Aspen Dental Bottom partial

I've been going through dental procedures for 2 yrs. kernersville location was great at first then it came time for bottom impressions and when the nurse was doing the impression she didn't pushed down on one side because she was to busy talking to someone else so when the bottom came in it didn't fit right dr sehie koh told me to give them time so i did then a week later i couldn't bare the pain that it was causing due to not fitting right so i called and they brought me in to try and fix it. well they didn't fix it it was still causing pain and still wasn't fitting right. i called them again and they brought me back in. i asked for the bottom to be redone since they say "denture money back guarantee, we ensure that you're 100% satisfied with your dentures. If you're not, we'll refine them until you are -- or you'll get your money back." and Dr Koh kept telling me they look great even though they didn't feel great. i voiced my concern and what i wanted very clearly and one nurse that was there was arguing with me saying she been doing this for 15 yrs blah blah they look great. every one of them was dismissing my concerns. i asked for a corporate number i got the response they don't have corporate number but gave me a business card and said that i could email the office owner but never got around to that. then i go in for my permanent tops and Dr brown from a different location was there that day and i expressed my concerns again to her hoping for a different result before i took my concerns to a higher level and Dr brown was awesome with no hesitation she told me that she was going to get me schedule at her location and fix my bottoms for me.. i will not go back to back to kernersville location!

they canceled my appointment the day of saying that dr black was staying at kernersville location so i called them to schedule a new appointment got one schedule and then on the day of that appointment they called and canceled again saying the dr had to leave early and they would call me to back to set a new one up.. i called today because i havent heard from the since they canceled my appointment 2 weeks ago and they gave me the run around saying they are waiting on the office manager to come back to the office.. they say they guarantee satisfaction with dentures well obviously they dont.. girls are very unprofessional as they hung up on me!

Desired outcome: for them to either redo my bottom partical or refund my money so i can go somewhere else to get it redone

Aspen Dental Broken bridge

Too Whom it may concern.

In 2019 I spent 20k on Linda O'Donnell at Aspen Dental on University Blvd in Bradenton Florida. I had to borrow 10K from my bank to complete the transaction. For what it is worth, I just paid that off in November 2022. I am a 100 percent disabled veteran retired and 80 years of age. My dental needs are covered by the VA because of the disability. Linda's income is $760.00 per month SSCI. They have changed Managers at this location and she is impossible to talk to, She spent so much time defending Aspen that she did not hear a word I said. The bridge in question broke in the center and the center tooth came out. Looing at it from the untrained eye Linda appears to have just one tooth missing. The ends of the bridge are still anchored to the existing teeth that were prepaired to hold the bridge. I was told that I would have to pay and examination fee and x-ray fee before they could do anything. It is my contention that the work performed was sub standard and failed. I have four bridges to replace teeth I was born without. They have been in my mouth for over 40 years. On came loose four years ago and was cemented back in place without any problems. I feel that the fee's they want have been paid with the 20k I have already spent. The treatment at Aspen was very disrespectful. There were only three people in the office and all they had to do was look at Linda and the problem would be appearant to any novice. The manager was rude, it was obvious she would not listen to me so I left.

I sincerely hope that I get a better responce from a caring person at the corporate office. At this point my opinion of Aspen is very poor. I will be happy to offer my opinion of the help that Aspen gave mt to anyone that wants to listen.
Best Regard's

Clyde W O'Donnell

Desired outcome: Effect repair to defective bridge at no cost to me.

Aspen Dental Improve for others

I am a patient of Aspen Dental. My dentist on maternity leave. 3 people worked on me. 3 cavities drilled and filled. They did not give titles. It was frightening. I was told I should use sedation when getting treatment. I am paying out of pocket and am in poverty. I said I don't have insurance. I was told I am disrespectful and they don't really want to give me service in the future... I sent them a payment before my appointment... The check has not been cashed. I was told that is up to cooperate and cooperate policy. I think they hold on to payments to get more interest in the bank... I am 62 my first trip to a dentist was 60 years ago... Bad business practice. Waiting for death when I don't have to deal with rude companies anymore... Let them know please Duluth, MN Haines Road Duluth

Aspen Dental Brandon Green's over charge

Hello, this is Danny Green, my son Brandon Green was overcharged for two cleanings at your Berlin office. The first visit was on October 19th 2022, he was charged 250.00 dollars and the second visit was on November 2nd 2022, he was charged 125.00 dollars.

I've attached both claim statements to my emails showing what he was supposed to be charged. I know you said you needed to see the claim statements to show your corporate office. I was dealing with Natalie, she sent corporate my claim statements.

Not sure why this issue is taking so long to resolve. I started this inquiry with a phone call on November 8th, Natalie was helping me get to the bottom of the overcharge on my son's two cleanings. Apparently the corporate office was going to look at the issue and get back to me in a few weeks. It's been over two months and still not resolved.

