I stopped by the location in Springdale Ar on 71b. We ordered a double Bacon cheeseburger, a Bacon king meal and a kids meal.. The made my Bacon king wrong but refused to ask to have it fixed after already having to take the double Bacon back. I watched the manager on the kitchen slap the Burger together.. Almost forget to put the Bacon on again, and you could tell by looking at the Burger she was annoyed with having to fix what she messed up in the first place.. Angel.. The person that took our order was the only person behind that counter that acted in any way professional.. I will not come back to this location and will let others know.. I hope something can be done about the poor manangment at this location.
additional charges
While reviewing receipt, noticed a charge for onions. Questioned the charge and was told they now charge for onions and tomatoes. Advised the worker to remove the onions because they could be added at home. Got home and noticed fries were in bag instead of the ordered onion rings. Complaint is mainly with the charge for onions. If a large order was placed, the customer would not readily pick up on the extra charge. Thinking this is bad customer relations on burger king. If they do want to charge for onions, tomatoes, etc., it should be noticed somewhere, OR, while the customer is placing the order, the cashier should mention the charge. A while back, this burger king tried to do this same practice, but worse. They also hid the ketchup and napkins forcing the customer to ask for these items. That did not last too long. Filled out the survey form on the receipt with the request to respond to my complaint, but, of course, no one has responded. That was a week or so ago. Figured no one would be contacting me, so decided to voice complaint here to you. Please look into this matter because I just don't think this is fair to customers who are not picking up on all the extra charges.

We purchased two combos (crispy chicken sandwich bacon burger)and an extra grilled chicken sandwich, when we got home, y som opened his sandwich to find a burnt piece of crispy chicken. The fries were brown and hard as rock. It's frustrating to pay 20 bucks for food that's burnt because employees are too lazy to change the grease accordingly. We took the food back and they remade it with an attitude just to get more burnt food. No matter how many they cook it in the same old grease it's going to come out dark and nasty. These chains are getting ridiculous due to the lack of having half decent employees. Will not be returning to purchase food from Burger King again.
whopper
I purchased a whopper meal from Burger King located at 3648 Virginia Beach Blvd. Virginia Beach Va today through the drive thru. I got home and was eating my sandwich when I felt something hard poke me in the roof of my mouth. I then spat the food out and I found a finger nail in my sandwich. I called back to Burger King and spoke with a manager named Veanna who advised me that I would need to bring the sandwich back up to the store for her to do anything to compensate me. So not only was I inconvenienced by finding a finger nail in my sandwich, I then had to pack up the food to drive it back to the store. Veanna refunded me for the sandwich alone. When I asked for the corporate number to file a complaint she advised me that they are a franchise named Lionheart and that there was no corporate number. Veanna did provide me with a [protected] number which I attempted to call but didn't get an answer. I've never been so grossed out and angry with the service and lack of customer appreciation.
Treatment of staff
The GM of store #16283 has 2 active cases right now for threatening staff.. Case # 17-13362 and case # 17-13387. Police were even called in for "riot control" because the of it. The GM even comes in on her day off to harass staff. The owner of this franchise location is aware and lets it go on!
Staff had not been being paid correct wages for the last 5 months. GM, district manager and owner were all aware and refused to fix it. Staff contacted the labor board and were subject to a relailtory discharge.

The store in rock hill sc on heckle blvd needs to be shut down.i order a whooper toasted buns for both whooper and whooper jr. On the whooper jr no tomatoes on it. new chicken sandwich
The new Chicken sandwich is tiny. Not worth the $7 I payed for it. The meat did not even cover the bottom bun. It was rushed out like it had been sitting for a while. You can see by the color that it did not look fresh. One tiny piece of lettuce. The bun was all soggy from sitting for to long. I would have been better off getting the $1 chicken sandwich. Needless to say I was not happy and already back to work before I seen it. I shouldnt have to inspect it at the restaurant.

