Apple service

I went to buy a laptop at the apple store.

The salesperson asked me if I wanted the keypad in french or english. I said english. When I got home, he had given me the wrong laptop.

The next day, it was closed (holiday monday).

I couldn't use my laptop and school started.

I went back to exchange my laptop and it took them 2 hours and counting more to do the transaction after 2 hours, I got fed up and wanted to get a refund and leave.

Their bills were everywhere on the counter, they refunded on gift cards then lost a gift card and to understand all of the transactions made by their mistake, another employee came for help while the 2 managers did not even bother find a way to make a customer happy.

I am trying to talk to apple to have this case escalated because I just wanted an exchange that took 3 hours of service and they only offer me a free laptop case!

They have no way of talking to them on the phone so I had to fill up an application online to have a phone back.

I work full time and go to university full time and they just wasted 3 hours of my life + 1 hours at the time of the sale.

On top of it, they noticed that they charged me the extended warranty twice and had to deal with crediting it again...

The director's assistant called me again the next day to offer me the laptop and free case with it.

WAWWWWW a free case that apple pays 0.10$ from China.

I want the laptop cost price because I got nothing from them but a waste of 4 hours of my time.

Customer service level = - [protected]%.

All that for a mistake that THEY did and can't even HANDLE their fault by offering something. They don't put themselves at my place at all; I WAS NOT PAYED TO STAND IN THE STORE FOR 3 HOURS JUST BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE.

This is an official complaint to the Carrefour Laval extremely bad service and manager who wasn't there to help his employees and left them take care of things that they would not even understand.

I did not get anything from there except a waste of 4 hours.

I will share this story with every website that I find because they just laughed at me with a free 80$ case... Give me a break Apple.
I hope that this story will escalade as high as possible as soon as possible.

Thank you all and enjoy other products because they do not care about any of you people.

Apple returned no refund

I purchased apple I phone 4s from them and got it delivered after the period of 12 days.To my surprise when I received this phone after such a delay the phone was not charged and the moment I plugged in the charger it got open by cover and the screen started showing strange lines on LCD. I was disappointed and wanted asked for return
After few days the phone was returned but I am still awaiting my payment which they are delaying since last 15 days now.I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.
This company has no principals and if they have to do business they should learn from the companies like flipkart.com, amazon.com, ebay.com where consumers are protected. They seem to take all arabs for a ride and ex pats too because they know the rules here are not as strict as in US and India regarding E commerce. Customer service is pathetic, they do not call and they do not confirm. It seems a company of few people who are based on Internet because all you will get is quick email reply.

Apple shameful face of apple

THE REAL SHAMEFUL FACE OF APPLE INC.
Two new Apple Mac Book air laptops failed within the span of 15 days, first I bought on June 25, 2014 from i - world, Vasant Kunj DLF Mall New Delhi was declared junk by i – world service center and the second one a replaced unit provided to me on July 4, 2014 failed on July 11, 2014 with overheating and blurring of display (Case ID [protected]: Comp No [protected]). The role of Executive Relations EMEIA was dictatorial, arrogant, shameful, and despicable towards me. The second junk unit is with me useless, packed and I wish to donate it to APPLE.
IT PROVES THAT INDIA IS THE DUMP-YARD FOR APPLE WHERE DEFECTIVE AND REFURBISHED LAPTOPS ARE SOLD IN LIEU OF THE PRICE OF NEW. AND MOREOVER INSULT AND HUMILIATION IS OFFERED BY APPLE AS A GIFT.