I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.
Danny Green

Aspen Dental Paid for services I never received

In July 2019 I went to aspen dental in Bourbonnais Illinois and Dr Seretis, the owner of the Aspen Dental in Boubonnais Illinois gave me an estimate on teeth work that needed to be done in order to keep my teeth and said I do not need dentures. He gave me an estimate of $5800.00. One week later I returned to the Bourbonnais office with $5800.00 cash to start my dental work. I paid for 2 Procelin Vaneers and still to this very day I do not have them in my mouth. I have only seen the Bourbonnias office the day I paid the cash. The whole reason I chose aspen dental is that I traveled between Chicago and Kentucky at least one or two times a month and wanted to have a dentist wherever I may be at the time. I tried seeing other offices but they treat me like [censored] or refuse to see me because this first dentist, Dr Seretis, got paid the almost 6 grand cash and didn't do anything. I understand honestly how the Marion, Illinois office and the Paducah Kentucky office probably feels about the situation, but it is not my fault. I paid the dentist almost 6 grand to fix my teeth because I am a public figure on Facebook and an influencer my post reach over 60k people a day with the same number of people interacting on the posts of which is honestly my looks so my nasty teeth since 2019 is 100 percent representing aspen dental I have been fair and it's been 4 years and I paid the money, there is no dispute what's so ever about that now no aspen dental will see me and I have not got any OG my teeth work that I paid for. Pleased help me as I already escalated this customer satisfaction and they escalated with the original dentist in Bourbonnais Illinois Dr Seretis which is also the owner and also the one I have seen and also the one who took my money and refuses to resolve this issue I have had since 2019. Thank you for your time my phone number is [protected] my name is Rachael Cain and my date of birth is June 4, 1974 and my email is rachcain69#@icloud, com

Again, this is an urgent matter and would appreciate hearing back promptly. My next step is to public post this kind of behavior of three aspen dentists on my fan page. Look me up Rachael Cain public figure, Facebook and will obtain an attorney this week if this is not resolved in a timely manner. Again thank you

Aspen Dental Aspen Dental in Rochester NY

I am a senior citizen, in September of 2022 I went to Aspen Dental because of the great fluff you advertise.

I need to have a tooth pulled and a dental for my lower teeth made to replace the old one. I had a problem understanding the first dentist they put me with and asked for help getting someone else, it took a while but they did put me out in Webster NY. They had stared the dentures already in Irondequoit NY but never completed the work they did on those, so they still weren't right, when the work on the bottoms were completed had nothing but but unhappiness. The tops didn't stay up without a ton of glue which seeped over the dentures and gagged me, the bottoms are so uneven I don't dare smile, and they lift out. From all of the slipping and sliding they do when they are in my mouth my gums are raw from trying to get them back in right. I have never been so dissatisfied, but I'm sure you could claim its from watch and believing in want a company states.

I am sending a letter to Comenity Bank since they forwarded me the money and I truely believe that $4000.00 for the crummy job and the fact that I'll need to go to another dentist to fix this mess.

Thank you

Linda Masetta

Aspen Dental Charged then sent to a credit company without my knowledge

My account number is [protected]

Ellen Mazzeo. I have called on several occasions that last one being in November of 2022. I talked to someone at Aspen Dental Customer Service , a very rude obnoxious person, who told me I needed to pay a bill that I was never given service for. You keep billing me for a Crown for Tooth number 5 that was NEVER DONE THERE>

I sent you proof of payment for any services done at your Jericho turnpike site in Commack, New York and you never got back to me. I sent PROOF of payment and you never get back to me and just sent the bill to A credit agency to collect?

How horrible are you people. That place closed down because the service was horrible. The office manager had no idea what she was doing. I paid for all services PRIOR to any service being done.

You keep telling me that I owe you money and I keep asking you for the PROOF that my tooth number 5 was done at Aspen Dental : WHICH IT WAS NOT!

What do I have to do now ? You have the nerve to send my invoice to collections , to try to ruin my credit. You horrible people have some nerve. I have spoken to customer services on multiple occasions to tell them how awful the service was at that location and NOW your keep sending me a bill for something I never received. INEVER RECEIVED a crown. MY CROWN WAS DONE BY DR> BONNIE HELFNER FOR TOOTH NUMBER 5 .

YOU GET MY INVOICE OUT OF COLLECTIONS NOW OR I AM GETTING A LAWYER> I have already reported you to the better business bureau and I am going further than that.

You people are horrible.

Some with half a brain needs to contact me or I am getting my lawyer.

