On January 12, 2024 I pulled into the Arco station #66616 located at 1410 W. Pacific Coast Highway in Long Beach, California at approximately 12:10 pm to refill my propane tank on my commercial grooming van which wasn't my first time. The gentleman, first overlooked me and attempted to assist the male customer prior to assisting me but I spoke up and I found it odd that the attendant was a little stand offish and rude barely wanting to speak to me. As I am standing next to my commercial vehicle he says what and I say I'm here for a refill on my propane tank and I pointed to my truck and he retorts I can't do it unless you want to do it and then I said what! He said yes, I can't do it and with no explanation he says I'll send the other guy to see if he will do it. The other guy is very rude and tells me to stop talking then says it can't be done. I know it can be done because I been there before and have receipts of it being done and now I have picture of the nozzle and the connection points and everything there at the fill up station and the two attendants who wouldn't give me their names or the company number which I now have. I do not appreciate being treated this way, I run a small mobile business and ran out of propane and stop by my neighborhood Arco propane filling station to fill up my propane tank on the way to my next appointment and to my surprise was refuse service for being black and female by two Muslim/Syrian men. What a another racial slap in the face. When will this injustice every stop! Or I need to seek legal counsel?
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and a guarantee that this will never happen again when filling up for propane. It's embarrassing and demeaning.
