No beef gravy and cold butter packages
At 9:30 am today my double cheese pot roast sandwich came with No beef gravy. I was told they don't serve the gravy until 11am. I would have ordered something else had I known this. They serve nearly frozen butter for the biscuits, it was still hard and cold on the biscuit by the time we finished our meal.
Desired outcome: Serve butter that is room temperature so we can eat the biscuits. Never serve a sandwich without the beef gravy.

I took my son to dinner, he had Mac and cheese and broccoli and I had chicken and noodle. Our food was cold, my food was supposed to come with biscuits (never got them) the waiter never asked if we wanted anymore to drink and brought our bill before asking if we wanted dessert and 5 minutes later he comes back and asks if we want to go boxes. (So Rude) I felt rushed the whole time. Never eating there again

Was seated around 330 pm the server got us a beverage. We waited 15 minutes for our waitress to take our order because it was a shift change. We waited 30 minutes for the food ..after waiting that long expected the food to hot and fresh. It was far from it. Had ask potatoes to crispy.. cold and half cooked. Sausage pattie cold ad dried out. sauage gravy watery. My eggs were warm cooked to temp. And Bisque cold had been settling out some where. Coffee was cold had to ask for another cup. After waiting so long for food I expected it to be fresh and hot. Not cold. ...my friend had a sandwich and mac&cheese cold. The check totaled 27.50 dollars. The restaurant was 1760 hill rd the date was 3/19/22

Saturday, march 19, 2022 my party (only 3 of us) went to the bob evans in chantilly, va. We were there approximately between and 2 and 2:30 pm for lunch. The place was not busy and 5 service people were working, plus the on-duty manager. We sat 10 minutes before the manager came over. She asked if we were helped yet. She walked away and sent over a young man. We placed our order. I noticed later on that our food was ready. I timed how long it would take somebody to get our food. In the meantime the manager sent our waiter to another area to sweep the floor and clean off tables. The manager (t.C.) finally brought over our food. We complained that it was cold and she said "im sorry" and walked off. We never saw her again, however, I did ask to speak to her and she was not available at the moment, I seriously doubt I will ever hear from bob evans corp. Office. stopped for dinner at bobevans on maple ave. zanesville, ohio 03/04/2022 around 5:30 pm. was seated quickly and the server brought us menus and ask us what we wanted to drink. when we placed our order, it was 20 to 25 min. later when we got our order. my wife's order was western omelet w/ hollandaise sauce. the hollandaise sauce was missing. my order was farmers choice, eggs over easy, home fries, ham, sausage gravy and biscuits, I also ask for some table salt,which I know you no longer supply at the tables, but you have in carry-out plastic ware and butter and honey for the biscuits. there was no hollandaise sauce,no butter or salt and pepper. server said she would get them for us.10 to 15 min. later recieved the hollandaise and butter , no salt or pepper. the hollandaise sauce looked like melted butter and was told that it was the new sauce supplied from corp. It was not hollandaies sauce and had no taste. It was nasty. by the time I got to eat my sausage gravy , it was cold and so were the eggs . was told that the general manager would only allow 2 servers at dinner time and 2 servers cannot if the dinning room is busy. I don't belive we will be dinning at bob evans in zanesville, ohio in the future until there are some changes made!

I went to Bob Evans in Big Rapids Mi to get some food for my husband and myself, and it's a good thin we took it back to our hotel room or there would of been a seen, my husbands sole was cold and bad tasting, his mac and cheese was crusty and dry, mashed potato dry and crusty, I ordered turkey and dressing turkey was rubbery, stuffing was dry also and crusty, everything was just bad, will never come back again, expecting to eat something and we are still hungry, I would like my money back. $21.92

