poor internet service
From last 5 Months my broadband connection is dead at-least for 5 times, and each time they maintain a consistency of at least 20 days to rectify it.. and im a fool paying premium charges for it.. Though the connection was dead for almost 25 days i ended up paying ~1600 for the month.. and my landline was down from months together ...
At one point of time i opted Airtel not for its speed and availability but for its service .. and now that too looks pathetic ..

unauthorized charges
Tonight I received a message from ad-airccm on 9th may, at 0214hrs " dear customer. Rs.99 have been deducted towards the international roaming rental of rs99 activated on 09-may-16" I have not asked any service like that and I am not going abroad. It is very shameful to add such charges arbitrarily tht too late night when nobody is watching. I hope all the cliants note this sort of nefarious activity by airtel. They must reverse these charges and stop this sort of practices.
They are also suddenly adding up data usage by huge amount toward the end of the billing cycle.

I think, it is more than 15 days now, or you think I will forget regarding these unauthorized unscrupulous charges being levied. poor service of airtel leased line internet connection
We have 2mbps 1:1 leased line internet connection from Airtel from a long time. As per our agreement (SLA) the link has not been down without any notice. If the link will down they will up the link within 4 hours. ie 4 hours down time as per agreement.
Now, yesterday our link was down from 12.38pm. I was raised a complain ([protected]) to the prescribe phone no. and take a complain id. Apart from this we called up the account manager to resolve the matter as urgently. At 5.30 i got a call from airtel executive of Mr.Ankit that airtel engineer will visit our company on tomorrow morning with in 9.30 am and he will resolve the matter within couple of hours but unfortunately nobody has came to our office from airtel till today at 12.30 pm. Form today morning i have talked your customer care executive so many times but they did not give any right information. Now we are loosing money in every miniatures.
I have a question who will going to compensate the heavy losses.

As per their contract I was offered post paid service of rs 50/-
Rental plan per month for lifetime. But now they have sent me an sms that henceforth they will charge rs 100/- as rental fees per month without assigning any reason for change in plan and without my prior consent.
slow internet speed in bachupally

I have been using airtel broadband plan of rs 649 for 2 years with a speed of 2 Mbps. 6 months back there was a new plan offered from Airtel for rs 615 with broadband speed of 4 mbps. One of my co-residents in my apartment have been using Airtel 615 plan and they are getting 4 Mbps speed.
When I called Airtel Customer Care and asked to upgrade my plan to rs 615 plan with speed 4 Mbps, I was told that my profile is locked for 2 Mbps and my area is not feasible for 4 Mbps.
How would 4 mbps is not feasible for me and is possible for my co-resident in same apartment?
And my uncle living in Miyapur is getting 8 Mbps speed for the same plan.
If Airtel is not able to provide same speed/service for all users in different areas in same city for the same broadband plan, why are they charging same amount from all customers?
Please help me to get atleast 4mbps speed.

airtel / prepaid : airtel deactivated my prepaid number without notification
Hi,
I am using my airtel post paid :[protected] number since 2007 and later I converted in to prepaid. 8 months back I traveled to usa and the number is active even here. But since few weeks I am not getting any msgs, so I e-mail to airtel customer care they said that, my number is deactivated and assigned to some one as no usage fine.
But I kept my mobile active and also did regular recharges. And my question is when a customer is using the number since 7 years how come airtel deactivate my number with any notifications like waring msgs and calls.
Now I want my number back as it is linked with many financial and other activities.
Please help me here.

(Hot -Spot)Sector 14, Gurgaon, Haryana. and I submitted my document then my no. was activate first time but after 5, 6 days i got a massage from airtel that please submit your document from where you purchased this no. then i submitted again my document at Spice (hot-spot) sector 14, Gurgaon, Haryana. but after submitted document today 15 days past but my no. is not activate then i called to customer care, they told me that your document is not reach therefore your no. can not be activate then contact to Spice Comm. (Hot -Spot) Sector 14, Gurgaon, Haryana but they showed me document receiving by the airtel distributer who collect the form and told me that what ever you want to do, you can.
sending message unwanted and debiting amount from credit balance

i have airtel connection no [protected] and maintaining prepaid balance.
Airtel is sending unwanted messages viz.Bz-wzcvpm etc. It opens website indichoice and as soon i press button for back it sends message ''your request accepted /activated and the vedio will be delivered shortly''. My prepaid bal gets reduced by rs. 20/every time.
This has fourth time now .
Please advice how to get this controlled this unhealthy parctice/system of airtel not to go my money in such chiting work.

airtel tariff
I have call log already about tariff changing but airtel team didn't take any request. I have taken family tariff in the month of Dec'2015 but same is being requested to change this trariff. On behalf of my request it could not be done by airtel due to it my bill came INR 4000 and I have paid it.
As per the commitment of airtel this amount should be adjusted with current bill but itis remain still. So please do the needful action to adjust for the same or waive it. I m unable to pay this billing amount.

