I had my card in the slot and pumped my gas she came outside and yelled at me because I somehow pumped someone else's gas when I had my card in the slot, it was at the arco on gateway and Yosemite in Madera California she took her badge off and it was at 8:13 pm then continued to try to fight me a security guard approached me and told me it wasn't my fault and to leave, I just think your arco employees shouldn't be trying to fight innocent citizens
noise coming from top of store
I have lived in back of arco for over 35 yrs. never a problem. now with new owners there is 24 hours a day noise coming from a generator, refrigeration unit or something that is very hard to take. there are five familys in back of the store and we all have the same complaint, and have told the owner but no results. this store is located on the corner of Ball and Moody in Cypress California. Can you please help us. there is an old woman recovering from cancer sergury right in back and she can't sleep or relax. Please help us end this noise. Thank you

I am appalled and angry with my experience today, on 5/5/2019 I went with my daughter to the arco gas station in San Diego, CA on 3860 Old Town Ave to pump gas and use the restroom. Being cinco de mayo it is an extremely busy day with all the traffic and struggle for parking. as I went back inside to turn in the restroom key and pay for gas, I asked the male employee I believe his name is Sabora, (heavier set male) if I was allowed to park there ( at the gas station) as I'm sure he's getting asked all day. His exact words where "Yes, I'll allow you to park there for 3 hours, I'll be gone by then but i'll make sure she knows, the girl that comes in after me." the lady standing in line behind me overheard and asked as well and got the yes to park there as well. she then asked if we could park for a max of 4 hours as it is a bit of walking to get to the Fiesta that old town had, he said yes, she even offer to pay him as parking was a nightmare. That happened at 1:37pm, as it is printed on my receipt when both the transaction took place as well as the conversation with his permission to park and leave my car there confirming that it was the black Nissan altima. Tran # 1014001. Upon arriving to pick up my car at 5pm, my car had been towed by Advantage Towing, per the instructions of the employee Desiree who was now on shift. Upon talking to her she says that he did tell her that he gave me permission, but because he's not there she's the one that needs to deal with it, she stated that if he was still on shift then I could work something out with him. Work something out with him? Why would I need to work something out when he was the one who gave me permission. At this point I am extremely upset, how do I get permission to park there and get assured that it won't get towed only to have my vehicle towed!? If it was not allowed your associate who is an extension of your branch should have said No and should be aware of any policies Arco may have. Instead I am stuck having to deal with calling an uber and paying $410.00 to get my car out of a tow yard with my child by my side. I am extremely disappointed with the events that occurred today and am requesting a refund for the $410.00 I paid to get my car out of Advantage Towing for the mistakes your team made. pump broken leaking gasoline all over car and ground
Went to arco off Balboa Blvd and parthenia. Used pump 4. Was waiting to hear the click the pump makes when tank is full. Didnt hear it and was only filling up the tank to top it off before I go on my trip. Had to fill 1/4 of the tank if that to make it full. When I saw the tank was over 27 dollars, I got out of my car to see what was going on. Shouldn't be that much for a small amount of gas. Well, pump was broken and gushing gasoline all on my car and on the ground. I told the women working there, and they didnt know what to do. Said they didnt have water to allow me to wash the gasoline off my car or ground. I asked for a refund of some of the money since the pump was broken and dumping gasoline on my car and ground and I was clearly over charged. They said they can only give me 10 bucks to make up for being over charged. I was not happy with this since it should have only taken 10 bucks to top my car off if that. So I have to eat the coast of having the gasoline spill on the ground. They were very unprofessional and told me it was safe for me to drive around with gasoline all on the side of my car and tire. Like really? No! It not safe at all. Went to the closest car wash I could find to wash off the gasoline. Did not feel safe and disgusted by the service there. I will never go to this location ever again!
pre authorization hold of $100.35
On March 31 2019 went to arco for gas. Swiped card but was not able to pump gas. Attendant said need to wait 5 min because he was resetting pumps due to gas being delivered from gas truck. I didnt want to wait and i didnt pump any gas. I left the gas station. Next day on april 1 i see $100.35 hold. This incident happened between 5:40 and 6:00pm on 3/31/19. The hold has been on my card for 7 days. Please refund my money.

Several times I have gone in to this Arco and the price for energy drinks was 2 for 4$ which was posted. When I got to the register the clerk said oh that is not the right price and went over and took tag off. He did not want to honor the price till we started arguing about it. Today I went in and the same drinks had been moved and the price was listed 2.19$. I didn't notice the price was for a water but the drinks were displayed there. This guy got upset at me because I told him the price was 2.19.$. I don't understand why this store has such a problem with pricing. In Fresno's Clinton and Fruit location, an employee has been selling meth, out of the ARCO that he works for, this has been a going on a long time to the extent of now I see all the other things that come along with, kind of activity... Homeless people are now more than normal in the neighborhood and I along with other neighbors now can see it out in the open... all walks of life, know of this"Juan"guy... But it he has been doing so long that it seems normal... Well I am not a cop caller, I rather have a bright scholar who hold a corporate position to have a bit more, of instant results (drug test) randomly... Me and my wife along with a few other neighbors all chose me to do, the email and not putting a call to our local police department, we all in agreement to not bad media corporations for the cost of one bad employee... No need.. not yet at least... Juan has drugs on him all the time while he is on the clock... making dope deals in parking lot... He smokes with his customers in the restroom, which is not open for customers who are buying gas... I have at least 7-8 friends or family who buy meth off this guy... all the neighbors say the same... They know druggies who go to ARCO to buy dope...

I live in Castaic, California and can say I was happy to hear we were getting a ARCO / AM PM station - What I have found is frustrating on Management policy. I now am at a point where I am not going there for gas. This has been happening for awhile but this is an example for what a customer has to deal with. I pull in open gas tank cap- try to use my debit card and the pump unit does not work - no response at all. I move my car and try a different pump and this one errors out a different way but it still is the same type of result of not allowing me to pump gas. I move one more time and then walk into the station. I ask the attendant why there are so many issues with the pay at the pump and she stated that "Management will not allow hand written signs to be placed at the pump". Why is it that 1) they do not get these pumps fixed. They have been broken for a long time. 2) Get pre-printed signs so we can go to a pump that works.
My suggestion is to just go there and watch as the customers try and try to use their cards and end up walking in because so many pumps do not work. Poor representation of what your company should stand for.

An employee touched my phone and tried to take it out of my hand to close out the coupon I told them no the last person that did it had done something to my phone and I was told by an employee Christy that is policy for them to touch my phone . if they didn't touch my phone to close it out that I could take my business elsewhere. No other Am PM ever touches my phone and watches me close it out. I've had problems here all the time with employees touching my phone
