I visited BK for the first time in several years and now I remember why I quit visiting. The hambergers are AWFUL. Cold, tasteless, dry and the bun was so thick, the toiliet paper thin "hamberger patty" disappeared. The size of your hamburgers is an absolute joke...they are tiny. Fries were so salty they couldn't be consumed. Just a bad overall experience..don't think I'll ever go back.

I visited the bk in barnwell, sc and they had no whopper meat??? That is totally unacceptable! This restaurant needs to be closed until they have better management. There was people ahead of us and they sat 30 minutes waiting on their meal before they was told they was out of whopper meat?? I say close until better management comes. Ridiculous! Entered drive thru at 1:37 on 10/17/19. Order time was 1:40 p.m. Paid for food and still had to wait. Finally received food at 2:05. 25 minutes to get food at drive thru is ridiculous. late opening
Store hours open at 6am, I waited in parking lot until 6:35am before even being let in. Once let in, I was not asked if I wanted to order, the lady went right back to cleaning and preparing for the day. I was not able to place any orders until 6:45am. The lady was rude, flustered, and did not seem like she wanted to deal with myself or the other two gentlemen. Very disappointed and late now for my day.

My purchase was made at store #22557 niagara falls ont, 10-13-2019. I had a bacon whopper and not cooked properly onion rings that after I ate went to my hotel room and threw up. Never in my 20 years or so of ordering food from Burger king have I had this happen to me, just shocked and disappointed at the quality of food I received and the best part is that nobody cares and that's what is making me write this review. I ordered online in September 11, 2019 on the app I ordered an impossible whopper combo with cheese when I got to the restaurant I was told they did not have anymore impossible whoppers and could not give me a refund because it was a mobile order and to call the 1-800 number I call 6 times and was told the dept that handles app orders would get back to me well it's a month later and no one has gotten back to me !