Apple cheating and looting

A HUGE SHAME ON UNETHICAL APPLE INC.
Mr. Tim Cook
I am pained and sorrowful the way I was cheated by the Apple premium reseller “i-world DLF Malls, Vasant Kunj New Delhi.”
I bought a laptop (ModelMD760HN/B, and serial No. SC02MVG7TG085) on 25/06/2014. The very next day the laptop got shut down twice all of a sudden during approximately two hours of use. I carried the laptop to the service center located in Janakpuri, New Delhi but the technician refused to examine the machine. Meanwhile I had written to a couple of officials associated with Apple but they were on vacations.
I got a call from the i-world store manager Mr. Raju who asked me to bring the machine for examination. I visited the store where Mr. Raju updated the software in about 10 minutes and returned the laptop back to me assuring that it was ok. I requested him time and again to run the machine for longer duration for proper examination but he did not, because he knew that the machine was defective.
I was shocked to find the same fault occurring again viz. shuting down of the laptop automatically. The store manager insists that I should visit to the service center for necessary repairs, which I shall never do, as the faults surfaced only a day after buying the machine. His intentions were very vivid viz. “Sell a defective or used laptop and get it exchanged through the company”.
I bought the laptop from exclusive apple store and not from a local dealer. Therefore Apple Inc. has to intervene into it, however they did not up till now and numerous mails of mine directed to Apple officials (Mr Shashidhar Shetty, Mr Aashish Bali, Mr Alok Azad and Apple Admin India) have been ignored. I tried the customer care number [protected] several times without success.
I request the higher authorities through this channel to intervene.

I bought an iphone 11, 128 GB on 20th October, 2021 through Amazon India. The phone started having battery charging and drainage problems from 15th September, 2021. It would take around 3 hours to charge and would get drained in 10 to 15 minutes. On the advice of Amazon, I called up the retailer on 1st October, 2021 and also sent them an email and they asked me to contact Apple support. I called up Apple support and explained the whole issue to a lady there and then again to one Mr. Rony Fernandes and they asked me to go to their hardware store near my place in New Delhi. I went there and they ran a test on my phone battery and said that it was alright. They did not mention anything about the charger. I too didn’t because I was not aware that the charger could be faulty.
Then I went out of Delhi for work and saw that the phone was not charging. The battery charging would go on and off. I had to use a borrowed charger. I came back to Delhi later and called up Apple support at least 5 times. I would keep on holding and the music played for more than 15 mins. Ultimately when I was able to talk to them, one Ms. Maria Janet guided me to the same hardware store. I said I just wanted the charger replaced. She told me to get in touch with their senior on Apple support once I was in the store and connect him/her to the customer service person at the store and that the issue would be resolved immediately, which I did today. The Apple senior spoke to him but could not resolve the issue. They refused to replace the charger on the pretext that the warranty was over now. I have been complaining since 1st October and since the warranty has ended on the 20th October, they are not replacing.
This is so unjust on the part of Apple. First, they provide a substandard accessory and then they refuse to replace, even though the issue had been reported 20 days before the warranty ended. Apple, being an internationally reputed brand is acting petty with a customer who has been using their phones since long. Is this expected from a brand like Apple? They have priced their products so steeply because of their brand name, though technically comparative phones cost 1/4th of Apple’s prices. I fail to understand how Apple’s accessories can fail within a year.
I request they replace my charger asap.

I really sad to say that my macbook pro 2019 13" got display damaged without any accidental damage its suddenly turned of and the backlight went down .i bought this laptop and used only for 1 year and 5 months at this short time the display is not working i reached to apple authorised service centre they said display got damaged and said to pay an amount of 50 k for the replacement.i reached apple support and they dont even help me resolve the issue i paid a fortune of money to buy this and within 1.5 year it got problem is apple built quality is that much after the warranty apple products are garbage ?is the product works well only on the warranty period ?
A brand like apple need to care their customer well weather their products are in warranty or out of warranty.

