There this employee that works there I have seen her from McDonalds I guess she switched over she is so sweet! And he treats her so bad I would be furious if someone treated my daughter that way.

My complaint is for the store located between Union and Platte. I'd ordered their cini-minis and their new blueberry mini biscuit. As soon as I got home, I opened the bag just to find out the food I was served were BURNT! If I wasn't 20 miles away, I would have turn around and return the products.
The store in Nevada and Cheyenne Blvd on the other hand, the problem was a loudmouth cook who couldn't keep it's mouth shut. From the time I was ordering my food, could hear from the background, until I left, after getting my order, I can still hear the cook BAD mouthing.
Is BK is so desperate to save money that they hired anyone from a ghetto? It seems BK is willing to sacrifice service over money. The store in Union and Platte had already history of complains regarding their service. BK never addresses this issue to them because they are so busy making money.
I guess again I'm too dumb to know that I should have gotten a code from BK. HINT: 20 miles. The person I spoke to told me to come back and they'll replace it. Let's talk about ignorant. $3.36/gallon is the lowest gas price I'd seen. I get a little over 19mi/gal. Now multiply that twice for a mere $3 food. If you didn't get that $7.72 v $3, not including wear and tear and traffic. Hmm, who's ignorant now. It's easy to jump on someone rather than using common sense.
I guess, I am too dumb too not knowing BK can exchange my burnt order over the phone. How can a BURNT food sticky? I guess hum-d is too busy playing with itself commenting this complaint. For frank neck furter, you

So you did call Burger King. Why didn't you mention that earlier? It seems like you are changing your story! You do not have to go back straight away; you could redeem the code next time you are in the area.
You are acting very ignorant at the moment. The point of calling the store is not to get the order replaced over the phone, but to alert the manager or other store representatative that there is a problem. You may have got a code number which you could use to get a replacement order next time you visit the store.

We went to go eat here on September 15 and before I ordered I had to use the restroom and noticed it we not very clean. in fact it had not been properly cleaned in some time. then we ordered and we went to set and noticed most of the tables had not been wiped off. They were not very busy they were playing in the back and having a good time and they need to be cleaning. this is the nastiest burger king I have ever been in in my life. I will not go there again.

Perhaps complaining to the restaurant and/or the office running the restaurant would be more effective than an anonymous website. Also, your feedback might be taken more seriously if given immediately and not almost a year later. Just throwin' that out there.

I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a BK and I’ve eaten at BK since they first opened and in mores states then I can remember!
I went thru the drive thru at 9:50pm and started my order with a Bacon Cedar Ranch Tendercrisp sandwich meal. I asked for a medium with a Coke. From the drive thru speaker I hear a young lady (her name was Page)say, “that will be a 10 minute wait!” I said that was fine. I then ordered a kids chicken meal with a coke and ketchup, a double cheese burger with a coke icee, an ice cream cone and an A1 Steakhouse sandwich and again I hear “that will be a 10 minute wait!” Both times it seemed as if she was trying to discourage my choice of sandwiches.
I pulled up to the drive thru window, paid for my meals, got the icee the child’s coke and I had to ask for the ice cream. I was then asked to move up to wait for the rest of the order.
After waiting, a young lady brought the food to the car and I noticed there was no medium coke or French fries for the Tendercrisp meal. I looked and it wasn’t on the receipt so I told her even though it wasn’t on the receipt I had ordered it. I told her I would be happy to pay for the coke and fries but I needed them for my order. She took the receipt and headed in to the restaurant. At that time I noticed there was no ketchup in any of the bags so I had my son go in to the restaurant and get some.
The girl returned with the young lady, (Page)from the drive thru window and informed me that I could get fries but I would have to pay for the coke.
I started to get frustrated at this time so I told her to keep the fries but I want the coke. I backed up to the drive thru window and as she handed me the change from the Coke purchase I said, “it would be nice to go thru a drive thru and get the order right, just once.”
As she turned away she said “if you didn’t have such a big order this late there wouldn’t be a problem.”
I couldn’t believe my ears! I tapped on the window and said “excuse me?” she didn’t respond so I tapped harder and repeated myself. She opened the window and I asked her what she said and she didn’t answer.
I asked, “are you kidding me? Are you telling me that 3 sandwiches 1 kids meal, and an ice cream is too big an order for the drive thru?” I asked to see the manager.
After I explained to the manager what happened and about her smart remarks he said “I’m sorry you feel that way”. Again I was dumb founded! Now I’m being told that my feelings aren’t what he considers appropriate? I asked him if “my feelings” had anything to do with it! I told him that I don’t understand why this is too late to expect a meal at the drive thru and the young lady (Page) said “we have to make food fresh at this hour”. I asked “10:00pm is late? The drive thru is opened until 1:00pm at this store…”
I DON’T UNDERSTAND! WHERE DO YOU FIND THESE PEOPLE? DOES ANYONE GET TRAINED ON HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS, INCLUDING MANAGERS, OR DO YOU FOCUS STRICTLY ON GETTING THE MONEY?

