Burger King employee was hatred towards the deaf

at the BK 2401 S New Rd, Waco, TX 76711 I ask the employee to allow me to enter store and buy my meal because I am deaf and cannot order thru a drive thru speaker, and she went to get her manager. I waited and waited no one came outside so I went thru drive thru spoke at the speaker telling them I was gonna order at the window because I was deaf. I drove up to the window to place an order and was told I could not receive service unless I ordered at the speaker. This pissed me off so I said "[censored] it I ain't never spend my money here ever again? I will tell all my hearing impaired and deaf friends to boycott this store. I never was treated so badlky in my life . This is a hate crime, this store employee manager should be fired!

Burger King orange jujice

Today 5/8/2021 I ordered a orange juice to go with my breakfast sandwiches at the local Burger King. Paid $1.99 for a 11&1/2 oz container. Down the road at a Stewarts Shop I paid $1.89 for a 32oz container. It is getting quite obvious that everyone is ripping off the consumer. Maybe Stewarts is even ripping off the customer off. I just think that the excessive charge for a small container of juice is not right. Lesson learned. I don't expect anything to be done about this and I am certainly smart enough to learn the first time.

Burger King Food

I am sending you this email to complain about your store on Route 741 in Mason Ohio, Phone number [protected]..
Number 1...We ordered the 2 Whoppers for $5 with specific instructions how we wanted them...HOT...was at best lukewarm
and a large coke, which did not even taste like coke.
Number 2...They did NOT include what was specified.
Number 3...We tried for over 1/2 hour to call, no answer.

To whomever is in charge:

We have used this location for years and it seems they do not care about what type of food they put out, because this happens quite often and we are getting tired of their service.

I remember there was a district manager there one time and he fixed the food and still couldn't get it right.

Someone need to have a serious meeting with your franchisee owner, because right now...we are done with that location.

Since I started this email, I have called 4 times and still no answer, so add another 15 minutes to my original time.

Burger King missing food

I order 2 breakfast meal, both of my drinks were missing, charge me extra for a large coffee and extra for an orange juice, both were missing from my order. This is the second time, unfortunately I far now to come back and get it.
Order 11 drive thru order. I have been trying to call the number on the receipt and the number is wrong.

I need a refund on my extra charges and just charge me for the sandwich, which is fair.

25 mins it took me to get a #1. Totally unacceptable and a great way to lose business. There were 3 people working tonight 5/6/21 which is insane. The care line never had less than 10 people in it. Burger King Poor service / cod inedible food

I go thur drive through and order hamburgers and get cheeseburgers today they told me there outta hamburgers the only item they have are whoppers. It's a poorly run place how they make money is beyond me.

Monday May 3, 2021 we stopped at the Burger King at 2862 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in Milwaukee, WI. We went through the drive through. The line didn't move for a couple of minutes. Burger King The food is always cold... Dont you guys care anymore.

WTF BK was a great place, but now, I'd rather lick my butt. You go McD,
at least their crap burgers are hot! DQ here I come, forget you and being #1. You have battled for years, now you take what you can get? Shame on you.
Does anybody in the company, say the CEO, give a rats [censored] how you just let your product fail? Well Danny, or might I say Mr. Schwartz like you need to be called. Buckle down and bring back a terrific "Flame broiled" burger again! S-can the ones in the way and do it, America expects it!

I need to let you know how disappointed my last 5 visits have been from putting mayo on the big king to forgetting heavy onion and heavy pickles today the onion ring were so greasy they left oil in the card board container this was the last stand it doesn't happen at the Belgrade store I can't even give you the receipt number because I didn't get one PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS STORE or close

Burger King Gift card

Gift card # [protected]. Our Corp. uses Gift Cards as a customer relation pleaser. We have almost exclusively used Burger King cards and the Customers are pleased. HOWEVER, recently the above card was rejected. It is a $ 25.00 card never used before. My public relations manager buys several at a time. We have an activation receipt.
I called Burger King customer relations about this, was told your system was down due to being updated and the info would be sent to "Our Team that handles this" It has been a week and have heard nothing. It's not the amount that bothers me it is the lack of response, and the embarrassment explaining to our customer it was a mistake.
Our Corp. Board meeting is coming up and without a good response from you I will be forced to stop any further relations with Burger King and its affiliates.

This complaint is regarding the BK store at Toledo Plane and Price Blvd in Port Charlotte FL. We use this store from time to time. First, I wanted a Whopper not an Impossible Whopper. Also ordered Chicken Sandwich and Onion Rings and fires. Everything was very COLD. Impossible Whopper had no taste and onion rings and fries and chicken sandwiches were cold when we got them. Burger King Drive thru service

Karl/Morse location in Columbus Ohio. I arrived 4/30 at 6:20pm. There were just two cars ahead of me...so I said to myself this should be quick. Wrong! I waited ( I timed it ) 10 minutes before I even got to the speaker to order...and then the chic told me to look over the menu and she'll be right with me...Wrong again! This chic took 3 minutes ( I timed it again) just to come back and take my order. Keep in mind the other 2 cars are still in line as well. From the time I placed my order it took an additional 10 minutes before I paid and got my food. It was 6:50 when I finally pulled off. It should not take 30 minutes at a FAST FOOD drive thru. My order should have been FREE! The sad thing is that they had a whole crew working. Never again!

Burger King Service

I was at your location in Cramerton Nc and I was waiting in line for about 25 mins and when I finally got to the speaker to order the associates says sorry but we close at 9pm sharp. We went to Burger King when we saw buy a certain sandwich and get another for $1. We were over charged and I had the Impossible burger and it was over cooked and dry. Its a good feeling for a vegan to be able to go and have a burger with friend. Never again. Please look st the receipt.

Burger King Missed item

I had a bad experience with Burger king as my order received with missed sandwich in Ramdan while the one who was waiting his sandwich was fasting and didn't get his meal on time then immediately we followed up with thd customer care to send the missed item quickly but this took 4 hours although I spent my night to follow up with 5 customer care persons snd requested to talk to thief manger but he ignored me, Such an as action and a bad service that I had from burger king made my time miserable and my sons in a bad morale while asking for such meals that should let all happy and spend an enjoyable time which this hasn't happened.

I am asking to return my money back but no body from burger king respond yet.

This particular store is our neighborhood Burger King & it's the worst Burger King! April 22, 2021, about 930pm I purchased 2 junior whopper meals, gave my coupon code told the lady cheese on both, No Tomato on both, & No LO on 1. I get home open it, all the garnishes fell on my floor! No one has anything good to say about this location. Please help them!