Apple non payment after device trade-in

I traded in my old devices for a new iPhone 5s in March 2014. They said that I would receive payment for the devices I traded in within 14 working days, but at current date (28 June 2014), almost 4 months later, I have not yet received payment! I have gone to the iStore every weekend for the last 4 weeks to follow up, every time getting the same response that they would follow up with accounts and phone me back on Monday. This Monday was the 1st time I heard anything; unfortunately I was in a meeting and was unable to take the call. Nevertheless, no one left a voice mail or anything. I phoned the Call Centre as well, to no avail. I am going back to the iStore again this morning to check if they have any feedback. Waiting for 3 months to get payment for something is ridiculous. If this situation was reversed and I had owed them money for 3 months, I would probably have gotten endless lawyers letters etc, demanding payment. But because I am a customer, I have to sit idly by and wait for something to fall out of the sky.

Apple lyca network 4g not working on iphone 5s

I have been using Iphone 5S with a Lyca network in it, from the time Lyca enabled its 4G, I am trying to latch into it but unfortunately i am unable to do so, when raised the complaint to Lyca, they said that it is a problem with the Iphone being locked to the network on some reasons, but while i am able to use the other network SIM in it like O2, EE, etc., I was easily able to use the 4G services when tested with those networks. Then i really believed that it is a problem with the Iphone, the same was taken to Apple support online, and what i heard from them was to do some basic testing and after every possible ways was done trying finally with no results to it. I was asked to visit the nearest service centre to test the phone for its good working condition. At final there is no solution to it, there is no proper answer even for the same all that i got the feedback was it is working fine and there is no problem to it and asked me to check with the network service provider being in round and round. I want a solution to it, any of them to take the responsibility to work on my problem and solve it for me.

Apple failed to deliver

i have just bought an Apple Ipad from Seng Heng Electric Trading at Bentong, Pahang for more than 3 weeks ago. The unit encountered a screen defect where about 1/4 area of the screen had suddenly faded to black screen. This happen only after posses the unit for the first 6 days. I returned the defected unit back to Seng Heng on the seventh days since the unit is still under warranty for 2 year from Apple plus additional 2 years extension warranty via Seng Heng. As such, Seng Heng has promised to deliver the repaired/replaced Ipad Air in 2 weeks time but they had failed to deliver. When we called up for the update of the Ipad, there are many versions of the stories being told by the Bentong branch, such as a new Ipad was issued to replace the defected one but the unit is still pending at the logistic store from delivery to Bentong branch (012 [protected]) ; the last update is from their Bentong branch Manager, Mr. Rasidi [protected]) who said the Ipad is still pending at Apple and Seng Heng is still waiting for the reply. The unclear update from Seng Heng about the unit that has been send for repair 16 days ago is not acceptable. Seng Heng is not only breaching his promise but also providing poor after sale services. One question, Can we opt for refund if Seng Heng failed to deliver on a specific time frame at the expense of the owner, s time? Where or whom to file a direct complaint against Seng Heng either their in-house centre or from external source.

I got a TPP two years ago with the promise that if anything went wrong that they would fix it. Fine print. As long as they can make it do what you say its doing then yes they will fix it. They kept it for a week and then sent it back saying no problems. Told me to smash it then they would fix it. Well. Now I have to go to work with an IPAD that does not work because your store lies. The Geek Squad is a joke. Thanks for nothing.

Apple scam - fraud

I ordered (3) waterproof iphone cases and smart tip gloves on November 25, 2013. I paid immediately and selected "16-18 business days for delivery" as my shipping method. It is now 1/6/2014 and I have not received my items. I have contacted them at [protected]@appledepot.co twice. The first time was the 23rd of December and was told "it will ship this week. You will receive an email with a tracking number". Did not receive a tracking number and contacted them December 30th and was told "it will ship this week. You will receive an email with a tracking number". THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I will be disputing the charge as fraud with Chase. I should have researched them first and I would have seen the problems everyone else has had. If you are reading this, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They are SCAM artists, LIARS, and a FAKE company.