In the drive thru at a new store in el mirage, az. Ordered a lg coke, when told the amount my passenger commented "that's high" ($3.29) the young, very rude female employee said, "you can go to mcdonald's then!" i asked for the manager and same employee said, "are you for reals?" after asking again for a manager a girl named hannah came to the window. I could hear the first employee in the back yelling about the "###ing ### at the window". When i told hannah what happened she stared at me. Made no comment, offered no excuse or explanation or apology, just looked at me.
For a brand new store this is the absolute worst customer service i've ever had anywhere.
didn't receive my purchase
I went through the drive through at the Burger King located in German Town MD & ordered a hot dog, 5 piece mozzarella, 1 medium vanilla shake and a large diet doctor pepper. They told me the mozzarella wasn't ready and asked me to park around the side and they would bring the rest of my meal. Originally they only gave me the shake. Then later they came with the bag containing the hot dog and mozzarella. Getting distracted by the having to pull around front I didn't notice that they didn't give me my large diet doctor pepper. This is upsetting not just because the receipt reflects that I paid for a product that I never received but because I really wanted that drink and it's to far tonight to go all the way back. But what you should know is that this is the second time this has happened at this location. I also use the Burger King on shady grove md and they never make me wait or pull around and wait and they never forget to give me the products that I paid for. Perhaps you should have some folks retrained our provide some coaching to the manager. after all they could be hurting your brand reputation if I'm not a one off situation. Upon arriving through the drive thru at store # 19650 i stated my order which was quite simple and had to repeat it a second time and then correct her to a third time whereas it was finally correct. We told the girl at the speaker what sauces we wanted ( just 2) and that we wanted two sprites with the value meals. When we get to the window we are handed two 'cokes' instead of sprite? i reminded her of the sauces and when she handed me the food bags i asked her if the sauces were in the bag. She assured me they were. I glanced in and noticed we were missing one large french fry? they get it and we leave. We get to our destination and we unload the bag only to discover no sauces and now my daughter has to eat a 10 piece chicken nugget with no sauce. Is working at burger king that hard? seriously four mistakes in a 3-person drive-thru order? they weren't even busy. It was after the lunch crowd at 2:30 pm and there was only us and one other car there. We pay decent money and just want what we order? not to difficult is it? maybe retrain people. They shouldn't be working the drive-thru unless they have proved themselves with speed and accuracy. We ordered 2 whoppers with cheese, 2 fries, 2 sprites, one 10 pc. Nugget and a large fry. Pretty simple. Order #60 on 5-11-17 merchant number [protected]. Would like a partial refund for my aggravation.
extremely rude customer service
The drive thru worker at the camas/washougal store cussed at me and then proceeded to flip me off when I drive away. He was a bigger guy with glasses. Very rude! I will NEVER return to another Burger King again after that! I pulled up to the drive thru to order and he was extremely rude from the get go. I can not believe how horrible the service was! I was so insulted I left without my food. My 3 year old daughter is in the car and repeated his cuss word. This is outrageous! I have been ringing the New Zealand Burger King head office customer service line since Friday leaving messages and now it's wednesday. Left messages everyday and no one has returned any calls. Now my complaint is about not been able to get through to the head office with my complaint. It's very frustrating and unprofessional.
They obviously don't care about their customers. I can't get through so I'm trying to contact the head office in the US or Australia.

It seemed to have been left under that light too long. When I ate half of it I could not eat any more. That evening I became sick to my stomach. This is not the only time things like that has happened. We did eat breakfast there every morning. We stopped that when the biscuits we ordered were either not what we had ordered or completely cold and we would have to have them re-heat them. There were several of us that met there each morning and slowly one by one they have left. The people at the front do not seem concerned if anything is wrong and the people in the back are too busy laughing/talking or throwing things at each other.
the quality of food.
I just went to my local Burger King, and had by far the worst meal of my life. The fries were so old they had a bitter after taste and the whopper was old, cold and sloopy. I understand it's a deal 2 for $10 but I just wasted $10 dollars because I had to throw the food away. I love Burger King. But after today don't think I will be going back. Just because the meal is cheap does not mean you give customers old food. I'm so disappointed and angry.

Very poor customer service. It seemed that remay was in a bad mood as well as her manager. Sometimes I wonder if its even worth going to bk at all. The food was cold. I waited 10 minutes and I had to deal with the most unpleasant folks ever. This never happens at a mcdonalds! I take it that bk just doesn't care about their business. The only reason I would that this burger king (Store#6391) is sill in business is because of its socio-economic surroundings. I am shocked that the owner or general manager allows people with very poor people skills to work there. It's not the first time bk#6391 has been rude to their customers. I should have done mcdonalds instead. There at least I would get friendlier staff who treats me with professional courtesy. I am done with burger king altogether.
lack of communication
I'm very frustrated as nothing has happened for me about my recent "on the job" experience since the 28th of March, it is now the 5th may and all I wanted was the outcome. Whether it be a yes a no a maybe. I really didnt mind. I was a regular customer and keen applicant but I'm getting frustrated of getting mucked around. Its unprofessional and downright outrageous. I was put with a team of lovely people and if they felt I didn't put much work into it they're wrong. All I did was learn which is what we do everyday. It was my first time using equipment i was not familiar with and I'm not going to get everything perfect within a couple of hours. I'm very appauled at the lack of communication and the lack of respect the Burger King managers have shown.

