Today 5/1/17 I went to the franchise of your store in walmart on 192nd in vancouver washington. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich because your advertisements made it sound so good. When I finally got my sandwich the patty was not only too hot to eat, that it burned the inside if my mouth, the patty was way overcooked, rock hard, the meat inside was dried out and it had a burnt rancid taste to it. I went to the counter and informed the cashier that it was the worst sandwich I had ever had there and told her why, she did not offer me any thing, not another product or even a refund.
Then an extremely, rud, e vulgar mouthed customer started screaming at me for taking my sandwich back! Your manager came out and asked what was wrong and what sandwich I had and I told her, all she said with a tone in her voice "well I can't believe that I had one of the crispy chicken sandwich earlier and mine was fine." well mine wasnt.! No offer of another sandwich or even a refund!. Of all the nerve! Needless to say I took to the internet and went public about your store at this location, to yelp and the bbb. I have never been treated this way ever in any fast food establishment. I was actually looking forward to that sandwich. So I took the sandwich up to the counter so they could see what I was talking about. It took me hours to get that rancid taste out of my mouth. I think this manager needs to be reprimanded but also dismissed she has zero customer service skills and is going to continue to anger more of the public. My husband and I were shocked that we were not even offered a refund let alone a different menu item.
croissan'wich
We ordered 2 for breakfast and scrambled eggs. Paid over 9 bucks for something we couldn't even eat. The egg tasted like fake eggs or plastic. The croissan which was. It even hot. Nastiest breakfast I have ever tried the bread of the croissant was soggy nasty! It made me sick to my stomach! Almost forgot our eggs service was horrible also. Over all horrible experience.

Good afternoon, I went for the breakfast crossant at BK-66 Eddie Dowling HWY in N.S., RI- [protected], I've been going there for ever, but on my last 2 occasions the egg on the crossant was about an 1/8th thick, and it didn't cover the bun even, so I went to our other BK in Woon, RI, 02895- at 293 Social St., Woon. RI, 02895. There they still make their crossant egg sandwich with the egg folded think like on the pictures on the windows. So I told the first place about the difference in egg crossant sandwich to the second place. If your going to go that cheap, please change the pictures on the windows showing a nice folded over egg sandwich. Vegetarians like that egg & cheese on the crossant, but the way they are making them now at the place in N.S. is so rediculas, and I told them so, I can see why McDonalds and even Wendy's does better than BK. As you can tell, I'm very displeased with BK, it use to be a good crossant, not any more. I did complain to the manager, she had them put a second layer of egg on my 2 crossants. Hello It was my first time buying at burger king I used coupons to order my meal, right when the employees gave me my order I tried the fries they had a weird smell and I did not enjoy it which just killed my appetite, therefore I went back around the drive thru and asked for my money back and returned their food the lady there told me that she couldn't give me my money back because she needed a valid reason of why I didnt want my food and that if I wanted my money back I had to go back tomorrow to talk to someone else that she couldn't do anything I told her tomorrow I had to work I did not have time to go back again just because me not being satisfied by the smell of It was not a "valid reason" according to her! She even offered to take the bag and bring it back to the manager !UNBELIEVABLE!I am manager to a restaurant I know that in the restaurant industry our priority is our customers satisfaction which made no sense to me the unprofessional that she sounded !

I ordered 2 meals one had 3 pieces of bacon and onion crumbs and the other had 2 bacon and onion crumbs these burgers cost to much money to not be made right. I always get the bacon king b/c it's yur best burger never have I had this happen but I'm usually at work on my lunch break, the Burger Kings by my job has always made the bacon king the right way.

I went through the line my father ordered 2 Whoppers with cheese, no meals? Got the receipt it was 80¢ shy of $10. They didn't give us fries and a soda.. my father said to go in and get it. I asked her if I could get fries and a soda and she said I didn't ask for the Whopper meal.. which she keep repeating.. and it seemed like everyone that worked there was starting at me.. she said she would give it to me this time. 89 cents pancakes shrunk and no senior coffee offered

For the very first time at BK, this location would not honor senior coffee to us. We both are over 65+.
The 3 large pancakes are smaller than before. We had your pancakes just few days ago at 1670 Eastchase Prky, Fort Worth, TX 76120. To compare, the next day on 26th, we went back to Eastchase Prky and ordered your 89 cents large pancakes and realized your new window poster pancakes promotion has been different. Your pancakes have shrunk to a smaller size now and also not as fluffy. If this is the way BK wants to cut food cost, you'll lose your business soon, very soon.