I have ordered several times from this company and each instance has become progressively worse. After paying for 5-9 day shipping and handling items have taken in excess of 4 seeks to be sent. I have contacted them via email on several occasions and have not received a response. To be fair my first purchase was sent in a timely manner and the next purchase had some issues as they charged me incorrectly. They responded immediately and corrected the issue. I even commended them on their customer service. However the proceeding two purchases have been dismal. My recommendation is STAY AWAY. I promise you will be disappointed if you purchase.

Apple warning! apple denied to replace ipad 4 under warranty!!

They claiming that I bought it overseas, which is true, but they dont want to replace it even that it has a hardware issue. They want me to send the Ipad to a friend in USA to take to a store, and Im travelling overseas... so the Ipad 4 Retina, brand new, under warranty, and has a battery issue. I took it to Apple retailer overseas, they testedm and wanted to replace, so they kept it for 15 days waiting for replacement. After that they called me and said that Apple refused to service the Ipad, and I have to take it personally to a store in USA...

So, 2 things come clear from my experience:

1. If you are foreign travelling in USA, and want to buy anything from Apple, REMEMBER, if it fails, which is pretty common, you will have to trash it...

2. If you are american, who likes to travel, with your Apple device, think twice! I might fail during your trip and thats it, forget about having it fixed, replaced or anything like that... at least until you go back to your home country...

So before spending you money in apple devices, remember this, and look at what others have to offer!

I wrote this same message on Apple Support communities and and this was their answer:

Read your warranty. If you purchased a product in the US then it can only be repaired or replaced in the US. This is equally true if you purchase something in Europe.

What becomes clear is that you don't read or understand your warranty agreement. It is your responsibility to do so, not Apple's. So point the finger at yourself, not at Apple.

And then it was deleted by them because "it contained non-constructive rants or complaints" LOL

Hellooooo thats why Im warning people who buys it overseas (point 1) or who will travel (point 2), because I been told in the store that Apple has worldwide warranty!

You know, I had this LONG explanation typed up as to why the warranty would only be good in the country that you purchased the item and then it dawned on me... YOU ARE TOO SELF CENTERED TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE RULES APPLY TO YOU AS WELL. I say this because of the tone in your complaint. They deleted your complaint because it says in your agreement that you are required to have warranty work done in the country you purchased the item in. This said, the complaint was unfounded.

You will find this same rules for cell phones, computers and almost all other electronics that you purchase.

Apple no return payment

Very very very bad service - I'm feeling cheated, insulted!

Placed the order [protected] on 21st July and the estimated delivery was in the next 10 days. I made many many attempts enquiring about the delivery thru the compliant board.

All that I received was one lame excuse in reply and mostly no replies from the customer service. And of course, the escalation button is useless.

I almost accepted that I have been CHEATED but after exactly one month, I received the delivery which obviously I had to return and requested for refund. And now, its another one more month and still haven't got my refund.

This is a scam site and seller is a cheat, INSULTING and ripping off hard earned money of common people.

Apple defective I - phone and insult by the company

Dear Sir
I am writing to you anticipating a last ray of hope as your Indian counterpart (APPLE INDIA) left no stone unearthed to harass humiliate and insult me.
I gifted an apple i - Phone 4 (serial no.DX8L5C8WDPON, IMEI No. [protected]) to my daughter on her birthday after having purchased from Delhi India on 20/08/2013 for Rs. 26500/-. The very next day the set exhibited problems of all sorts viz. faulty camera and hanging etc.
I asked my daughter to go to the workshop named FUTURE WORLD DELHI. After a lot of humiliation the set was replaced on 23/08/2013 (Serial No.C3KKT1THDPO, IMEI No. [protected]). But prior to that my daughter had visited that workshop twice.
To my surprise the replaced set again exhibited malfunction viz. switching off arbitrarily, hanging and blurred sound etc. I lodged a complaint with the customer but all in vain.
Finally on 30/09/2013 the service team of this unprofessional, cheat, unethical and boorish company crossed all limits of humanity. The manager of the workshop Mr. Sharma shouted at my wife and used derogatory language when she argued about the quality of the product. They refused to examine the set and deliberately gave the report that the set was ok. Though it can be verified any time and anywhere that the set is defective, which was verbally endorsed by Mr Dinesh of the same workshop. Perhaps on the directions of the Manager Mr. Sharma the false report was given that the set was OK.
I request the parent headquarter to intervene so that I could not be put into further hardship.
Moreover I request the USA Headquarters to look into the matter of insult, harassment and the humiliation of my daughter and wife at the hands of APPLE INDIA.
Thanks and regards
Sincerely yours