I had taken this number for voice calling only but airtel activated some basic internet pack and kept deducting charges. When i came to know about deductions, i called customer care and asked about deductions. They told me that the pack has been deactivated now and there wont be any deductions any more. I also received a message about deactivation of pack. I also received call from porting service of airtel that i will be credited 50rs back. but neither i received 50 rs back and neither pack got deactivated. my balance kept deducting. i called customer care again and they said they don't have any record of earlier deactivation.
When will airtel stop scamming people by activating packs on number without any requests? and when will apathy of airtel customer care executives stop? should consumers keep buying prepaid numbers of airtel even after knowing that all these issues with airtel are ever so pervasive?

I recharge my account for Rs. 255 for data services in airtel(1 gb data).But they give me only 250 mb data and 270 minutes which i neednt required. I called in airtel care. They told me that in this amount you have only so much service only. I recharge my phone from myairtel app. Here written that you have 1 gb data in this amount. Even then they also deny.

number reactivation issue
My self Shekar Shetty using Airtel mobile number [protected] from last 10 years, but from last 4 months i am in abroad so i am using only incoming messages, last 25 day before i got a message from Airtel to recharge it within 15 days, i recharged it with 50rs but next day, after recharge my sim was deactivated, from last 25 days i am mailing for airtel customer care there is no any correct response from then, they told us to submit documents to ARC, i submitted it after 4 days it returned back, after this if i mail there is no any reply from them, after that i directly went to airtel head office they told that they cannot reactive this number back or to give new sim in this same number.
This is my Personal mobile number my all bank transaction is running from this number, i felt bad with airtel service for without intimation they disconnected it. they told there is grace period of 20 days to submit document and reactive it back & they promised also that after submitting the sim will be reactivated. please solve my problem.

I were recahrged my data plan through paytm., then after i got a msg to click the window and get 50% data off and I clicked the window twice to confimed to subscribe it. But after three or four hours i were seen 2 msg from airtel that they were cut rs.99 and subscribe any wicked services that named VIDEO CLUB.
Then after i called to custumer compalint no.198 they told me you subscribe this service by your choice we never claim for that.
So now i just want to my rs. 99 back on my account and stop your bullish service that i never subscribe.

My name is Mukesh Kumar. I am facing the problem not receiving the ebill of my postpaid connection of data card no. [protected]. My bill generation date is 24 of the month, it is 31 today. I have been continously calling to the customer care at least thrice in a day since 24 January 2016 for receiving the ebill so that I can pay bill on time and send for reimburshment, If i will not do this, I will not be able to reimbursh for my expenses that means it will be loss for me. I have moved to abroad and I was reacharging my sim continously and able to recieve OTp on my banking transaction. suddenly my sim got deactivated with out any information. As per rules if my sim is able to to recieve sms and recharging, it will be active. How come they did this, when i enquired my number went to recycle bin and it was moved out from my name. I always admired the services provided by Airtel India. As I was supposed to go out of country as such rang customer care On 25th December 2015 for a solution of receiving the calling number on my mobile while abroad. They suggested me for International Roaming plan @149 per month plus a basic plan of Rs.199/- per month. I agreed to with the feeling that my monthly family plan charges will be reduced to. My bill cycle is 2nd of previous month to 1st of current month. I was quite vigilant on bill amount. On 3rd of January 2016 i.e just after days, received the bill of extra ordinarily high amount & same tensioned me. After that contacting customer care through Mail for disabling International Roaming plan with immediate effect. To my utter surprise unbilled usage appeared of Rs.325/- by the time . I have been using Airtel Landline & Broadband Services for the last 9.5 years i.e. since 7th July 2006. My Landline No is [protected] For the last 9.5 years I have been using a plan wherein Night time usage from 9 pm to 8 am is unlimited and free. All of a sudden after 9.5 years the night time usage from 9 pm to 8 am has been included in my Bill dated 27th November 2015 and all sorts of new jargon such as BILL CAP and BILL CAP DISCOUNT have been shown in the bill with an inflated amount of Rs. 2349.89. For 9.5 years my Bill Amount is only at minimum which is currently Rs. 615.60 and I always pay the same 10 days before the due date. After several mails Airtel has reversed the inflated charges in my bill dated 27th November 2015 and I had thought that the issue was resolved. But again in my Bill dated 27th December 2015 the night time usage has been charged yet again and the bill has been inflated to Rs. 2894.73 I have not received any communication from Airtel as regards what is BILL CAP or BILL CAP discount or any other jargon and an Airtel Executive says that it is not their responsibility to inform a customer about any change in the Plan which I have using for 9.5 years Regards, S. Please take it in the right sense.if you people don't know any other language apart from Tamil, it is ok.But don't talk in tanglish that is so frustrating.
