was purchased Airtel DTH 9 July 2009 and get installed on 11 July 2009.
After installation found problem with hardware and account was also not activated.
Installation person said that replace the hardware and activation do today.
While I was asked him, why this problem was happed then said that online purchased was problem.
Next day 12July 2009 called to customer care and told the problem then registered complain and said that tomorrow hr 17.00 will be resolve but I was wait till 21.00PM and again called to customer care n told full story. Customer care person told for tomorrow and discount the phone even not listen our problem.
If you call to customer care take each call takes 5-7 minutes to reach customer care person after that he was talk to you. It means have any problem then you ready to pay INR 100 to INR 200 in call and also not granted to solve your problem.
Today was 4th day and still not solved.
I was suggest don’t purchased by online and I hope direct purchased may be same.

I want you to hear by my request that, I am using an airtel postpaid connection i.e. +[protected] that is owned by Mr. Pawan Kumar. I have a problem regarding this no. because I have buy this silver number by giving rs.1000/- cash for and rs.500/- cash as per activation charges. When I was about to buy this no. the executive at airtel relationship center had told me that these rs.1500/- (1000 + 500) will be adjust in my account as per it will be adjust in my usage. But now they are saying that I’ll only get rs500/- that I had paid for activation and that will be also after 3 months, as per rs.100/- in my every bill from 4th month and I’ll not get my rs.1000/-. They have misguided me against this number. Please Sir I request you to take an action and try to figure it out. I got email from Airtel Call home that I can down an application on smart phone and make calls to India without passing through hassles of dialing account no, PIN no and local access no. This application will take care of that.
I have blackberry 8320
Their website shows they support above model. But when I registered they never send me SMS with link. When I called their customer care [protected] their represntative talked very rudely that WE DO NOT SUPPORT BLACKBARRY...
Isn't it funny because their website also has user manual for using this application on Blackberry phones.

I agree with the complaint. Their app doesn't work with my iPhone. I bought their callingcard thinking I could use it with their iPhone app. Their misleading advertisement/statement on their website caused me to ignore competing products.

May be your model is not supported. even I was not sure that airtelcallhome will support my blackberry 900. then i checked the website and found my model. You too can do that.
repeated unsolicited calls
Got several dozens (may be few hundreds) of unsolicited calls from Airtel CallHome, despite my number being in the do-not-call list. They have no regard to the rules here in US. Everytime they call, I tell them to take my # off from the list. They say yes, but their sales calls keep calling. Complained to FTC and the State attorney general. I wish these agencies do not just fine these company executives, but actually put them behind bars.

I don't think that is the way it generally operates. I had a problem of being charged in excess and the customer service people were too quick to resolve my issue. So if you are in this mess, i would just say you were a bit unlucky and that could have happened whatever service provider you chose. besides this is an indian company and i just feel closer taking the plans from this company.
Airtel is great except their customer service sucks. They sound really nice while talking for minor issues such as forgot password but as soon you have a big issue they will suck life out of you and forget about the help. I lost $20 due to several calls showed up in my bill made from a number which does not exist ( if you dial the number it say this number does not exist.) and interestingly they say that is my number and I have made the calls. I tried to take this issue with airtel call home 30 times for three month before they said that they don't have access to the complaints older than 3 months. They sounded like a fool whom i was trying to explain, every time I called, same thing again and again and they were giving me same answer " We have forwarded your concern to our concerned department and it will be resolved within 24 Hrs' and after 1 day i will receive an email saying " we have investigated the issue and have not found any discrepancy in the call charges. All the calls are made by me". How can I make calls from some number which does not exist. They never let me talk to their supervisor ( I asked for a supervisor at least 15 times) ad when asked for him, same reply every time.."Our supervisor is busy right now. Please call after 6 hours to talk to him". They never resolved the issue and I lost $20 from my account. The funniest line which they never forgot to say or write is.."We are here to help".