Bob Evans Sausage Egg and Cheese Croisant
I recently purchased a box of your Bob Evans Sausage and Egg Cheese Croisant Sandwiches. I was shocked at the size of the sausage pattie. It is literally 1/2 the size of the other brands that I have been purchasing and your product is substantially more expensive. I'm sorry I spent the money and got what I got, or should I say didn't get what I expected.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of the purchase price.
Product: bob evans family size mac and cheese
I purchased a Family Size Bob Evans Mac and Cheese last week. Expiration date of 2/8/2022. I put it in the Microwave for 4 minutes per instructions. I remove the plastic and stirred the mac and cheese. It looked milky and 2 pieces of the macaroni had a green color to it. Very gross! Almost like green mold. I enjoy the mac and cheese and also the variety of your mash potatoes. I always enjoy going to your restaurants. Very good food and very courteous servers. Being partially cooked, I wasn't taking it back to the store.
I can text the pictures I took of it. Can't seem to transfer the pictures to my computer in order to email.
You make a quality product. I know every once in a while mistakes happen. Could have even been a part of another product. I just know I wasn't taking a chance eating it.
Desired outcome: I would like the product I purchased replaced. That is only reasonable. Thank you for this opportunity.
My last visit to Portsmouth, Ohio Bob Evans
Myself and two co-workers went to our local Bob Evans for lunch. We arrived at 12:10 PM on 02/16/2022 and at 12: 45 we still had not been served our meals. We only get 1 hour for lunch so I ask our waitress what the hold up was. And she told me pointing to our food sitting under the heat lamps that she would bring right out to us. I told her we had to get back to work and to please pack it up to go. When we got back to the office we unpacked our lunches to try and eat in between our patient's and we had no forks or spoons to eat with, no salad dressing and of coarse it was cold. Each of our bills was over $12.00 and we feel as if we just through our money in the trash because that is where the food had to go. I am not a complainer however the past several visits I have made to the Portsmouth, Ohio Bob Evans have not been good experiences.
Desired outcome: We would like to have a refund.

We thought we had purchased BE Sour Cream and Chives mashed potatoes. Didn’t notice the difference until we pulled backed the plastic cover after the first stage of heating, only to discover it was macaroni and cheese. We enjoyed the macaroni but thought you should know there was a mix-up. We are attaching two photos, one showing a Best by Date with code and the bar code on the package in case you want to track down the facility where the mistake was made.
Desired outcome: That this type of mistake not be repeated.

Delivery service
Placed an order at Bob Evans online for delivery, our food never arrived. Called the location (Tuttle Crossing in Columbus Ohio) and was told that it had been picked up by Doordash and that no information was available regarding when or who from Doordash picked up the order. No reference number was provided. The Bob Evans order number meant nothing to Doordash so we were unable to track the order to find out to whom it was delivered. The manager at this location was very rude and expressed no desire to help other than to say that once the order is picked up its out of their hands. This seems like a fatally flawed way of keeping track of deliveries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Doordash did not place the order, so the order is not complete until the food has been delivered to its final destination and Bob Evans is responsible for the actions of those they choose to subcontract for delivery up to the point at which the delivery is complete.
Simultaneous complaints will be filed with the BBB and the Ohio Attorney General Consumer Protection Section.
Desired outcome: Fix your delivery service or cease to offer the option.

The removal of waffles and grits from the menu
One of my favorite things to do is get breakfast at Bob Evan, however I have been very disappointed in my last few visits. I have always loved being able to get a order of grits to accompany my breakfast order but starting this past summer was told due to the shortages in the supply chain that grits were not available at that time. This morning on my visit to our local restaurant in Ohio I was very let down to find out that grits and waffles have now been removed from the menu. I can get eggs and toast at several restaurants in our area, what set your establishment apart was being able to get something they don't have that I love for breakfast. When you eliminated the fried mush I was upset but at least I was still able to get grits but now I feel like the menu no longer represents the Bob Evans I grew up with and loved and always looked forward to eating at.

I had been at my neighborhood Bob Evans on Friday Jan 7, 2022 when I walked to the rest room before leaving. The floor outside the restrooms was wet and I fell. Someone had mopped the floor and there was NO wet floor sign to caution people. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE CAME TO HELP ME, SEE IF I WAS HURT OR NEEDED MEDICAL ATTENTION! The employees KNEW something happened because a customer and and her daughter had entered the restaurant and asked me if i was ok. Upon entering the restroom, there was a woman at the sink wearing a name tag. I asked her if she was a Manager, she answered yes. I told her the floor was wet and that I had fallen and that there was no Wet Floor Sign. She replied that "there should be a sign by the door" I told her there was no sign outside the restroom doors where the floor had been mopped and was wet. She left the restroom, not another word was said to me. No concern whatsoever. I called the corporate number and left a message that afternoon asking for a call back. No reply. With all the OSHA training that is required/recommended, I would think a Manager would set the example for the employees to follow. I am soon to be 60 y/o and luckily didn't break any bones But, I shudder to think if the elderly ladies that were sitting across the isle from me had been the one to fall the outcome could have been drastically life changing.

Original mashed potatoes and family style macaroni and cheese.
At christmas I purchased a family sized macaroni and cheese containers. Both had green mold growing in them. I was disappointed but hoped it was a 1 time fluke.
Tonight I bought 2 family sized original mashed potatoes containers and BOTH had black mold spots on them while one was hslf orange on one side. Gross. Ill have to stop buying bob evas