We came at 830 it's now 9:00 the lady taking order was rude as all hell they didn't know what we ordered and once we got to the window nothing was ready and the employees were hollering at each other...After pulling up and waiting 10 min extra on top of the 15 we are still sitting here very unprofessional and discussing...Burger King here has never been this bad

I have a total of 3 complaints on 3 different visits. I used to work at this particular BK so I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt because when certain managers are there the service is better. On the day of the first complaint which was a month ago My fiancé and I ordered 2 Oreo shakes and a 10 piece nuggets he received the nuggets which were fine. I am not sure of the oreo was out but they tried to give 2 chocolate shakes instead. When brought to their attention employee working the board yelled told him he had to pay extra. So he showed the receipt showing the order they gave him 1 oreo by that time he was frustrated he had already eaten his nuggets at the counter for this was a to go order we just left without any compensation or even a sorry. The second complaint ordered 10 piece nuggets and 2 bacon cheeseburger burgers were fine the nuggets were cold and as hard as rock. The third complaint which was on this morning 4/25/2017 cold sausage egg and cheese croissan'wich both of them. French toast sticks were good.
double whopper
I purchased a double whopper, just the sandwich, and the price on the menu said 5.29. I was told my total was 9.28. I added a soda. The manager says, "but you added cheese." So I said, "so cheese doesn't account for another 4.00 dollars. I told him the menu said 5.29 for the sandwich. He replied, well that's not what my computer says. I explained that he was overcharging me, and he said again, but you wanted cheese. Again, cheese is not 4 dollars. So he argued, "I just do what the computer tells me to do." So if the computer told him to jump off a bridge, would he do it? Don't your employees get trained? I'm sorry, but if I'm being overcharged, than it means everyone is being overcharged.

the new crispy chicken sandwich
My husband and I purchased 2 Crispy Chicken Sandwiches on Thursday April 20, 2017. We spent $8.78 for these 2 sandwiches. We had an appt and thought we would get something quick to have for dinner. When we got home to eat the sandwich we could not bite off the chicken. Not sure if it was a gristle or if it was over cooked. It was too tough to even chew thru. We returned the sandwiches to the store later that evening. Told the waiter that we did not want the sandwiches replaced at this time. Ask for a credit slip or gift card. She told me they don't do that but if i write my name down they will replace it at another time. We are concerned this will not stand up and we do not want another crispy chicken sandwich that gristle in the meat turn our stomachs. Not sure what to do for refund.
boston airport lack of card use
Hello, whilst recently visiting your Boston airport store on 18th April 2017, the lack of card payment was very inconvenient. Having to use the ATM 'down the hall' meant we incurred additional charges. No reason or apology was given for lack of card facilities.
Bizarrely, upon submission of this complaint, I was advised by the website that my complaint was too short and needed to be 350 words long. Clearly, the website designers feel that the staff reading these complaints have plenty of time on their hands!

Latedra was my cashier sort of: I entered the buger king @ 1800 stirling road dania florida [protected]), I stood at the counter a good 4 or 5 mins. I asked if anyone was taking orders. The cook told the cashier latedra I was at the front counter, she said (so what) I could hear her comments. This is so unprofessional, I don't think I would go in there again. Lazy lazy, if you don't want to work, don't... But not a enjoyable for me at all... I don't stand for attitude. I can eat anywhere, doesn't have to be buger king... And i'll share my expericance with all my friends on social media.