Subject: Defective Apple i – Phone 4 (IEMI No. of the Device: [protected])

Dear Sir
After having anticipated a last ray of hope, I have decided to write to you because Apple India has left no stone unearthed to harass and humiliate me to the extreme level, only because of the personal egos of the officials of service Department. My innumerable numbers of calls, personal visits to service centre and e – mails have been ignored.
I bought an Apple i-phone 4 from JAI TELECOM, E-1/E-2 CHANAKAYA PLACE JANAK PURI DELHI 110059 INDIA FOR Rs. 265000/- on 20/08/13. The very next day the device started exhibiting malfunctions, such as non-functioning of camera and the hanging randomly. After a tiresome perusal, the device was replaced on 28/09/2013 at the authorized service centre FUTURE WORLD RETAIL PVT LIMITED, CONNAUGHT PLACE, NEW DELHI - 110001 INIDA.
The replaced set worked perfectly for few days, but exhibited all sorts of problems viz. switching off of the device all of a sudden despite being fully charged and usual irritating hanging problem. I visited above mentioned service centre fifth time. The service personnel restored the device and returned back to me. But the problem persisted. I spoke to the customer care officials Ms. Mandira Rana and Mr Vineet. Mr Vineet made false promises, such as that my case will be referred to the customer care relationship Department of the company and that he would provide me a mail ID so that I could send the scanned copy of the voucher for the said device. But the mail id never reached me and he even did not reflect the courtesy to call back.
I called the customer care department 7th time on 02/10/2013 and talked to Ms Mandira this time. She tried her level best to fool me in the name of company's policies regarding the warranttee, but did not provide any solution. She emphasized that I should keep on taking the defective device to various service centres till it gets repaired, though the service centre had already declared to me that the set was defective.
I felt insulted and humiliated owing to the arrogant and rude style of functioning of Ms. Mandira and in particular the way she tried to prove as if I am a beggar.
I therefore request the Corporate Office of the Parent Company to intervene into the matter so that I may not be put into further hardship.

Sincerely yours
Dr Hemant Kumar

Apple unethical

I placed an order through their site with a coupon. I had an option to pay additional charges for 5-7 business day delivery. I took that option and paid an additional $7 above regular shipping charges. I didn't receive the item for almost 3 weeks. It was ordered on March 26. I received it on April I made multiple attempts to get the difference of the shipping charges back and they wont honor it. The fine print says the company does not refund shipping charges once shipped. They said it had been shipped for 2 weeks, we know it was not because the post office has no record of receiving the item yet; according to the tracking#. I attached the email conversations. I couldn't attach, I added it below...
Hi Kathy,
For all shipments processing for delivery begins as of the end of feature on your respective deal site (not as of date of voucher redemption). We require this as to allow for customer refunds and to ensure proper delivery to customers.
Please check back regularly on USPS, you should have your package shortly.
Thanks.

Hi Kathy,
Thanks for getting in touch.
It looks like your item is set to ship. You should be receiving it in a few days. Please check the tracking via USPS frequently. There is no ordeal to end, at this point it's just a matter of waiting for shipment.
Thank you.

I want to speak with someone and end this ordeal.
Is there a contact person I can get with or can they call me?