Desired outcome: I want someone to CALL ME AND RECTIFY THIS SITUATION GET my supposed BILL out of Collections before you ruin my credit score. YOU HORRIBLE PEOPLE Call me immediately upon receipt of this complain [protected]

Aspen Dental Bottom denture with implants

This denture broke 3 times under warranty. They repaired two times. When it broke the third time, I asked for a new set. The tech said,“ well, that’s not going to happen”.
I said your motto is making patients happy. She just shrugged it off. Dr Barton said he would repair this. Well, they broke a fourth time and he said he would make a new set, but o have to pay. I paid half.
Or the new set broke two times. The last time it broke, the tech did a very bad job.

I called her and really teamed her for her better than me attitude. She is an arrogant person that thinks she owns the place. She would not take responsibility for it
I went to Aspen in Hazelton. They requested me to call a manager at munch. She has not returned my call. I need money back so I can get another set
Thank you

Desired outcome: Money back. 3900. For first set and 1900.00 for the replacement set. I will remain in Aspen Dental. Just a new office that showed me common courtesy and sais to get money back from Muncy so I can get new denture. Thank you

Aspen Dental Dental services.

Went to them for a filling and cleaning, got caught up in there in a poor job from the time I step into ther assablishment. Was scheduled for a cleaning and filling, sat for two hours befor they came and got me. They did a scaling, waited agian for the dentist, he started with me got busy with someone else left me sitting for about 30 minutes, came back said he was to busy to help so passed me off to a newly aquired densit, she started they she got called away sat agian for another 30 minutes, the first dentist came back in and said she was too busy so he would be taking back over. Filled my tooth then complained he did not eat yet. They told me I needed a mouth guard an impresson was going to be done but the time did not allow it. Went to check out paid my bill and paid for the mouth guard. Got a new bill three months later with dates I did not even go two and tried billing me for a varnish. Scalling a adult prophisx which by the way is the same thing as when the doctor looks at your mouth counts the teeth and tells the hygenist what needs to be done during your appiontment. Tooth flouride. All of this with two diffrent dates one in which I never even attend. Mouth gurad was not supplied but was in the billing as a cost to me. Tried to settle this with them but they are still wanting me to pay for something I never even recieved. The filling and cleaning I did get along with the flouride treament that I already paid for. They revieved payment from my insurance company for the scalling and they are now trying to bill me for the full amount agian with out taking of the amount my insurance compay has paid them for already. Dont be fooled by thier ads it is all false adversments. Be ware please.

Desired outcome: still fight the billing and services today!

Aspen Dental Paid cash for services I never received

My horrible story began with aspen dental on 07/03/2019. I had an appointment with Seretis Dental LLC, aspen dental 1501 n state route 50, bourbonnais, IL [protected]. I have seen the owner of the Bourbonnis aspen dental office, Dr. Seretis. I explained to him that in my profession I have over 47k fans that my blogs and posts reach each and everyday, therefore the way I look really is a big concern in my career and also something I value a lot and always have since childhood. I also explained that I did not want dentures. He gave me an estimate that day for dental work that would make my teeth look like I had brand-new teeth. The estimate was $5787.00.

On 07/11/2019, I returned to Dr Seretis office with $5687, or cash for them to begin my teeth work. I was fitted for 2 porcelain manners that day and was told to return to a mold or something to that effect.

I chose aspen dental because I traveled from Chicago to Kentucky on the average once or twice a week and wanted to be able to use another location if that situation ever came up. I had a sudden job location near Marion, Illinois. I then went to the Matrion Illinois aspen dental and they refuse to help me because they said the original dentist that I paid cash to needs to handle this chaos, which is 400 miles away from where I am now located. Marion Aspen dental is by far the worse place I have ever in my life, Ben/ this occurred 06/20/2020. I requested a refund at this point by the Bourbonnais and Marion aspen dental, which neither one will give me the cash money that I worked for so I could have services with aspen dental. So another year passes and no aspen dental with work on me even tho I already paid for my serves from the origin dentist in Bourbonna, IL. So another ear passed and now it's 03/18/2023 and finally the aspen dental in paducah Kentucky said they would see me. The owner of that location was a very nice gentlemen and assured me that he get my teeth fixed the way they were supposed to me and look. So I have 3 complaints against three aspen dental at three different locations. I have been more than patient and calm but I have had all un gonna the or say

Desired outcome: i would like them to refund me why total amount im owed which is $5787 thats alot of money for somene to bring in and tell the detist to do