I was at burger king today for lunch with a friend 4/12/2017 and as i was getting my drink filled to go sit down the day manager and off the clock employess were talking very loudly the mgr was behind the counter and the 2 ladies were in the dining room discussing how bad the dinner rush was gonna be and how the mngr was gonna suffer and thats when he says it very loudly that they dont need to be surprised the next morning to see he has committed suicide and blood every where well the other girl says well they will clean it up. And so on well my issue is my son died a year ago by suicied. And i was walking in the middle of this loud conversation of how this guy was gonna commit it jokingly? I almost threw my food away and walked out i mean really they need to show some respect of what they say.they dont know what their customers are going through And i surely didnt want to hear him discuss how he was gonna die even if he was joking that really and truly upset me today and i dont appreciate how they talked across the dining area to each other i mean really?.there couldve been other people in there who also is dealing with suicide loss and i assure you its no joking matter..itsbwhat we call a trigger..it triggers the hell we are going through.so please tellbthem to show some respect and manners its a resturant not a country bar that people meet at.good grief..

Every weekend I stop at this burger king and get breakfast for my dad who suffers from dementia. For the past two weekends, the lady behind the counter states that it's cash only because their registers aren't working. I've had to leave and go to the atm three blocks away to get money. I go inside and have to wait 10 minutes because no one is behind the counter. Turns out that only 2 employees work the morning shift. One cook and one that covers the counter and drive-thru. This is ridiculous.

My grandson and I go back and forth between Bangor Maine and Windham, Maine often. We stopped on April 3rd, 2017 in Gardener to get lunch at Burger King. (giant rest area with shops) We had a whopper, fries and a sprite. The soda was not drinkable at all... Threw it away. The whoppers were the worst ones I have ever experienced in my life. We tried to eat some of it as we were hungry but it was so bad that we took out the pickle, lettuce and tomato and ate those... Threw the burgers in the garbage...Will never stop and eat there again.

Store ID 4WVBKG40 - The Burger King at the Morton, W. Virginia Travel Plaza on I-64 is a bustling rest stop for thousands of travelers each & every day. At noon on a Saturday, during the height of Spring Break travel, BK should have its game face on & its best lineup in place. Instead, there were 3 visible employees working to meet the needs of 20+ patrons standing in line. Luckily, I was near the front of line, or I would've chosen to spend my money elsewhere.
The 2 employees working the register & filling bags were arguing about who should be handing out cups to customers. The one employee in the "kitchen" was doing his best to keep up, but it was a futile battle.
Needless to say, I didn't receive a cup for my soda, my burger was luke warm, at best, and I found there were no fries in my bag when I got out to my car. However, I was NOT going back in there to watch the comedy of errors.
McDonalds & Burger King know how to handle massive quantities of people on a daily basis...it's what built their fast food empires! Shame on the management of this particular location for their lack of preparation, foresight, and know-how.

I'm submitting this complaint regarding Burger King in Orlando Fl. Store number 8060.. The customer service is horrendous! I and my family enjoy the food that Burger King provides. This particular store is in the heart of downtown Orlando and I know for a fact that their are potential customers who would love the fact that this location is close to their jobs. However, these individuals that are considered to be employees are very disrespectful, no professionalism whatsoever. I went to purchase JUST a Hershey pie from this particular restaurant and it took over 10 minutes for the me to receive a pie that was just in the cooler a foot from the register. Their was no wait time in the drive thru neither inside because I was able to see from the counter on the little screen that shows the drive thru. Their lack of professionalism in their uniforms and dress. trousers hanging off their bottoms, dirty shirts as if they are not washing their uniforms between shifts. The lack of engagement with the customers, as if its the customers fault that they have to work. I really don't wish for this Burger King to continue on in the non-professional manner that is being displayed there now. I hope this complaint can turn some attention towards this location and others like it. I really doesn't represent the legacy that Burger King has worked so hard to establish.

I went into the Burger King on St. Charles Ave I New Orleans, La 70113 today, my first attempt to order was right at 10 am, and I was told that they wouldn't be serving lunch for another 20-25 minutes and I would have to come back. I actually came back around 11 am and ordered a Texas Double Whopper Meal with 2 extra slices of cheese ($9.12). When I paid I did not receive a receipt and of course my order was incorrect. The cook put the cheese on the bottom bun, and when I went back in to ask for it to be remade she refused, and said they already had cheese on it and rewrapped my burger. Upon getting back to my office I then realized that i only received maybe 10 French fries and they appeared to be uncooked. This is the 2nd time I have had to complain about this particular store, and its service or lack thereof. The manager on duty didn't even come out to address me or my issue. I am not pleased at all with my meal, and for the price I would have rather them gotten it correct.