rude employees handling accident in restaurant
while dining at mentioned BK restaurant 7/3/2011 2:30pm. There was a elderly woman injured while trying to exit establishment. She walked into plateglass in error, seemingly injuring her hand and spilling her cold drink . She seemed to be of oriental decent and sspoke poor english. Employees did not proptly see to her situation. All lady wanted was some sort of form saying what happened. Emplyees rediculed her and had customer that where FRIENDS to one of employees fill out report. Employee was riduling her and laughing at her. IT was handled very poorly. My daughter had to put a wet floor sign up cause spilled drink was still on floor at time we left going on approx a hour later. and elderly woman that was hurt was still trying to resolve a report. its a good thing you have no camera posted on your window I can see why..
Sure, the employees acted like [censored]heads but what do you expect? They're kids for god's sake. They do ### work for peanuts. If anything the manager on duty should have at least taken down her details and filed his own report.

My name is Firas Omar. I visited Burger King, Earls Court branch in London on the 26th of June 2011. on the premises we chose - Unfortunately- to dine in that place for its reputation around the world. i asked to have The Angus meal because i know it dosent come with bacon at all. the reason is that my my diet dosent allow my to consume bacon( proudly im Muslim). more on that, i asked the manager on that shift if it has any bacon on it and she replayed that such sandwich dosent come with bacon at al. based on such confirmation i made my choice to have some. when i was asking the manager about the bacon, one of the staff was listening and laughing. she asked him why you are laughing he said nothing.
i had the feeling that this guy was laughing on me but i rather not to through an argument of such person. afterwards, i received my meal and i re-asked again about the bacon and they had taken the sandwich immediately from me and replaced it with another one! they told me that there was bacon on that one ! so i waiting again for another sandwich and i got mine finally.
while i was eating, i tasted something not usually, i opened the sandwich and i found bacon in it. i came back to the counter and the same guy that laughed at me was waiting for me. i told him that i need to speak to the manager and he refused at the beginning. i finally reached the manager asking her why there is bacon in my food. she replayed with a sentence saying " you don't understand" first of all they placed bacon on purpose in my food and secondly she is insulting me.
from my end, I'll start a campaign in my area warning all the people around me of going to such place. they basically dose not respect people with different faiths which in it's turn again everything in the great United Kingdom. in other word, Burger King is the most racist place in the UK.

My boyfriend and I Bought whooper meals on Friday night around 11 pm at the burger King drive through...I woke up the next morning sick as a dog, at first I thought I had the stomach flu but my boyfriend was having the same symptoms. I took the drive-thru to get my grand son a kids meal on Friday afternoon after school. (March 25) While waiting at the window for my food, I turned my head forward to see a black Navigator parked slightly ahead of me. A worker from inside the restaurant came out and delivered food to the people in the Navigator. Then the driver of the Navigator handed the BK worker a small dog. The worker handled the dog for a minute then pass it back to the driver. The employee/worker then hurriedly came back inside the restaurant and began to put more food in a bag and returned to deliver it to the Navigator again. I watched him both times when he returned to the inside of the restaurant (walking very hastily) ... walk directly back to the food prep area and continued on to put 'MY' order in a bag. I was outraged and asked the window attendant what was the number for customer complaint ...he said it was on my receipt. I left the store than later threw out the food because I didn't want to cause a scene about how disgusting it is for some one not to wash their hands after handling a dog that way, especially while handling food. What are the teaching employees of the Burger King in Benbrook Texas ... there is only one in this location. Guess I'll have to scratch this location off my list unless I receive some kind of acceptable response, otherwise I can go to an out of the way BK when I want to order food.