Aspen Dental Over-all service

I was to be an implant patient of the Rib Mountain, Wausau Wisconsin office. My 1st visit was okay until the sales pitch started and the prices just kept escalating, especially since they knew I had credit thru Care Credit as well as insurance, my second visit was supposed to include making a mold for my implant denture, the person who took care of us the first time no longer worked there and the procedures we agreed upon had changed along with the price of course, they couldn't do a mold that day so we rescheduled this appointment for early December 2022, when I called before appointment they had not figured in time for mold for denture again, an appointment for 1/17/2023 was made for 2:30 in afternoon, I arrived for appointment and was told their system lost my appointment and would have to fit me in so I sat down, during this time another patient came in for an appointment and got same treatment, after an hour of sitting, I asked how long and they said I was next up and to pass time talk to another employee about the insurance again and overall cost. I only wanted the bottom denture but they convinced me to get top denture too which I really didn't want, then I was told they couldn't fit me in and scheduled a new appointment in 3 weeks, I was furious, this is third trip and I have to drive over 1 hour to this office in this winter weather for a procedure they never do, they did however take my payment for this procedure and told me it would take 3-4 weeks for reimbursement. I am very disappointed with this office and have made the decision not to get the implants not. Aspen Dental IS NOT what they advertise on T.V towards their customers and your prices for those on fixed incomes are outrageous.

Desired outcome: Need to really rethink how to take care of your patients and make your procedures affordable for everyone.

Aspen Dental Partial dentures

I would like a refund for the poor quality and the unprofessional treatment I received. In the summer of '21 I got an initial review of my x-rays from a previous dentist. I was told that I had to have new ones even though the others were less than a month old. I was told that I needed 16 teeth extracted and a crown and a couple of fillings. I went in to get my extractions and the Dr proceeded to pull the teeth. I had already received the molds of my teeth prior. I was awake of course and I heard the Dr and his assistant say oops bc he had pulled a wrong tooth. So when I put the temporary partials in there was an obvious hole where the wrong tooth pulled should have been. On the way out I was told to come back in six months to finish the process of getting my final set. I was told that I had to have the other work done first. I said I was not told that and the Dr said " oh yes you were". I left being very upset about being called a liar and for no one telling me or apologizing for pulling the wrong tooth. Honestly I was afraid to go back but last summer '22 I decided I had to finish bc I called and told them that my bottom partial had broken in two. Also I had to remove them to eat bc I could not chew with them in. So reluctantly I made an appointment and was pleased to see the previous dentist was gone. I finished up the work and got my final set the day before Thanksgiving. Shortly after that my crown had come off and was gone. Just when I was going to call life started getting in my way. My sister in law passed away 3 days before Christmas. In the 1st week of December my husband and I contracted Covid despite having taken all precautions. I was then set to call in early January and my younger brother was taken to the ER and was taken off life support after 5 days. He was transferred to a better hospital and he remains there today after having a brain bleed drained last night.

I still cannot chew with my partials in and now they don't fit bc of the missing crown. I am a senior on a fixed income albeit with pretty good insurance. I cannot afford any more dental work that was the result of shoddy workmanship to start with. And I am not pleased with how "fake" they look. Please let me know if I can be helped. I'm sure this is not the standard of service that you intend to provide.

Dr. T is the dentist I had the disrespect from and the mistake that cost me a perfectly good tooth.

Thank you. Maryann Ozella

Peoria Illinois. Glen Hollow Branch.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund, " I'd appreciate a response " and an apology from corporate would be nice.

I went to the office yesterday at 1679 NW Saunt Lucie West Blvd. and asked them if they accept that insurance and was told that they do not accept that insurace. This is something new from this year and maybe they are not aware of the changes made on medicare dental insurance. Please let me know if they are unaware if the changes or you realy do not accept medicare Advatage insurance and in that case you should contact the insurance company and have them remove you as provider to avoid confusion foe the consumer. Aspen Dental Stillwater aspen dental!

In good faith we were told that Aspen dental was a great place to get a beautiful smile, so we left our dentist and went to aspen. Things were ok for a while but then the appt that they made for my daughter for 2 appts for a consultation, both of them were on the days that they were not open! We made appts on Nov 10 for all 3 of us! But before I go on I just want to say that we had 4 other friends and workers go all the way there for appts to find that they had been canceled or wrong days but have the appt card. For example, saying June something and they tell them that's it's in July! They drove 1 1/2 hours to Ur place to find out that they have canceled appts but do not call! So back to me and my family we call the day before our appt to them saying that my husband and daughter have appts but not me! I went down any way the next day! They said that I didn't have an appt but had all our appts on card with us! I'm the only 1 that is having a lot of work done on my teeth! There is so much more to write But I really would like to talk to some there! I have a partial plate that is not finished, and my smile looks like a jack-o-lantern! I no that sounds funny but its not funny to me! I love to smile BUT I HATE MY smile! The dentist and people that work in the back are awesome BUT that front desk is a joke, nasty and incompetent. They said that there would be no name calling

in this office! My hubby told them that U just called us a liar and we are standing there with our appt cards and telling me that I don't have an appt and that I'm not in the system. They also said they didn't know how I got the card! I showed the girl that she was the 1 that gave me the card and she said she didn't because if she had there would have been a check beside the name! How come I have the appt from her! Thank U For taking the time to read this! Patty Qualey [protected]