OK. I ordered this on March 25, 2013. I paid the additional shipping charges to have my product in 5-7 business days. Please get the calendar and check the days and give me the refund for the difference; which is $7.00. Nowhere did it say, we will not send your product for a certain number of days after the purchase. I needed this last Friday. Last Friday would be considered 9 business days. We are on day 11 IF we only count BUSINESS DAYS and you don't even have it trackable yet. I should have had this product in my hands a few days ago and I can't even check your tracker to see IF or WHEN I can expect it. This is very upsetting the way you handle your business.
I keep being told how to check tracking; hey, I do it everyday waiting and hoping to get this especially since I paid the ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR FASTER DELIVERY. Now you tell me, we don't refund shipping after the item is shipped. Well, I have been asking about this for over a week. Obviously it was not shipped or I would have it. The next email I should receive is a "I am sorry, we screwed up, we will refund your $7 and you will have your product on this day."
Severely Pissed Now,
Kathy

I have received multiple phone calls of UNHAPPY customers wanted to return or cancel orders but I am just another unhappy customer. I AM NOT THE COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT. Please do not call the 954 # they have listed.

appledepot.ca also ripped me off. At least they were responding to your emails. I get nothing.
I ordered the earbuds and expedited shipping that was supposed to come with free pair of earbuds.
At least I got the original earbuds. The 2nd pair never came and to top it off, my credit card number was stolen (maybe this was just a coincidence. I think receiving your order is the exception and getting scammed is the rule.

Hi Kathy

I doubt you realize this but this is a public board and you have posted your name, address, email, and phone number on here.

People are likely reading this and without reading the details think your listed number is the number for appledepot.ca

I for one am a very happy customer and got all my items as I wanted and in time.

I guess you're the exception and not the rule.

PS you're probably receiving tons of junk mail too now since you made your information public. Good luck

Apple no help from apple

I recently experienced an issue with my Thunderbolt display or more accurately daisy chaining my Thunderbolt display. I have a 15 inch MacBook Pro and 2 Thunderbolt displays powered through the daisy chain. This set up has worked fine for about a year. Then recently the display at the end of the daisy chain stopped working. When I tried plugging it in straight to the MacBook it worked fine as did the other display, which lead me to believe there was an issue with the daisy chain or maybe the graphics card in the Macbook Pro.

I contacted Apple support and spoke to a Senior Advisor called Jake who took me through a series of tests across a whole week. The result of this did not lead to any conclusions. Except one of the so called Apple experts coming back to Jake to inform him that you can’t daisy chain a 15 inch MacBook Pro. I informed Jake that it had previously worked for about a year, that the sales guy in the Apple shop told me that it would work, that the Apple website said it would work and that the only reason I bought 2 displays was indeed because I was assured that it would work.

After another week of back and forth Jake told me to take my MacBook pro to a service center and that they would fix it. I did. They wanted to change the motherboard, not sure why they thought this would fix the problem but I’m not the expert so I said sure. Surprise, surprise changing the motherboard did nothing to fix the problem and just added another week to the problem not being fixed. 3 weeks on, I get back on the phone with Jake at Apple and tell him about the issue. Jakes runs me through the same test he already ran me through with the same results. 4 weeks on and getting a little frustrated I ask Jake if he can’t just get someone down here with their own 15 inch MacBook Pro to test it and fix it on site. Finally after 4 days of internal Apple negotiations they agree to send someone down. After missing the appointment 2 times Micro2000 in Singapore finally managed to get someone to me. The guy arrives with his 13 inch MacBook pro, a MacBook known not to have the ability to power a daisy chain, none the less he insisted on wasting my time and trying it. One hour later he concluded that it wouldn’t work with a 13 inch MacBook Pro and left. I quipped that I now understood why Micro 2000 has so much trouble getting to meetings on time or at all.

