Lost a customer for life
3 times my orders have been delivered from the romulus michigan restaurant missing parts of my order. Also definitely not tasting like normal high standards...really gone down hill. And I'm actually asked to go out to the store and pick up missing items. Umm hello I'm sitting here try to eat and feed my family now. My weekly tradition will go else where
Refund for order
Placed a large breakfast order on 12/23 for $62.98. Then was told the payment was only good for that day pick-up. we needed the breakfast ready on 12/26. So that order was stopped and was told we would be refunded. Placed a new 12/26 order that was paid when picked up. Have spoken to the manager at store #0154 twice and the refund has still not been processed.

I preordered my meal for Christmas on 12/21/21 for pick up on Dec.24/21 at 12:30 PM. I waited 45 minutes for my meal, and when I took it to my car I checked the order the soup and cran relish was not in the bag. Is to whom it may concern, II am writing this to Em is to inform you of one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant . On Friday Christmas Eve I Eve I called your Canton location on Lesh Road, To place an order to be picked up at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. I arrived at 4 o'clock to pick up my order and after waiting in line for 15 to 20 minutes, I was told that my order was lost and they couldn't find it. I proceeded to explain what I ordered a family meal for 4 with 2 sides. They still couldn't find my order. The cashier said I said I will get you a manager. So I stood and waited while she took care of 2 more customers, And finally spoke up to her and ask her are you getting me a manager or not? She then proceeded to get a manager. He asked me what my order was and I explained to Hi explained to him and he said we will put it right in for you ahead of ahead of the other people. After waiting about 15 more minutes, The cashier brought a bag with my food and it's stating that They were out of rolls. I ask her how long till you will have rolls and was told 4 minutes. I waited sehe's awaited several more minutes saw the rules come out and still no one took it upon themselves to take care of my order. Finally she said OK we have your rolls here's your order. I took my order home and we opened it and my wife had to put the food in the microwave because it was cold. Also I ordered the turkey dinner and there was no cranberry cocktail with his cocktail with it. So in a nutshell I spent $35 for a meal that was cold and I had to wait another extra hour to get. Very rude service not happy with that restaurant anymore. I feel as though the least you can do as refund my money as it was a horrible experience and meal. On December 23rd, I went into a Bob Evans in Defiance, Oh, only to find a line of customers waiting for tables. I registered and the attendant said it will be approximately 20 minutes for a table for 2. After 20 minutes, I inquired as to the status and I was informed that they only had one cook and they could only service 5 tables at any given time. So the 20 other people joining me awaiting for a table were in for a wait. I then heard one of the waitress say "you should have been here last night. The manager of the store came out and asked if any of the customers would like a job, as they needed another cook in the kitchen." What kind of a facility are you running? There is only one cook, but there are seven or eight other employees just roaming around. You mean to tell me that you couldn't reassign some of those idle employees to help in the kitchen? What poor management of such a nice facility. Someone needs to go in there and clean house and start out with a new staff of employees. Needless to say, I was short of time and left as I could no longer wait. One couple said they had been waiting almost 40 minutes. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME
Desired outcome: Appropriate customer service with some training on how to handle such situations, without telling the entire world what their problem is and was

Christmas Dinner - The rolls are stale
The pumpkin bread label expiration date is 12.22.2021.
I purchased the Thanksgiving Festival Meal and did not receive
any cranberry sauce and the rolls were stale.
The food was very good. That's why I purchased it again for
Christmas.
If you could work it somehow to get more macaroni & cheese
instead of all those string beans would be great.
Although, I don't think I will be purchasing anymore Festival Meals.

I am very upset that Bob Evans restaurants have removed waffles off the menu. This happened during the pandemic. I do not understand. At the BOB Evans that I go too, waffles were a favorite. I realize that Waffle mix was difficult to obtain for a while. Waffles can be made out of pancake mix. I have tried the french toast and did not like it. I cannot eat a lot of eggs as I am allergic to eggs. I am not a huge fan od pancakes. Please reconsider and put waffles back on the menu. Thank you for time.

Thanksgiving farm feast
My daughter ordered and paid in avanced 101.00 for this meal. We have had it other times for thanksgiving and were very pleased with it. When she paid for it, she told the cashier she needed to pick it up the night before thanksgiving around 7:30pm, she had to be at work at 8:00am on thanksgiving.A very close friend of hers from another country was going to have his first thanksgiving dinner in the u.S. With us. After working a ten hour day she came home to finally enjoy thanksgiving. Any other farm feast we have ordered in the past the turkey was cooked and sliced. Not this time, it was in a bag, wasn't sliced, wasn't cooked. If a turkey is cooked it wouldn't be pink. Almost 2.5 hours later it was cooked ready to eat. We all sat down grateful to be able to enjoy are meal. Everything was going good until i pulled what i thought was a small bone and i just set it aside and continued to enjoy the meal. Next, our guest pulled something out of his mouth, it was a piece of plastic. What i had put aside after looking at it, it to was a small piece of plastic. I ended up with 4 pieces of plastic that were found in the mash potatoes. It ended up that we had at least 6 to 7 pieces of plastic from one mash potato container. These plastic pieces range in size from a dime to at least 1 inch long. Needless to say, the mash potatoes were found to be less appealing. God forbid if one of us swallowed these plastic pieces. Going back to the night she went to pick up the dinner, she called from the parking lot to have them bring it out. When she did call the person on the phone told her it couldn't be picked up tonight only on thanksgiving. She told the person she had made special arrangements to pick it up in the evening due to work. They asked her if she had a confirmation number which she said yes, it's on my phone. An older man came out looked at her phone and went inside to get her meal. When he came out, he put it in the back seat, she told him to wait, she wanted to check it, his response was you do whatever you want with it, waved his arm as to brush her off and went inside. No thank you, no have a good night, or a happy thanksgiving, nothing. She checked the bag and found that she was missing a dozen of dinner rolls.So she went inside to get them, came back to the car and said they didn, t even say they were sorry. We have never had a problem with bob evans, that wasn't resolved to are satisfaction. But not this, the manager at this bob evans in montrose ohio off of route 18, said he couldn't give us a full refund, but he would give us another container of mash potatoes, and a dozen of rolls. He broke down and offered a 25.00 gift card, but it just felt like a slap in the face. What if one of us would have swallowed a piece of the plastic maybe it could have done some kind of harm to are throat are even are intestines. That would have cost more than the meal itself. As a family, we have been going to this bob evans for over 30 years. Some of the waitresses, have known us for a long time too. It seems to me this manager doesnm't care to much about his customers. He is not friendly, or people oriented and lacks good customer service. We still feel that we should get a full refund considering, what happened, what could have happened, and ruining are thanksgiving dinner. By the way we do have a snack bag with the plastic pieces. Maybe they should check the beaters before using them.