We eat at burger king several times a week, especially since bk rolled out the stackers. They are wondeful! I like the flavor but I really like that they don't have mustard, ketchup or pickles. Employees, not just in alabama, have no pride and do not want to follow the 'have it your way' slogan. It's not just bk, but lately, I have never met such downright rude employees. Glad bk is updating the restaurants, but training and manners go a long way. People will not return to a bk where they are treated so shabbily. I understand that today's employees are not the bet; however, bk needs to try harder. Great food, flame-broiled flavor not quite there like before, but great, non-greasy food. Love the stackers and icees!

Customer service seems to be lacking in many companies nowadays. I dont think their is any excuse for employee's having a bad attitude and treating customers with little or no respect. If you cant do your job correctly and without being rude then find another job that avoids customer service. I like your complaint, you have highlighted both good and bad.

We went to Burger King and placed our order inside to the Manager, Adil, he was extremely rude whilst talking the order and he was very rude and ignorant.
He was giving us problems while we were inside trying to refill out drinks. He was saying we are not aloud to refill and we have to pay extra. Whereas, all refills are free once you pay for the cup. We were willing to pay him even to refill and thats when he started shouting and giving a major attitude.
This was very upsetting and embarrassing. We suggest that you guys get better managers at your corporate stores.

On Thursday night, May 4, 2011, I went to the Burger King on Inman Avenue, Edison, NJ to order some food. The drive-thru worker's words were very difficult to understand because of the static radiating from her mike. I had asked if the diet coke could have flavor because the last time I had been there it was flat with no taste. Upon reaching the take-out window, a very rude and ill-mannered teenage girl greeted me. Mind you, I had an eight-year old in the backseat of my car, who could hear everything. She asked if I wanted catsup and ? I said, "No, salt." She turned her back to the window and said, "Do you have an attitude problem?" I asked if she was speaking to me and very fresh said, "Yes." I asked to speak to the manager and a teenage boy came to the window. I asked if he was the manager and his answer was no. While this is going go, the window person was ranting and raving having to work. The manager came to the window and I told her my story. All the while, the worker is making comments, which ended with her calling me a ###ing ###. I brought this to the manager's attention and the manager informed me that the worker was speaking to her.

My friend and I were having an early dinner (about 4:PM) Thurs, Apr. 28, and used coupons to order. When we received our whoppers they were cold and the bread was stale. We returned them and I heard the manager ask if it was out of date. We received new burgers. They were hot but the bread was still stale. The sandwiches were dry and, for whatever reason the bread was crumbly dry, there was not very much veg., the meat left at least a 1/2 to a 1/3 space from meat to edge of bread and very little sauce. I am 62 and this is the first time that sandwich was so bad. I'm sorry your standards have become so poor.

That seems to be a common thing at BK. There have been several times I have eaten there (in Oklahoma and Virginia) and the bread was really dry and crumbly. I just stopped eating there. Hardee's tastes better. Try them?

I have enjoyed your chicken nuggets since i was a child... they have made a few changes over the years, but were always tasty. There is new advertisment that the chicken tenders are new, that got me in, and they were HORRIBLE you've ruined them, not to mention i had the worst spicy chicken sandwich, slathered in mayo i couldn't even eat it. I WILL NOT BE BACK. you have lost a life long customer. I may only visit your restuarant every couple weeks, but not any more... I WAS TRUELY DISAPPOINTED!

OK, I saw something on my facebook page. I takled to the person who posted it and she confirmed the statement made. I tried to contact Burger king to let them know this was happening but their sight makes it impossible to figure out how to contact them with a complaint or concern.
This is what was posted. "so today the boss says that when she leaves she is going to fire everyone and hire all new people who have to be trained as her vengeance on the corporation. I wonder if she was being honest. Guess I need to be looking a lot harder than I already am just in case. This woman rarely makes idle threats."