At this stage, we are now 2 months into trying to get this issue resolved. 3 times I was told it could not get fixed. 3 times I directed Apple specialists to their own website to assure them that it could and did in fact work. There are even videos in Youtube I told them. Finally Apple decide that it might be a good time to pick up my Thunderbolt displays and MacBook and take it in for testing and repair. I said sure. Micro 2000 (oh noooo…) came and picked up my products, I singed a form and they were off.

2 days later I get a call from Micro 2000 informing me that they have had lengthy discussions with Apple about my problem and that Apple concluded that you cannot daisy chain a 15 inch MacBook Pro with 2 thunderbolt displays. “Funny that” I replied and rattled off my by now well rehearsed and memorized answer to the “this won’t work” statement throwing in a few technical words for good measure.

2 months and 3 weeks in, I phone Apple to do Micro 2000’s job for them. I speak to Michael Perks, who in the typical very well trained manner tells me that he agrees with the ridiculousness of the situation and that he will now take personal charge to fix it. “Trust me this will get resolved even if I have to buy you a new MacBook Pro and hand deliver it” (maybe not that but its not far off). “I will call you back the day after tomorrow as tomorrow is my day off” I was assured.

The day came and went. I tried to call and sent 2 emails. The weekend came and went. I called again. Monday, Tuesday came and went. I Gave up and called the standard hotline. I was greeted by another chirpy chap in the usual perky what is your first name I’m your buddy manner. “Oh this is terrible, let me get a senior advisor for you” I wait 20 minutes and finally get put through to Rajeev Anand who assured me that he is now the main man (so it was never Jake and not Michael but finally the main man) and he will come to my rescue. I am to expect a call back in 2 hours but really I am expecting that I will have to call back day after day to be given the same smarmy customer service lines, empty promises and of course the standard this will not work answer.

It has now been 3 months since my Apple products stopped working. It has been 3 weeks that I have been without my Products and I have gotten no closer to a solution than I was at day 1.

I was once the biggest Apple fan. I have the IPhone (all versions except 5, IPad, a MacBook Air, Time capsule, MacBook Pro and 2 thunderbolt displays. I even have Apple TV, the old version and the new version. I got my wife hooked on Apple and we use Apple in my company. Recently Apple brought out a mediocre product in the IPhone 5, copied Samsung with the IPad mini and has gone from a company that leads in innovation to a company that follows in innovation and I fear that the straw that broke the camels back will be that they don’t know what their products can or can not do and that they can’t back up their intuitive and slick IU/UX with an intuitive and slick after sales service. Of course, Apple won’t care about losing me as a customer, they have millions more but I wonder if this is not an isolated case and ask you is this the beginning of the end at the top for Apple? For me…, I think it is…

Now…, can some please help me fix my MacBook / Displays?

Apple general incompatability

This is my 3rd big issue with Apple. I have been a "Gung-Ho' Apple fan for a long time. In the last few years I am seriously starting to question Apple's longevity due to software compatibility issues. The first Issue is with the new Mountain Lion operating system. It does not want to communicate efficiently or at all with a good portion of the applications I use. Snow Leopard should have been secured from projected viruses and for the most part left alone.

My second and third issue happened within days of each other. I just purchased a car with Uconnect Blue Tooth technology in it. Bottom line is that my iPhone switched between standard voice and the Uconnect Blue Tooth every 15 seconds. Essentiall, making the "safe hands free experience distracting, unsafe and ultimatly useless. With my Android phone, It worked just great. Just to make sure it was not my phone that was causing the issue, I tried my friends iPhone and his had the same issue. Uconnect is not the culprit.

Oddly enough, within a day of purchasing my new vehicle which is equipped with the Uconnect, I receive an email that the hard drive in my iIMac is been shown to prematurly fail. I have to now drive to an Apple Store, drop off my computer fpr 3-7 days and get a whole new hard drive installed. Awesome! I am so glad I sold all of my Apple stock the day the IPhone 5 was released. This company either has an internal computer or corporate virus. Either virus has not been publicly relaesed.

Apple! Get your ### together!