Pork Sausage Links (Maple)
Picked up your product at our local Meijer grocery. We normally use Johnsonville Breakfast Sausage but thought we would try yours as it was on sale and it was supposedly maple flavor.
Not only did it not have the eye appeal it lacked any type of maple flavor.
I don't know if this was an isolated package but doubt that I would buy it again.

I picked up an order on thanks giving day, hoping for a great meal. Instead i found almost no turkey in the container and the little that was, very very salty. I could not possibly enjoy this meal .Other components were also salty. It seems to me that your employees concentrated more on getting the orders done, than the quality of the food itself. Ordered meal through app today 11/15/2021 close to 6 pm . When I picked it up because she said dressing was already on the salad I never checked it . When I got homes not only was salad dressing not on salad but it was not in the bag . When I Called in to complain they hung up on me ! Also the pie I ordered looked like it was rolled around and smashed before packaged

Letting people ahead of us for sitting
My wife and I went to the bob Evans store in Mayfield Ohio on 11/14/2021 at 11:30 am. My wife put our names down to be seated. Two white men came in and they were automatically put ahead of us and some other people. One gentleman confronted the lady who was doing the sitting and clearly explained that they have been waiting and those guys who just came were suppose to get behind the line. Although the way she treated them it seems ther is a relationship there. So the scheduler capitulated and started sitting people in order. Once it came to us, she decided to sit the other guys first instead of us and another couple. When she came back I questioned her on this move and she just blew it off. If this is how bob Evans operates in the year 2021 then the racial issues that are plaguing our country will never be resolved. This must end, and if you do condone this behavior then myself and my many business associates will not patronize your restaurant ever again.

We went to Port Charlotte Bob Evans on Tamiami trail on Oct 22 in the afternoon. We ordered and waited over an hour and they told us the computer crashed or some bs and wrote the order and it was the worst food I have ever eaten in a restaurant and we will never be back my name is Scott Freeland and my number is +[protected]. the last couple of times i purchased this productwhen i form a patty and fry it it falls crumbles.bob evans is the only brand of sausage i buy and i have never had this problem before.the only information i have is the bar code from the last roll which is [protected].i have been buying and using bob evans sausage for a long time and it always stays firm when i make a patty and fry it.
Chicken Noodle Soup at the location on W Tuscarawas street in Canton, Ohio.
This was the worst chicken noodle soup I have ever tasted. Apparently they have changed the noodles they use and it was like slimy soup. They previously used the noodles that looked homemade like Reames frozen noodles. In addition to the horrible noodles there wasn't any flavor at all. Never again will we eat at a Bob Evans. Everything we have eaten there in the last 6 months tasted like garbage. Such a shame because at one time they were great!

In person order for take out dinners
ON 10/19/2021 around 2:05 pm, I stopped at the Bob Evans in Jackson Ohio to purchase 2 dinners for take out, plus a pecan pie, I ordered the FORK-TENDER POT ROAST and the SLOW-ROASTED TURKEY & DRESSING, we got it home both orders looked as if it was thrown into the covered tray, gravy coming from under the lid, the carrots were uncooked, the trukey had no cranberries, must have been 20 soup spoons not other utensils or napkins both meals were very sloppy and unpresentable to anyone, the lid on the pie was broken, I carried the food in the bag as it was handed to me and put it in the seat of my vehicle and drove home I used a gift card there is no reason for this poor service. I am getting more and more frustrated with BOB Evans restaurants the food and service is very poor.

Macaroni and Cheese
My husband came home late from the grocery store with store made chicken and Bob Evans Mac and Cheese. It used to be a go to for quick suppers but last night, it smelled funny, my husband said it tasted fine (he'll eat anything!) but I almost puked after a couple of bites. When I said it tasted curdled, it was WWII as if I accused him of messing up the reheat! Thanks Bob Evans for ruining my dinner and maybe my marriage with your vomit inducing, fake expiration Mac & Cheese!

I ordered the family meal and when I arrived to pick it up I went to the door that was supposed to be out and I could hear the staff say duh. Kinda left me debating whether or not to proceed in to get my order or just leave.
Totally disappointed with staff I should have said something when. I went inside but I was so angry I didn't think it was appropriate.
