I requested for porting my airtel prepaid number into post paid on 14.04.2017. After all the verification tomorrow i received a message for televerification process from airtel . And the networks of m sim gone. 24 hours are passed and still my sim is not activated. Kindly activate my sim immediately as am suffering from many problem without the sim . Fix the problem immediately otherwise i will change my operator.
Yesterday i Complaint about not activated sim . Airtel Executive called me to deliver a new sim yesterday after 7 pm . Today its a another day and still i have not received my sim nor a single call or message from airtel. I am very much disappointed from airtel services. They are very irresponsible . I am customer of airtel from last 3 years but now i think i should change my operator. Because i am not getting reponse from airtel. Kindly resolve my problem. Or tell me clearly that you can't do.

4g dongle hotspot
I recently bought airtel wifi 4G hotspot from airtel outlet. I was told if I recharge by 345 before 31st of March I will get 1GB per day. I also got 5 GB starter bonus data. As time went by I soon started getting low balance/data massages and internet stopped in a few days. I asked the vendors and they said I need to talk to customer care. Customer care people said 345 recharge gave me only one GB data and unlimited calls for one month which I cannot use with my modem. I distinctly remember 1GB / day on 345 pack on airtel.in recharge portal. Feeling cheated and misinformed.

poor internet broadband service
I am having a telephone line with Broadband service fr over 10 years on the upper most residential plan. I have to keep reminding Airtel to improve their service but to no avail. At present the best plan which is available in other areas is 400Gb, @ 100 Mb. but I am being offered only 8 Mb. speed as they dont have that service available in my area, Then why do they charge me for the 100 Mb. speed Whenever I call them they give me all excuses, and keep charging for the higher speed plan, but dont give me, saying it is not available in my area. Then why make false claims.
If they cant provide me better service, I have to look for some other service provider.

Airtel's service is pathetic.
My mobile got lost and hence deactivated both my sims (Airtel and BSNL).
Next day, I applied for duplicate sim and requested for reactivation.
Surprisingly BSNL reactivated within 4 hours and India's Largest Telecom service provider Airtel has not yet activated even after 10 full hours.
When I contact the call centre, they cooly say it will take 48 hours!
Oh really...shows the amazing speed of Airtel.
I am moving OUT of Airtel!

I have recharged with Rs.109 on 8th Feb 2017 and with Rs.44 on 9th Feb 2017 using Paytm.Recharge was seen as successful on paytm as well as I received message saying recharge was successful. Amount was also deducted from my card. But balance was not credited to my account. Also checked with *121*2#.
Transactions ID for both recharges are:

Rs.44 - 9th Feb - [protected]
Additionally I am also facing issue with network. I can access my 3G net from my office (SP Infocity, Fursungi, Pune) but I can't get any calls or I can't make a call as it is showing network error. But sim card is showing full network and internet is working from office.

faulty dvr set top box replaced which does not record
My airtel dth consumer number is [protected]-001.
My old airtel dvr set top box was not working properly as it was restarting every 5 min, so it was replace with new dvr set top box.
But new set top box does not record after pressing record button, just gives error "sorry you cant record this program. "
And customer care does not take complaint. They want error code to take complaint.
But I just get error message that "sorry you cant record this program. " and no error code.
Worst service by airtel dth.
Also this new set top box is not updating its software version and has old software version of 2011.

defective modem and no, speed right from the date of installation of new connection
Please note that, I have got the fixed line broadband wifi connection installed in july'2016. Since then till yesterday, I was facing the problem of its speed. I was supposed to get 4 mbps but I hardly got 0.2 mbps, whenever I used. Since it's a residential connection, my usage of internet is quite low but just to let you know that, I could never work even a single day because of the much low speed.in spite of that I wasted my several days in complaining (You may please check your records for dates).in the very beginning of installation, your technical staff came to resolve the speed problem and said that the modem is defective, but they never changed it, in spite of my reminders in all my complaints so far. Somehow they managed to show me the maximum speed every time, they visited, but whenever I opened the connection, I never got the speed.
Finally your person has replaced the modem yesterday but with an old repaired one. Thankfully, I am getting the speed now. Now my complaint is about my monthly bills, which I already paid and one is due, for which I did not get the speed at all due to the defective modem installation. I request you to adjust the paid amount, in my future bills and waive off the due amount. Your billing should start as fresh from yesterday onwards (I. E. 14th of october' 2016).

Sir,
Amount refund since the connection denied.
We have booked a broad band connection to our new residence no.Ex.postal staff quarters, tailor's road, Chennai 600010 on 14.09.2016. The Saidapet showroom of airtel has given us false assurance saying that postal quarters allotment letter and an ID proof is enough, after two days when we called them to ask the status, they come up with problem saying that allotment letter is not accepted and when we asked to return the deposit/installation charge of Rs.1000, they asked time till 24th of September 2016. We havent received either the connection not the amount yet. We assume that the officials are dodging . So we request your kindself to refund the amount immediately .
I also spoke with documetation incharge, but havent receive the proper response.

on 29th July I was trying to recharge my airtel no. [protected] from Myairtel App. But due to poor network the trasaction was failed but Rs. 295 was deducted. today is 24th August, still I didnot get the money back.
As per the bank (Central Bank of India) the amount is credited to the company (Airtel) and if the transaction was unsuceessful they will initiate a refund.

My self mukesh kumar having airtel cell no [protected] using since last many years.
I m requesting since last 5 months to company to stop blackberry services and change my bills plan from rs 800 per month to rs 200 per month. But no one is accepting request and issue bills every month @ rs 2000/- to rs 2200/- . Black berry services monthly rent is 399/- per month + tax. I am already deposited rs 8000/- to rs 9000/- extra due to airtel as bills already generated and they hv stopped outgoing due to non-payment.
Humbly request to all, kindly refund my all extra pmt which is been charged by airtel and stopped unnecessary services and help us to reduce our monthly bill @ rs 200/- per month.

2 sr70327212—on dated 13th july they have given me surity it get resolve before 15th july but again issue is still pending with airtel.

Dear Sir,
I'm a Airtel mobile customer. My Airtel no. is [protected]. On dated 20/06/2016 Airtel gave me an SMS where offered me to "Recharge 295/- = 2.5GGB*3G data or 4 week".
Then I recharged 295/- but Airtel give me 1.5GB 3G. Then I called Airtel customer care. Customer help line officer told me that extra 1GB 3G data I will take after 7days from the recharging date & it will be use any time till the validity date.
But after 12days I could not taken extra 1GB 3G data. So, I called today again to the Airtel customer care. The customer help line officer told me that they gave me 1GB 3G data few days ago which is active on 12am to 6am. And then he send me an SMS "Rs295=2.5GB(1.5GB 3G+1GB night data), 28 days."
Now, my question is why Airtel did not clear that hiden things of this offer? Why the last SMS sent me after 12days after my calling?
I have not need net balance for midnight because then I slept.
So, give me 1GB 3G data for any time use till the offered validity date as soon as possible.

I am submitting this complaint on behalf of my maid janaki who is a an airtel customer. Her phone got left behind in an auto rickshaw she was travelling in on saturday 18th june. The phone was not returned by the driver and is now on switch off mode. I request for you to block her number so as to avoid misuse and revelation of personal details and contact numbers. Her airtel mobile number is [protected].