We went to the Burger King at 2330 E Hwy 501 Conway SC 29526 ph# [protected] this afternoon around 7:30pm. First of all, immediately when we walked in we knew the AC was not working because it was terribly hot inside. We decided to stay and go ahead and order our food (mind you, we were the only customers in the store) The manager took our order. My husband asked him was the AC broken, well, he and everyone else there failed to aknowledge we were talking and my husband asked him this 4 times before he answered yes it was broken. We paid for our food and was waiting for it to be served so I proceeded to get our drinks, well, there were NO regular drinks in any of the machines so we asked (numerous times before we were acknowledged) were there any drinks? The manager said "no we are all out of regular drinks we only have the flavored drinks. Then he proceeds to turn his back to us and continue his conversation he is having with staff about the schedule they are working. They are discussing their schedule and ignoring us while we are standing there trying to get some drinks. At this time, my husbands sandwich is slid across the tray from in the kitchen when the manager tells the lady that prepared it that this is not a double whopper because it is not big enough, he slides it back to her and tells her to check it to see if all the ingredients is on it, she picks it up and proceeds to open the wrapper (with NO gloves on and long painted fingernails) and lifts the bun up with her fingers and looks inside. Well, when I saw this, that was it. I demanded our money back immediately. The manager turns around to face us and without hesitation or a word at all, tells the lady to throw the sandwich in the trash that we want our money back. She hollered out that she weren't throwing that sandwich in the trash. The manager turns around and comes to the register where we are standing and proceeds to give us our money back. Not ONCE id he apologize or even ask us what was wrong or ANYTHING.
That manager has no care for this Burger King what so ever if you ask me and there was not the first person I could see in that kitchen preparing food wearing gloves. That was just pure nasty in my opinion. We will NEVER grace the doors of that Burger King again and I would be pure ashamed in knowing my store was being ran like that.

On April 06, 2017 Marie A. Thompson went through a drive through to get a new sandwich offering. The picture on the board looked very appetizing, however what I received for my almost $6.00 was not. This took pace in Gresham, OR at a BK located in a Dick's Sport Store mall on Division Street at approximately 2:45 pm.
The sandwich was obviously way over cooked and mutilated. Please make this right.

On May 2nd and May 1st I had went the Burger King they're on Stark Street 110 Stark Street store number is 1424 phone number is [protected] on the 1st and the 2nd I had bought the two cheeseburger mail for 329 and on the cheeseburgers it was supposed to be no cheese extra ketchup or mustard on the first day May 1st it was 4:30 in the afternoon when I got my order the fries were cold or lukewarm and the cheeseburgers with her supposed to be hamburgers had ketchup or mustard on them but ketchup mustard on the hamburger it was on the wrapper and when I opened it up and got all of my hands my clothes the whole nine yards took pictures and on May 2nd I went in at 12:30 order the same thing this time I got two cheeseburgers and the ketchup and mustard was all over there I'm at the hospital I have family having surgery and everything I don't like ketchup and mustard all over my clothes and I showed these pictures to the manager David and he says to me that won't happen these won't look like that hand in my bag and while i was driving down the road to stick my hand in the bag the fries hot that was good I get to pull my hamburger out it's a cheeseburger and it's got ketchup and mustard worse then the day before now I don't know if there's a problem with the ketchup and mustard dispensers but and it seems did not have any time help or sympathy it was just to get me out of the drive-thru and that's what I thought very very very bad customer service rudeness me and my family eat at Burger King LOL but to get that kind of service and that kind of food was uncalled for disrespect I would like some results out of this my number is [protected] and yeah I'm going to post it on Facebook about how not to go to that Burger King Hydra still I'm not getting no results and you leave me know reason not to say anything to the public about how you want to eat ketchup and mustard on everything and disrespect of the management