First off I never complain and do not like to get anyone in trouble but I own my own business and wish I had people telling bad reviews so I could correct them. I was just at the Burger King in Berlin NJ on rt. 73. I went through the drive-thru and the employee who was working the speaker I believe was Indian nationality. I could not understand one word that came out of his mouth. Now I'm not racist by any means and my wife who works for Indians for the passed 7 years, I can understand every word. This employee who I think was the mgr. (because he had on a blue shirt) I could not get ONE word he said. After ordering I had to pull up to the window to read his lips and STILL had an issue with it. Look I believe everyone should have a chance at making it in the work force in these horrible times but HOLY S&/T! Come on don't these owners hear them? When they are in training dont the trainers have any say in making them become Mgr's? I'm sorry but his English language was HORRIBLE! also he was getting mad at me because I couldn't understand him. On 4/17/11 I stopped at the portland burger king. I ordered a soda, fries, fish sandwich and chicken nuggets, received the order and decided to eat it in my truck. When I opened the nuggets I found one had the end bitten off with obvious teeth marks on it. Setting it aside I then went to eat the fish sandwich and found a corner of that bitten off.In I went to the manager who was upset, refunded my money and personally made me a new meal. As there was only a couple of people working there, i'm sure he knew who did it. Apoligized and said he was just filling in as this wasn't his normal store. Next day I was sick.. To boot!

Came out of Wal-Mart and the wonderful smell of onion rings beckoned me to Burger King before heading home..I rarely eat here because of the high caloric content of most of the food but I was starving.
I wanted something small and inexpensive so I got the "value meal onion rings" (or some similar phrase).
Well the young ladies who waited on me were courteous and professional but the onion rings were extremely small and barely a handful was in the bag.
Also, the onion rings were mostly breading. what little bit of onion there was in the "ring" was limp and dry..

Two weeks ago I went into the Burger King located on N. West Ave., El Dorado, AR 71730. I order the same thing every week. This week when I placed my order and the cashier gave me my change, she short changed me. When I held up my receipt she said I know I owe you a dollar. She knew right off the bat that she had short changed me. In fact she owed me $1.23 but I did let the 23 cents slide.
Everytime I go to this Burger King they are always out of something, whether it is tomatoes, or onions. I am beginning to question the staff's loyalty to Burger King. If they don't want to make the customers happy why should the customer visit Burger King. This is not just once or twice a month that they are out of something. It is everyweek. The person who does the ordering should have gotten better at their job by now.

My husband and I were shocked to read the sign posted by the register... Because of the bad climate and poor quality of tomatoes, we are not serving tomatoes on any of our sandwiches. We are sorry... Pure BS. We also have a restaurant and we buy tomatoes, even though they are more expensive. We would never try to pull one over on our clients. Does BK think all consumers are idiots? If it is the high price of produce, that makes BK suffer, why not fire the King from the stupid commercials, like the one where he breaks into Micky D's for their recipe?
i would like to know policy on plastic gloves while preparing food for the public IS THIS A POLICY OR NOT I think that when preparing food for the public your staff should be wearing gloves when I asked a manager why she was not wearing gloves she replied they wash their hands every hour while i continued to watch see touched multiple items still continuing to prepare food for myself and others i was not the only costumer that voiced their opinoin we felt that this is a unsanutary way of business ALL FOOD PREPARERS SHOULD THINK OF THE PEOPLE THAT ARE COOKING THEIR FOOD WOULD THEY LIKE TO KNOW THAT THE PERSON COOKING FOR THEM IS NOT THINKING OF THEIR PERSONAL WELLBEING .

My sister and I stopped in for lunch as 12:33 p.m. was when I placed my order. Chicken sandwich onion rings root beer no ice. At 12:47 p.m. is when I requested my money back.as no food as of yet then the girl brought food to counter with no apple pie, and the girl stated that the apple turnover were not done that she would bring to table my sister she stated let’s just eat. And the more I sat at the table the more I was upset. I then gave my food not touched to the boy whom brought the apple turnovers and requested my money back. There were a husband and wife waiting as well (as no meat ready). I watched the boy take my food and continue to dump it in the red buckets under warmer and when i went up to the assistant manager he was rude and stated that I would not get my money back as the food was fresh and I did not wait the 15 minutes. He would not even look at the receipt. I told him there was no way that i was sitting at the table with food. He said that he would make me new food but not giving me my money back. So I said fine give me the food. To which to my surprise he took it from the red bins under warmer and continued to put in bag and give me that food. Now this is from the garbage bin and he got me even more upset. Then a comment came from the couple stating that, that was not right. So I now have my food in a freezer bag in my freezer and want someone to be held countable. If they did that to me how many others. And right in front of me and other customers as well. I look forward to hearing from you as that was an experience that was head shaking in disbelief and he has a title of Assistant Manager.

Your issue was that Burger King took the time to actually cook your food? They cooked your food and this made you so upset that you said you wanted a refund? Seriously, I want to drive to Kitchener right now since it would be the first time I ever got to eat hot, fresh Burger King. You must live on fast food Pat. After a brilliant weeks holiday in Egypt, My wife and I decided to eat at Burger king airport, whilst waiting for our return flight. My wife and I were waiting to be served and a Man from behind the counter, constantly clucked and wolf whistled towards my wife while calling out "sexy woman" and "my woman", the man's name on his tag was Ahmad. My wife and I were appaled by this and my wife was made to feel like a piece of meat.

I am sorry to have found your email so late but I would like to tell you that I had the same incident happen to me and with the same person same place. And even worse while I was with my mother in-law and her husband! i was on a business trip to Egypt from Dubai and the last day I decided to spend it with my in-laws since they live in Egypt. They decided to take me to the airport to see me off. but since we had arrived too early for my flight I decided to treat them for lunch and we picked Burger King. I was ordering our food when Ahmed the gentlemen in question has decided to ask me impertinent questions about my personal life. I had already seated my in-laws since they are elderly and when my father in-law notices this he stands up from where he is seated and comes over to the register where I am standing. Well words came into play and then he started shouting obscenities to my father in-law. telling him that he had slept with me and was he jealous.( meaning my father in-law.) I told him to let it go and walked away from the counter, so he did. At all this we walked away from the counter and we were waiting for our food or more or less to be called back to the counter . And Ahmed decided to deliver it himself. just to aggravate matters, he starts mocking my father in-law and my father in-law being a peaceful man is trying to avoid for it to become a full fledged fist fight ! I was astonished at the way the colleagues were just standing around laughing. at some point in time he just walked back to the counter still saying things to me and my father in-law. If you noticed that area is very quiet, anyway that is what I noticed while I was there we were the only clients there. I believe we should try to find out who is the franchise owner and launch a complaint against this man. I am busy with this will keep you informed.

blue mould in bap
I visited the burger king branch in the tower centre in ballymena where I ordered a double Angus meal, whilst eating I noticed blue mould on the burger half way through my meal, I took the burger back as the person who served me just looked at me' without a care in the world! Is there any where else I can push this complaint to?The cleaner on the floor also witnessed this as I showed her as proof of the blue mould also you should see myself returning the product back on CCTV.

I have been coming to the burger king on ramble wood and university for years and recently there is a new store manger HIS NAME IS RUEL not sure of his last name, . . in charge and he is despicable all i hear is him yelling and saying rude things to his employees HUMILIATING THEM IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS i dont think this is appropriate behavior. The way the employess and customers are treated by this man is unbelievable action needs to be taken on this man!

Writing about this kind of low-level issue on Complaints Board is not the best way to "get something done" with the Burger King in your local area. Be proactive. Did you talk to the management at Burger King? Did you talk to the manager yelling at his employees? Let him know you think his behavior is unacceptable and that you don't want your children subjected to that kind of negativity. (If it was me I'd add something about his managing tactic, that's it's inappropriate and ineffective to yell at his employees!) Do this, I'm sure it will embarrass him and he will stop.
